Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln einer Papierbahn, bei dem man zunächst Feuchtigkeit auf die Papierbahn aufträgt und die Papierbahn dann auf einen Wickel aufwickelt, wobei man nach dem Aufwickeln einer gewissen Länge der Papierbahn einen Wickelwechsel vornimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in einem Zeitraum, der sich zeitlich vor und nach dem Wikkelwechsel erstreckt, die aufgetragene Feuchtigkeit vermindert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in dem Zeitraum keine Feuchtigkeit aufträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Zeitraum auf eine durchschnittliche Lagerzeit abstimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Länge des Anteils des Zeitraums nach dem Wickelwechsel auf die Geschwindigkeit der Papierbahn und die Umfangslänge eines Wickelkerns so abstimmt, daß die Papierbahn mit verminderter Feuchte mit einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Lagen auf den Wickelkern aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des Zeitraums, in dem nicht befeuchtet wird, vor dem Wickelwechsel kürzer als der Anteil nach dem Wickelwechsel ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Behandeln einer Papierbahn mit einem Feuchter, einer Wickeleinrichtung und einer Wickelwechseleinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelwechseleinrichtung (10) mit dem Feuchter (3) zusammenwirkt und dessen Feuchtigkeitsabgabe in einem Zeitraum vor und nach einem Wickelwechsel vermindert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelwechselvorrichtung (10) den Feuchter (3) in dem Zeitraum abschaltet.
