Claims (17)
- Zusatzband als Bandsicherung für einen Dreh-Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere eines nach innen öffnenden Fensters, mit einem Riegelbolzen (10) als Drehachse für das Zusatzband (1), einer an einem Blendrahmen (2) befestigbaren Aufnahme (11), in welcher der Riegelbolzen (10) zwischen einer Riegelstellung und einer Auslösestellung verschiebbar geführt ist, und einer am Flügel (3) befestigbaren Durchführung (9), in welche der Riegelbolzen (10) durch Verschieben zwischen seiner Riegelstellung und seiner Auslösestellung einund ausfahrbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegelbolzen (10) in seiner Riegelstellung durch ein Federelement (12) in Richtung auf seine Auslösestellung belastet ist und daß manuell lösbare Haltemittel (13) zum Halten des Riegelbolzens (10) in seiner Riegelstellung sowie Mittel (13) zum manuellen Verschieben des Riegelbolzens (10) aus der Auslösestellung in seine Riegelstellung vorgesehen sind. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (13) in der Riegelstellung des Riegelbolzens (10) automatisch aktivierbar sind. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (13) ein in der Bewegungsbahn des Riegelbolzens (10) auf dessen der Auslösestellung zugewandten Seite verschiebbares Blockierelement (14, 15) umfassen, welches in der Riegelstellung festlegbar ist und die Auslösebewegung des Riegelbolzens (10) blockiert. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierelement (14, 15) zugleich zum manuellen Verschieben des Riegelbolzens (10) aus seiner Auslösestellung in seine Riegelstellung ausgebildet ist. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (13) in Art eines Druckkugelschreibermechanismus ausgebildet sind. - Zusatzband nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (13) aus Kunststoff bestehen. - Zusatzband nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zum Schutz vor einem gewaltsamen Eingriff zur Aufhebung der Wirkung der Haltemittel (13) vorgesehen sind. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (13) allseits von einer Hülle (23, 24) aus besonders stabilem Material umgeben sind. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle eine auf dem Blendrahmen (2) befestigbare Grundplatte (23) und eine an der Grundplatte (23) befestigbare, insbesondere auf diese aufklipsbare Haube (24) umfaßt. - Zusatzband nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein automatisch aktivierbares Blockierelement (25) vorgesehen ist, welches bei Entfernung der Haltemittel (13) in den Verschiebeweg des Riegelbolzens (10) eingreift und dessen Verschiebung in die Auslösestellung blockiert. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine von den Haltemitteln (13) niedergehaltene, mit ihrem einen Ende direkt oder indirekt mit dem Blendrahmen (2) fest verbundene Blattfeder (25) vorgesehen ist, die bei Entlastung mit ihrem anderen Ende in den Verschiebeweg des Riegelbolzens (10) vorschnellt. - Zusatzband nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Haltemitteln (13) und dem Riegelbolzen (10) eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (17) vorgesehen ist. - Zusatzband als Bandsicherung für einen Dreh-Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere eines Fensters, mit einem Riegelbolzen (10) als Drehachse für das Zusatzband (1), einer an einem Blendrahmen (2) befestigbaren Aufnahme (11), in welcher der Riegelbolzen (10) zwischen einer Riegelstellung und einer Auslösestellung verschiebbar geführt ist, und einer am Flügel (3) befestigbaren Durchführung (9), in welche der Riegelbolzen (10) durch Verschieben zwischen seiner Riegelstellung und seiner Auslösestellung ein- und ausfahrbar ist, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchführung (9) durch Faltung einer Platte, insbesondere eines Metallbleches (6) gebildet ist, die gleichzeitig der Befestigung der Durchführung (9) am Flügel (3) dient. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (6) so groß ausgebildet ist, daß sie über den Überstand des Flügels (3) in Richtung auf dessen Innenseite hinausgreift. - Zusatzband nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (6) Schraubendurchführungen (7, 8) aufweist, die mit einer Ansenkung versehen und mindestens zum Teil als Langloch ausgebildet sind. - Zusatzband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchführung (9) in bezug auf den Riegelbolzen (10) mit Spiel ausgeführt ist. - Zusatzband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Elemente des Zusatzbands (1) derart symmetrisch ausgebildet sind, daß sie sowohl bei links als auch bei rechts angeschlagenem Flügel (3) ohne Verdrehen der blendrahmenseitigen Elemente eingesetzt werden können.
