Der Teileträger 5 weist einen Fixierungszapfen 23 auf, der in eine entsprechende Vertiefung am unteren Schenkel 18 des Anschlußstückes 6 ragt.
Durch die Schutzgasschweißverbindung zwischen dem Kupfer und der Bimetall 8, die sich nur sehr schwer schweißen läßt, wird eine sichere Verbindung hergestellt, wodurch Qualitätsprobleme in dieser Hinsicht beseitigt werden.
Mit der Schutzgas- bzw. Plasmaschweißung wird das Heizelement 22 an der passiven Seite des Bimetalls 8 angeschweißt. Die passive Seite des Bimetalls 8 ist zum Schweißen gut geeignet, weil nur die aktive Seite aus einer Legierung besteht, die sich relativ schwer bzw. nicht schweißen läßt.
Das Jochblech 28 besteht aus einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Bereich mit zwei parallelen Seitenschenkeln 29, 31 und einem diese verbindenden Querschenkel 30 die den Schnellauslöser 10 halten, einem an dem zweiten Schenkel 31 rechtwinkelig einstückig verbunden Befestigungsabschnitt 32 und einer Zunge 33.
Der Magnetankerkörper (mit Ausnahme des Kopfstückes 63) kann z.B. auf einfache Weise aus einem Vierkantprofil gedreht werden. Dabei kann durch Zentrierung des Materials in der Mittelachse des Vierkantprofils, der untere Teil MA1 und bei Zentrierung des Materials aus der Profilmitte versetzt, der obere Teil MA2 gefertigt (z.B. durch Drehen auf einer Drehbank) werden.
Das Kleben erfolgt ohne eine zusätzliche Verbindung, wie Schraubverbindung oder Verspannen und dergleichen.
In die Klebetaschen tauchen Stifte der Auslöseeinheit ein, die dort verklebt werden.
Die ersten Stifte, bzw. Stiftpaare, sind jeweils an das Jochblech angeformt während die zweiten Stiften an das Anschlußstück angeformt sind. Ferner sind dritte Stifte an das Jochblech angeformt.
Hierdurch entfallen jegliche Verschraubungen. Durch die dauerhaft feste Verbindung wird in einfacher Weise erreicht daß die Bimetallposition stabil bleibt. Thermische und mechanische Spannungen werden auch durch die Verwendung des Thermoplast durch das Kleben erheblich gemindert, während die Wärme- und Formstabilitat gewährleistet wird.

Claims (12)
- Elektrisches Schutzschaltgerät (1), insbesondere Motorschutzschalter, miteinem Gehäuse (12) aus Isolierstoff,einer Schaltkontaktanordnung, undeiner Auslöseeinheit mit einem elektromagnetischen Schnellauslöser (10) umfassend eine Auslöserspule (38), einen Magnetkern (68), einen Magnetanker (62) und einen Schlaganker (69), wobeider Magnetanker (62) in einem Aufnahmekörper (60) aus Isolierstoff axial beweglich gelagert ist,der Aufnahmekörper (60) ein Federelement (64) aufnimmt, welches den Magnetanker (62) entgegen seiner Auslösebewegungsrichtung mit einer Federkraft beaufschlagt, undder so bestückte Aufnahmekörper (60) tauschbar in der Auslöseeinheit montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Magnetkem (68) feststehender Bestandteil des Schnellauslösers (10) ist undder bestückte Aufnahmekörper (60) lösbar auf dem Magnetkern (68) aufgesteckt ist.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (60) im wesentlichen rohrförmig ausgebildet ist und einen unteren umfänglich geschlossenen, mit einem offenen Ende versehenen Teil (I) aufweist, in welchem der Magnetanker (62) bereichsweise geführt ist und einen oberen umfänglich bereichsweise offenen Teil (II) aufweist, in welchem der Magnetanker (62) mit dem Federelement (64) zusammenwirkt.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (60) in einer Öffnung (29a) eines U-förmig ausgebildeten Jochbleches (28) des Schnellauslösers (10) angeordnet ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (60) mit seinem dem Magnetankerkopf abgekehrten Ende auf den Magnetkern (68) aufsteckbar ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (60) und das Jochblech (28) Verdrehsicherungsmittel (70, 71) aufweisen, die eine Unverdrehbarkeit des Aufnahmekörpers (60) gewährleisten.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (64) eine Drehfeder ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (60) Mittel zur Änderung der Vorspannung des Federmittels (64) aufweist.
- Schaltgerät nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel als Widerlager für die Aufnahme eines Federarmendes der Drehfeder ausgebildet sind.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslöseeinheit ausschließlich durch Verklebung im Gehäuse (12) fixiert ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) aus einem Duroplastmaterial besteht.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (60) eine axiale Länge aufweist, die größer ist, als die Länge des Magnetankers (62) zuzüglich seines Verschiebeweges.
- Schaltgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnetanker (62) in seinem unteren Teil MA1 und der Aufnahmekörper (60) in seinem, den unteren Teil MA1 führenden Teil I1 in Anpassung aneinander derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Magnetanker (62) unverdrehbar im Aufnahmekörper (60) geführt ist.
