Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit einer einen Bügelkörper tragenden Aufhängevorrichtung und zwei vom zentralen Bügelkörper unterhalb der Aufhängevorrichtung ausgehende Bügelarme, wobei die Bügelarme eine Auflagefläche zur Auflage von Kleidungsstücken aufweisen.
Bekannte Kleider- und Wäschebügel weisen üblicherweise an den Auflageflächen der Bügelarme angeordnete Rutschsicherungen auf siehe z.B. DE 7 620 844 U. Die Rutschsicherungen dienen zur sicheren Auflage der an dem Kleider- und Wäschebügel angeordneten Kleidungsstücke. Bekannte Rutschsicherungen bestehen üblicherweise aus rutschhemmenden Schichten, die auf die Auflageflächen der Bügelarme aufgetragen werden. Es ist aber auch bekannt, die entsprechenden Bereiche der Auflageflächen der Bügelarme aufzurauhen, so dass hier ein Reibungswiderstand entsteht, der als Rutschsicherung dient.
Nachteilig an den bekannten Rutschsicherungen ist jedoch, dass diese unlösbar mit den Bügelarmen verbunden sind. Dies bedeutet, dass derartige Kleider- und Wäschebügel nur eingeschränkt verwendbar sind. Wird zum Beispiel ein Kleider- und Wäschebügel ohne Rutschsicherung oder mit einer anderen Geometrie der Rutschsicherung verlangt, so muss dieser eigens neu angefertigt werden. Dadurch entstehen erhebliche Kosten.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen gattungsgemäßen Kleiderund Wäschebügel bereitzustellen, der vielseitig verwendbar ist und kostengünstig herstellbar ist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit den Merkmalen des Schutzanspruches 1.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügel ist in mindestens einem Teilbereich einer Auflagefläche der Bügelarme eine Vertiefung mit einer umlaufenden Wand ausgebildet, wobei innerhalb der Vertiefung mindestens eine Materialerhöhung ausgebildet ist. Die Vertiefung ist dabei erfindungsgemäß mit einer rutschhemmenden Schicht zur Herstellung einer Rutschsicherung befüllbar, wobei die rutschhemmende Schicht zumindest in dem Bereich der Materialerhöhung über die durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildete Oberfläche ragt. Durch eine derartige vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ist gewährleistet, dass der erfindungsgemäße Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit und ohne Rutschsicherung verwendbar ist. Die Rutschsicherung ist vorteilhafterweise nachträglich durch die Befüllung der Vertiefung herstellbar. Bei der Verwendung geeigneter Materialien kann die rutschhemmende Schicht auch wieder entfernt werden. Der erfindungsgemäße Kleider- und Wäschebügel kann somit vorteilhafterweise mit einem Werkzeug hergestellt werden. Dadurch erniedrigen sich die Herstellungskosten für derartige Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit und ohne Rutschsicherung erheblich.
In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels verläuft die der Auflagefläche zugewandte Oberfläche der Materialerhöhung zu der durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildeten Oberfläche ungefähr parallel. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass durch die Materialerhöhungen keine überstehenden Kanten entstehen, die möglicherweise die aufliegenden Kleidungstücke beschädigen. Zudem ergibt sich vorteilhafterweise ein optisch positiver Eindruck.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels endet die der Auflagefläche zugewandte Oberfläche der Materialerhöhung unterhalb der durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildeten Oberfläche. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass die der Auflagefläche zugewandte Oberfläche der Materialerhöhung mit der durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildeten Oberfläche plan verläuft. In beiden Fällen ergibt sich vorteilhafterweise ein Kleider- und Wäschebügel ohne Rutschsicherung. Diese kann aber erfindungsgemäß nachträglich aufgetragen werden.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels endet die der Auflagefläche zugewandte Oberfläche der Materialerhöhung überhalb der durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildeten Oberfläche. Dadurch kann auch ohne den Auftrag einer rutschhemmenden Schicht eine Reibwirkung zur Herstellung einer Rutschsicherung erzielt werden.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels schließt die umlaufende Wand der Vertiefung mit der durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildeten Oberfläche ab. Dadurch ergibt sich wiederum ein Kleider- und Wäschebügel ohne Rutschsicherung an den Bügelarmen. