Definitions
- the invention relates to a sewer with a surge flushing device for cleaning the sewer according to the in the preamble of the claim 1 mentioned Art.
- the mobile high pressure flushing used for the cleaning of the canal sections with sedimentation.
- a disadvantage here is the permanently high maintenance costs due to the use of personnel and equipment, the fresh water consumption used for flushing, the damage to the channels by flushing nozzles and the often difficult accessibility to canal routes through open terrain to lead.
- the flushing flap can differ in particular from the bulky solids that surround the pivot bearing Wedge with the flushing flap, do not release it automatically. In this case the flushing flap remains permanently open and is then ineffective. It can even cause total constipation that are difficult to identify and remove and cause high consequential damage can.
- flushing flap already returns to the closed position, when the water level of the running flushing surge is at the level of the fixed axis of rotation has reached.
- the channel section above the flushing flap acts as a flushing water tank is not used completely, i.e. down to the lower water level of the basic or dry weather runoff, can run empty. This will cause sedimentation in the canal brought about above the flushing flap and at the same time the volume of the flushing water collected reduced.
- FR-A-2 792 346 is a pool with a closable by means of a closure flap
- the closure flap under the action of a float is mobile.
- the flap can be swiveled around a stationary axis. In the closed position the flap is sealing against the end wall at the end of the pipe.
- a closure can be closed by means of a float controlled on the basis of the fill level in the container control for the flap, which the flap with raised Float releases.
- the closure flap is provided with a float, so that the closure flap against the outflow direction of the liquid from the container, thus against the direction of flow of the liquid through the drain pipe can open.
- the device according to the invention has considerable advantages over those from the Devices known in the prior art on:
- An essential feature of the device according to the invention is that that the flushing flap is guided over the lever mechanism. That means the flushing flap is not pivotable about a fixed axis, but the lever mechanism Kinematics of the flushing flap specifies. The lever mechanism does not cause stationary stored flushing flap that this is guided in the channel.
- the surge flushing device is preferably placed over a channel for the permanent one Waste water transport arranged.
- the channel cross section can be of any design be because the device on the contour of the flushing flap to the channel profile can be customized.
- the housing of the device according to the invention in A specially designed shaft structure as a "flushing shaft” is possible.
- the flushing flap pivotably mounted by means of the lever mechanism is preferred via parallel levers, which are attached to the flushing flap at one end and to the other at the Channel wall, preferably in the upper area, or arranged in a shaft are led to the canal and into the canal.
- the flushing flap in particular guided over the lever mechanism on the duct wall.
- the parallel lever guide also has the advantage that for the swivel range Flush valve requires less space and the flush valve in a permanent is held vertically or inclined position.
- the flushing flap can also be guided with a lever on the one end is hinged to a fixed pivot bearing, and the other End is firmly connected to the flushing flap.
- the fixed pivot bearing is advantageous arranged above the wetted flow area of the channel channel.
- Holding the flush valve in its lower position and releasing it from one Mechanism controlled by headwaters can be done in different ways be accomplished.
- a float Via a float, which has a lever mechanism, which is preferably pivotable mounted two-armed lever is formed and is connected to the flushing flap, with a defined high backwater level in front of the flushing flap unlocked.
- the closure on the flushing flap is particularly important formed such that when the water level falls towards the shut-off position Moving flushing flap initially does not move beyond a defined water level can move down.
- the flushing flap is preferably in an intermediate position by a further closure held between the lower position and the upper position the flushing flap is located. When the water level has dropped so far that the shut-off position the flushing flap is to be brought about, this further closure is unlocked.
- the two closures are preferably part of a structural unit, which with the flushing flap is connected.
- a position element mounted in the lever mechanism has two retaining bolts that can be brought into operative connection with the two closures are. In the active position, one of the closures contacts at the respective time the assigned retaining bolt.
- the two closures preferably form part of a around a horizontal axis pivotable component, the opposite ends of the receptacles for the retaining bolts exhibit.
- the flushing flap drops into the intermediate position the retaining bolt located higher up then the pivoted blocked Component adjacent to the upper receptacle, while in the lower position of the flushing flap, in which this is held, the lower receptacle the other, arranged below Holding bolt contacted.
- This locking member is, for example, in its locking position by means of a spring biased.
- the locking member is preferably by means of a mechanism controlled by the headwater unlocked.
- the mechanism has two cams on one Act on the toggle lever on one or the other side and this from different Press the sides of the toggle lever over the extended position, with the locking element in the each stretched position of the toggle lever is transferred to the unlocked position.
- the respective cam from above or from below, in the above Acts on the toggle lever, the locking member is unlocked.
- Triggering the fixation of the flushing flap in its lower or intermediate position is by means of the knee lever and the two, from different sides on the knee lever acting cams accomplished.
- the adjustability of the cams allows it to adapt the trigger mechanism to different water levels in the channel.
