Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Lebensmitteln oder Produktionsmitteln mit einer Fördereinrichtung (7) zum Transport der Lebensmittel oder Produktionsmittel durch mindestens eine Reinigungskammer (1, 2) und mit mindestens einer innerhalb der Reinigungskammer (1, 2) angeordneten Düseneinrichtung (10) mit mindestens einer Düse (13) zum Besprühen der Produktionsmittel oder Lebensmittel mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit, wobei die Düseneinrichtung (10) in einer horizontalen Ebene drehbar ist und einen senkrecht angeordneten Dreharm (11) und mindestens einen daran angeordneten horizontal verlaufenden Düsenarm (12) aufweist, wobei am Düsenarm (12) die Düse (13) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des drehbaren Düsenarmes (12) und die Düse (13) zur Änderung des Sprühwinkels in ihrer Neigung verstellbar sind und die Düse (13) eine Flachstrahldüse oder Ringdüse ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düseneinrichtung (10) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Düsenarme (12) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (13) drehbar an dem Düsenarm (12) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (7) eine Förderkette mit Stegen ist und mindestens eine Düseneinrichtung (10) oberhalb der Förderkette und mindestens eine Düseneinrichtung (10) unterhalb der Förderkette angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderkette unterbrochen ist und aus mehreren Förderkettensegmenten besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorreinigungskammer (1), eine Hauptreinigungskammer (2) und eine Abblaskammer (3), welche in Transportrichtung (8) der Lebensmittel oder Produktionsmittel nachfolgend angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Reinigungsdüse innerhalb der mindestens einen Reinigungskammer (1, 2) zum Reinigen der Reinigungskammer (1, 2). - Verfahren zum Reinigen von Lebensmitteln oder Produktionsmitteln, wobei die Lebensmittel oder Produktionsmittel durch mindestens eine Reinigungskammer (1, 2) transportiert und in der Reinigungskammer (1, 2) mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus mindestens einer an mindestens einem horizontal verlaufenden Düsenarm angeordneten Düse (13) besprüht werden, wobei die Düse (13) in einer horizontalen Ebene gedreht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des drehbaren Düsenarmes (12) und die als Flachstrahldüse oder Ringdüse ausgebildete Düse (13) zur Änderung des Sprühwinkels in ihrer Neigung verstellt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transportgeschwindigkeit des Lebensmittels oder Produktionsmittels und eine Drehfrequenz der Düse (13) derart verändert wird, daß das Lebensmittel oder Produktionsmittel von dem austretenden Reinigungsflüssigkeitsstrahl vielfach überstrichen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Reinigungsflüssigkeitsstrahldruck von bis zu 130 bar verwendet wird.