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass die umlaufende Wand der Vertiefung über die durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildete Oberfläche ragt. Hier ergibt sich vorteilhafterweise wiederum eine Rutschsicherung, ohne dass eine rutschhemmende Schicht auf die Auflagefläche der Bügelarme aufgetragen worden ist.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels weist die Vertiefung mindestens eine Öffnung zur Befüllung der Vertiefung mit der rutschhemmenden Schicht auf. Eine derartige Öffnung erleichtert das Befüllen der Vertiefung, so dass weitere Kosten während der Herstellungsprozesses des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels eingespart werden können.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht die rutschhemmende Schicht aus Kunststoff oder Gummi. Die rutschhemmende Schicht kann dabei aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff wie zum Beispiel einem Elastomer, einem 2-Komponenten-Hotmelt oder Polystyrol bestehen. Der Kleiderund Wäschebügel selbst besteht üblicherweise aus Kunststoff.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Kleider- und Wäschebügels weist dieser einen Hosensteg auf, wobei der Hosensteg eine Auflagefläche zur Auflage von Kleidungstücken aufweist und in mindestens einem Teilbereich der Auflagefläche des Hosenstegs eine Vertiefung mit einer umlaufenden Wand ausgebildet ist, wobei innerhalb der Vertiefung mindestens eine Materialerhöhung ausgebildet ist und die Vertiefung mit einer rutschhemmenden Schicht zur Herstellung einer Rutschsicherung befüllbar ist. Dabei ragt die rutschhemmende Schicht zumindest in dem Bereich der Materialerhöhung über die durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildete Oberfläche. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass nicht nur die Auflageflächen der Bügelarme mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Rutschsicherung versehen werden, sondern auch weitere Kleiderbügelelemente, wie zum Beispiel ein Hosensteg. Die Ausgestaltungen der Materialerhöhung beziehungsweise der Oberflächen der Materialerhöhungen sowie die Ausgestaltungen der umlaufenden Wand der Vertiefung des Hosenstegs entsprechen den Ausgestaltungen der entsprechenden Vertiefungen und umlaufenden Wänden der Auflageflächen der Bügelarme.

Figur 1 zeigt einen Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10 mit einer einen Bügelkörper 14 tragenden hakenförmigen Aufhängevorrichtung 12 und zwei vom zentralen Bügelkörper 14 unterhalb der Aufhängevorrichtung 12 ausgehende Bügelarme 16. Die Bügelarme 16 weisen dabei an den den zentralen Bügelkörper 14 gegenüberliegenden Enden jeweils eine Rutschsicherung 30 auf.
Aus Figur 2 wird deutlich, dass die Bügelarme 16 eine Auflagefläche 22 zur Auflage von Kleidungsstücken aufweisen. Dabei ist in einem Teilbereich der Auflagefläche 22 eine Vertiefung 24 mit einer umlaufenden Wand 26 (vergleiche Figur 3) ausgebildet. Innerhalb der Vertiefung 24 sind mehrere Materialerhöhungen 28 ausgebildet. In Figur 2 ist die Vertiefung 24 mit einer rutschhemmenden Schicht 32 zur Herstellung der Rutschsicherung 30 gefüllt. Die rutschhemmende Schicht 32 ragt dabei in den Bereich der Materialerhöhung 28 über die durch die Auflagefläche 22 in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung 24 gebildete Oberfläche.
Des weiteren erkennt man, dass die der Auflagefläche 22 zugewandte Oberfläche 34 der Materialerhöhung 28 zu der auf die Auflagefläche 22 in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung 24 gebildeten Oberfläche ungefähr parallel verläuft.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Bügelarm 16 ein U-förmiges Profil bestehend aus den Seitenflächen 18, 20 und der die Seitenflächen 18, 20 verbindenden Auflagefläche 22 auf.
Figur 2 zeigt deutlich, dass die der Auflagefläche 22 zugewandte Oberfläche 34 der Materialerhöhung 28 unterhalb der durch die Auflagefläche 22 in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung 24 gebildeten Oberfläche endet. Entsprechendes ist auch der Figur 3 zu entnehmen, die eine Vertiefung 24 in der Auflagefläche 22 des Bügelarms 16 ohne rutschhemmende Schicht 32 zeigt. Des weiteren erkennt man, dass die umlaufende Wand 26 der Vertiefung 24 mit der durch die Auflagefläche 22 in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung 24 gebildeten Oberfläche abschließt.