- Two trigger mechanisms can thus by means of a controller, specifically the controller about the float.
- the component can be pivoted with the two locks, it is considered advantageous if this, to a defined position of the component to interact to reach the closures with the retaining bolts, balanced in weight or in is led against a backdrop. Shortly before reaching the lower position or intermediate position the flushing flap, the two receptacles are adjacent to the respective retaining bolt positioned.
- buoyancy body connected to the flushing flap before, which is arranged upstream of the flushing flap.
- This can preferably trough-shaped and with a shape favoring the outflow Front wall be formed.
- flushing flap is opened by the buoyancy body the escaping flushing rinse floats and thereby a long-lasting sustainable Flushing causes.
- the hydraulic flow rate is less inhibited.
- the delayed lowering of the flushing flap can also be caused by the Installation of a damper (e.g. gas pressure spring etc.) can be supported.
- the invention proposes two basic designs of an automatically acting Gush flushing device that apart and the fact that the flushing flap over a lever mechanism is guided, has one lock or two locks, which are assigned to the flushing flap or the lever mechanism. Assigns the flushing flap Open the lock and use it to hold the flushing flap in the lower position, the closure is preferably designed as a hook with one on the channel wall arranged holding bolt cooperates. - However, are two closures provided the one hand the flushing flap in the lower position, on the other hand hold in an intermediate position, the closures act in particular by fix the lever mechanism of the flushing flap. This setting the lever mechanism by means of the locks can be made at different locations of the lever mechanism.
- the flushing flap can be provided with the two closures
- the closures can be placed in the area of the fixed storage of the flushing device his.
- the float can also be stored directly in a fixed position. So it is conceivable that the lever mechanism only receives the flushing flap and the blocking the lever mechanism in the two different positions over that in the channel stored closures, in particular the closures stored at the top in the channel he follows.
- Figures 1 to 3 show the device in a U-shaped, for example Sewer 1.
- a lever mechanism 8 which essentially consists of articulated parallel levers 8 'is formed, which at one end on the channel wall 12, and at her are arranged at the other end of the flushing flap 2, the flushing flap 2 through it Own weight led to and into the channel. This causes the flow in the channel 1 blocked (more or less tightly) in such a way that incoming wastewater (in Flow direction seen) in front of the flushing flap 2.
- the contour of the flushing flap 2 is shaped such that the channel bottom and the lateral channel walls 12 out a seal is effected. It is an absolute Seal not absolutely necessary. It is sufficient if the seal is designed in this way is that as a result of the inlet flow there is a defined accumulation in front of the flushing flap 2 established. It is also conceivable to channel the channel 1 in the area of the flushing flap 2 To provide a stop for the seal or the like against which the flushing flap 2 runs along leans their contour in the lower position or cooperates sealingly.
- a closure 3 fastened to the flushing flap 2 prevents the flushing flap 2 from the water pressure that builds up.
- the closure 3 is preferred here formed from a hook 10 in front of and on the flushing flap 2 and on the Buoyancy body 6 is pivotally attached via a pivot bearing 11.
- the hook 10 When the flushing flap 2 sinks due to its own weight, the hook 10 sets with its outer contour on a retaining bolt 13 arranged on the channel wall 12 and is pivoted into the open position.
- One hinged to the hook 10 and tension spring 14 attached to the flushing flap 2 ensures the return of the hook 10 in the closed position when the flushing flap 2 is in the lower position and in can engage the retaining bolt 13.
- the inner contour of the Hook 10 the retaining bolt 13 in a position that cannot be released automatically.
- the Retaining pin 13 is preferably provided with a sleeve 15 which surrounds the retaining pin 13 is rotatable.

- the release of the flushing flap can 2 (counteracting the dead weight) are supported.
- the flushing flap 2 With strong water flow 7, the flushing flap 2 can swim on the tidal wave in channel 1 and so the flow cross-section largely for an uninhibited hydraulic drainage capacity keep open.
- the vertical or approximately vertical selected in a preferred embodiment Arranging the parallel lever - ends on top of each other - has the advantage that the flushing flap 2 can be carried freely upwards in its swivel radius, so that when the flushing flap 2 floats under it, the flow cross-section can be used without restriction.
- a preferred embodiment is the lever mechanism 5 with the connected float 4 arranged on the flushing flap 2, so that this Swiveling the flushing flap 2 together with the flushing flap 2 out of the flow cross section is brought out and no fixed obstacle for the flowing Represents wastewater flow.
- the flushing flap 2 preferably does not drop immediately after the flushing surge is released in their lower position (shut-off position), but is in a defined intermediate position held so that the canal is completely complete for the purpose of sedimentation discharge can drain. In the discussed embodiments, this is accomplished by the engagement of the hook 10 in the retaining bolt 13 can only take place when that dead weight acting on the hook closure by reducing the water pressure or the buoyancy on the rinse flap 2 due to the falling water level increases in such a way that the hook 10 then opens and engages.
