Claims (12)
- Fliegender Rollenwechsler (1) zum Verbinden des Anfangs einer neuen Papierbahn einer neuen Papierrolle (8) mit einer ablaufenden, über eine Tänzerwalze (22) geführten alten Papierbahn (14) einer alten Papierrolle (12) in einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine während des Stillstandes oder während des Kriechbetriebes der Druckmaschine, mit ersten Antriebsmitteln (24) zum Rotieren der neuen Papierrolle (8) mit einer minimalen Spleißgeschwindigkeit (VSpleiß), mit zweiten Antriebsmitteln (30) zum Beschleunigen der alten Papierrolle (12) aus dem Stillstand oder von einer der Kriechgeschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit (Vpress) auf eine Geschwindigkeit, die im Wesentlichen der minimalen Spleißgeschwindigkeit (VSpleiß) entspricht, mit Stellmitteln (21), welche die Tänzerwalze (22) während des Beschleunigungsvorgangs der alten Papierrolle (12) aus dem Stillstand oder von der der Kriechgeschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit (Vpress) in der Weise verfahren, dass eine im Wesentlichen gleichmäßige Spannung in der Papierbahn (14) aufrecht erhalten wird, sowie mit Verbindungsmitteln (16, 18), welche die alte und die neue Papierbahn miteinander verbinden, während sich diese mit der minimalen Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit (VSpleiß) bewegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Antriebsmittel (24) die neue Papierrolle (8) auf eine minimale Synchronisationsgeschwindigkeit (Vsync) beschleunigen, und dass erste Bremsmittel (28) vorgesehen sind, die die neue Papierrolle (8) anschließend von der minimalen Synchronisationsgeschwindigkeit (Vsync) auf die minimale Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit (VSpleiß) herunterbremsen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Antriebsmittel (30) die alte Papierrolle (12) beschleunigen, nachdem die neue Papierrolle (8) die minimale Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit (VSpleiß) erreicht hat. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel eine Andrückwalze oder Bürstenwalze oder Bürstenleiste (18) umfassen, welche die alte Papierbahn (14) an die mit einem Klebeabschnitt versehene neue Papierrolle (8) andrückt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese einen Sensor (34) umfasst, der auf der neuen Papierrolle (8) vorgesehene Markierungen (36) detektiert, und der Signale (S34) erzeugt, in Abhängigkeit von denen die Position der neuen Papierrolle (8) bestimmt wird. - Verfahren zum Verbinden des Anfangs einer neuen Papierbahn einer neuen Papierrolle mit einer ablaufenden, über eine Tänzerwalze geführten alten Papierbahn einer alten Papierrolle in einem fliegenden Rollenwechsler einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine während des Stillstandes oder während des Kriechbetriebes der Druckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Rotieren der neuen Papierrolle mit einer minimalen Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit,Beschleunigen der alten Papierrolle aus dem Stillstand oder von einer der Kriechgeschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine entsprechenden Geschwindigkeit auf eine Geschwindigkeit, die im Wesentlichen der minimalen Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit entspricht,gleichzeitiges Bewegen der Tänzerwalze in der Weise, dass eine im wesentlichen gleichmäßige Spannung in der Papierbahn aufrecht erhalten wird, undVerbinden der alten und der neuen Papierbahn während sich diese mit der minimalen Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit bewegen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die neue Papierrolle zuerst auf eine minimale Synchronisationsgeschwindigkeit beschleunigt und anschließend von der minimalen Synchronisationsgeschwindigkeit auf die minimale Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit heruntergebremst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Synchronisationsgeschwindigkeit im Bereich von 0,5 m/s liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschleunigen der alten Papierrolle eingeleitet wird, nachdem die neue Papierrolle die minimale Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit erreicht hat. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die minimale Spleiß-Geschwindigkeit im Bereich von 0,1 m/s bis 0,4 m/s liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbinden der alten und der neuen Papierbahn durch Andrücken der alten Papierbahn an die mit einem Klebeabschnitt versehene neue Papierrolle mittels einer Andrückwalze, und/oder einer Bürstenwalze und/oder Bürstenleiste, erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position der neuen Papierrolle mit Hilfe eines Sensors bestimmt wird, der beim Erfassen von auf der neuen Papierrolle vorgesehenen Markierungen Markierungssignale erzeugt, die einer zentralen Steuerungseinrichtung zur Steuerung des Verbindungsvorgangs zugeführt werden.