Figur 4 zeigt in einer schematisch dargestellten Aufsicht ein Ende des Kleiderbügelarms 16 mit der Vertiefung 24, der umlaufenden Wand 26 und den in der Vertiefung 24 ausgebildeten Materialerhöhungen 28. Diese sind in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel kreisförmig ausgebildet.
Figur 5 zeigt das in Figur 4 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel mit aufgetragener rutschhemmender Schicht 32 zur Herstellung der Rutschsicherung 30.
Schließlich zeigen die Figuren 6 a bis 6 g weitere Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Vertiefungen 24 in den Bügelarmen 16, der umlaufenden Wände 26 sowie der in den Vertiefungen 24 ausgebildeten Materialerhöhungen 28.
Der Kleider- und Wäschebügel 10 besteht üblicherweise aus Kunststoff. Die rutschhemmende Schicht 32 kann aus Kunststoff oder Gummi bestehen. Insbesondere kann die rutschhemmende Schicht aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff wie zum Beispiel einem Elastomer, einem 2-Komponenten-Hotmelt oder Polystyrol bestehen.

Claims (13)

  1. Kleider- und Wäschebügel mit einer einen Bügelkörper (14) tragenden Aufhängevorrichtung (12) und zwei vom zentralen Bügelkörper (14) unterhalb der Aufhängevorrichtung (12) ausgehende Bügelarme (16), wobei die Bügelarme (16) eine Auflagefläche (22) zur Auflage von Kleidungsstücken aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in mindestens einem Teilbereich der Auflagefläche (22) eine Vertiefung (24) mit einer umlaufenden Wand (26) ausgebildet ist, wobei innerhalb der Vertiefung (24) mindestens eine Materialerhöhung (28) ausgebildet ist und die Vertiefung (24) mit einer rutschhemmenden Schicht (32) zur Herstellung einer Rutschsicherung (30) befüllbar ist, wobei die rutschhemmende Schicht (32) zumindest in dem Bereich der Materialerhöhung (28) über die durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildete Oberfläche ragt.
  2. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Auflagefläche (22) zugewandte Oberfläche (34) der Materialerhöhung (28) zu der durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildeten Oberfläche ungefähr parallel verläuft.
  3. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Auflagefläche (22) zugewandte Oberfläche (34) der Materialerhöhung (28) unterhalb der durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildeten Oberfläche endet.
  4. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Auflagefläche (22) zugewandte Oberfläche (34) der Materialerhöhung (28) mit der durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildeten Oberfläche plan verläuft.
  5. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Auflagefläche (22) zugewandte Oberfläche (34) der Materialerhöhung (28) überhalb der durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildeten Oberfläche endet.
  6. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umlaufende Wand (26) der Vertiefung (24) mit der durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildeten Oberfläche abschließt.
  7. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umlaufende Wand (26) der Vertiefung (24) über die durch die Auflagefläche (22) in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung (24) gebildete Oberfläche ragt.
  8. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (24) mindestens eine Öffnung zur Befüllung der Vertiefung (24) mit der rutschhemmenden Schicht (32) aufweist.
  9. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rutschhemmende Schicht (32) aus Kunststoff oder Gummi besteht.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der thermoplastischen Kunststoff ein Elastomer, ein 2-Komponenten-Hotmelt oder Polystyrol ist.
  12. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kleider- und Wäschebügel (10) einen Hosensteg aufweist, wobei der Hosensteg eine Auflagefläche zur Auflage von Kleidungsstücken aufweist und in mindestens einem Teilbereich der Auflagefläche des Hosenstegs eine Vertiefung mit einer umlaufenden Wand ausgebildet ist, wobei innerhalb der Vertiefung mindestens eine Materialerhöhung ausgebildet ist und die Vertiefung mit einer rutschhemmenden Schicht zur Herstellung einer Rutschsicherung befüllbar ist, wobei die rutschhemmende Schicht zumindest in dem Bereich der Materialerhöhung über die durch die Auflagefläche in den Bereichen ohne Vertiefung gebildete Oberfläche ragt.
  13. Kleider- und Wäschebügel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kleider- und Wäschebügel (10) aus Kunststoff besteht.
