Claims (12)
- Stützpunkt für eine Schiene (12), insbesondere bestimmt für einen Schienenauszug im Bereich einer Brückenfuge, wobei die Schiene einen Schienenkopf (14), Schienensteg (16) mit Laschenkammern (18, 20) und Schienenfuß (22) aufweist und über entlang einer jeden Längsseite verlaufende von einer Unterlage (60) ausgehende Abstützung (24, 26) schwebend abgestützt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützung (24, 26) aus einem in der Laschenkammer (18, 20) abgestützten starren Stützteil (30, 32) sowie einem zu diesem über eine Fuge (33, 35) beabstandeten starren Tragteil (34, 36) besteht, dass das Stützteil mit dem Tragteil über eine die Fuge ausfüllende erste elastische Zwischenschicht (42, 44) verbunden ist, die sich parallel oder im Wesentlichen parallel zur vertikalen Bewegungsrichtung der Schiene erstreckt, und dass das Tragteil quer zur Längsrichtung (92) der Schiene (12) formschlüssig in einer Aufnahme (54) angeordnet ist. - Stützpunkt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste elastische Zwischenschicht (42, 44) eine lineare oder weitgehend lineare Kennlinie aufweist. - Stützpunkt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragteil (34, 36) in der im Schnitt U-förmigen ersten Aufnahme (54) angeordnet ist, wobei das Tragteil und die erste Aufnahme von zumindest einem Befestigungselement (38, 40) wie Schraube durchsetzt sind, die ihrerseits mit der Unterlage (60) verbunden ist. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorzugsweise im Schnitt eine L-Form aufweisende Tragteil (34, 36) aus einem quer zur Längsrichtung der Schiene (12) verlaufenden formschlüssig mit der ersten Aufnahme (54) verbundenen und von dem Befestigungselement (38, 40) durchsetzten ersten Abschnitt (46, 48) und einem entlang des Stegs (16) verlaufenden zweiten Abschnitt (50, 52) besteht, der über die erste elastische Zwischenschicht (42, 44) mit dem Stützteil (30, 32) verbunden ist. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (30, 32) aus einem sich an dem Schienenkopf (12) bzw. dessen Unterseite (62, 64) abstützenden ersten Teil (66, 68) und einem sich zumindest am Schienenfuß (22) abstützenden zweiten Teil (78, 80) besteht und dass das erste Teil mit dem zweiten Teil über eine zweite elastische Zwischenschicht (82, 84) verbunden ist, die vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen parallel oder nahezu parallel zu der ersten Zwischenschicht (42, 44) verläuft. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das sich an dem Schienenfuß (22) abstützende zweite Teil (78, 80) zumindest einen sich in Richtung des Stegs (16) erstreckenden und sich an diesem abstützenden Abschnitt (70, 72, 74, 76) aufweist. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Teil (66, 68, 78, 80) plattenförmig ausgebildet sind. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Teil (78, 80) einen sich entlang des Schienenfußes (22) erstreckenden Randabschnitt (86, 88) aufweist, der von gedachter vertikaler Projektion des ersten Teils (66, 68) des Stützteils (30, 32) durchsetzt ist, wobei sich zwischen dem Randabschnitt und dem ersten Teil zumindest abschnittsweise die zweite elastische Zwischenschicht (82, 84) erstreckt. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Tragteil (34, 36) formschlüssig aufnehmende erste Aufnahme (54) mit zu beiden Seiten der Schiene (12) verlaufenden stufenförmigen Bodenabschnitten (91, 93) auf auf der Unterlage (60) abgestützten Keilelementen (56, 58) gelagert ist, deren schienenseitigen Seitenflächen (94, 96) parallel zueinander und schräg zur Längsachse (92) der Schiene verlaufen, und dass die stufenförmigen Bodenabschnitte der ersten Aufnahme parallel zu den Seitenflächen verlaufende Begrenzungsflächen (98, 100) aufweisen und vorzugsweise an diesen anliegen. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Keilelement (56, 58) zumindest ein parallel zur Schienenlängsachse (92) verlaufendes von dem zumindest einen Befestigungselement (38, 40) durchsetztes erstes Langloch (102, 104, 106, 108) und der erste Abschnitt (46, 48) des Tragteils (34, 36) von dem Befestigungselement durchsetzes senkrecht zu dem ersten Langloch verlaufendes zweites Langloch (110, 112, 114, 116) aufweisen. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Aufnahme (54) oder Lagerschale beabstandet zu der Unterlage (60) verläuft. - Stützpunkt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage (60) eine U- oder trogförmig ausgebildete zweite Aufnahme ist, die ortsfest von einem an einer Bauwerksfuge angrenzenden ersten Bauwerksteil ausgeht und geführt verschiebbar von einer an der Bauwerksfuge angrenzenden zweiten Bauwerksteil ausgehenden vorzugsweise U- oder trogförmigen dritten Aufnahme aufgenommen ist.
