Claims (9)
- Spritzpistole (1) zum Zerstäuben von flüssigen Medien, insbesondere von Farben und Lacken, mittels Druckluft, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem mit einem Griffstück (3) versehenen rohrförmig ausgebildeten und an eine Druckluftleitung anschließbaren Gehäuse (2), eine in dieses an dem dem Griffstück (3) gegenüber liegenden Ende abgestützten Zerstäuberdüse (4), einer mit dieser zusammenwirkenden, mittels eines Abzugsbügels (14) verstellbar in dem Gehäuse (2) gehaltenen Düsennadel (5), wobei das Gehäuse (2) mit einer Einlassöffnung (7) zur Zuführung des zu zerstäubenden Mediums aus einem Vorratsbehälter (9) oder einer Zuführungsleitung versehen, und der Verstellweg des Abzugsbügels (14) durch einen einstellbaren Anschlag (21) bestimmbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (21) durch eine im Schwenkbereich des Abzugsbügels (14) axial verschiebbar angeordnete Platte (23), eine Schiene, einen Bolzen oder dgl. gebildet ist, und daß zur Abstützung der Platte (23) eine Stellmutter (31) vorgesehen ist, die verdrehbar mit dem Gehäuse (2) verbunden ist. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellmutter (31) auf das der Zerstäuberdüse (4) gegenüberliegende Ende des Gehäuses (2) aufgeschraubt und die Platte (23) an deren dieser zugekehrten Stirnfläche (33) abgestützt ist. - Spritzpistole nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (23) in einer in das Griffstück (3) in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gehäuses (2) eingearbeiteten Ausnehmung (24) verschiebbar eingesetzt ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abzugsbügel (14) mit einem in Höhe der Platte (23) angeformten, vorzugsweise konvex gekrümmt ausgebildeten Nocken (15) versehen ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (33) der Stellmutter (31) mit mehreren, vorzugsweise gleichmäßig über den Umfang verteilt angeordneten Rastausnehmungen (34) versehen ist, und daß die Platte (23) einen mittig angeordneten Rastvorsprung (26) aufweist, der der Form der Rastausnehmungen (34) angepaßt und in diese einführbar ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellmutter (31) mit einem axial abstehenden Anschlag (35) versehen ist, der zur Begrenzung der Drehbewegung der Stellmutter (31) in Umfangsrichtung mit der Platte (23) zusammenwirkt, - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenmantelfläche der Stellmutter (31) mit einer deren Verdrehweg kennzeichnenden Markierung (36) versehen ist. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Platte (23) eine Druckfeder (25) zugeordnet ist, durch deren Kraft die Platte (23) in Neutralstellung des Abzugsbügels (14) an der Stellmutter (31) anliegt. - Spritzpistole nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckfeder (25) in eine in die Platte (23) eingearbeiteten Ausnehmung (24) eingesetzt und ein von der beidseitig an dem Gehäuse (2) und/oder dem Griffstück (3) abgestützt ist.
