Claims (12)
- Schwallspülvorrichtung für einen Abwasserkanal (1) mit einer über einen Parallelhebel zum und in den Kanal (1) geführten und gegen die Kanalwand (4) gedichtet gelagerten, selbsttätig gesteuerten und mit einem Auftriebskörper (7) versehenen Spülklappe (3), die in einem größten Teils leeren Kanal (1) auch bei geringem Abwasserlauf einen Einstau erzeugt und diesen als Spülschwall ablaufen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auftriebskörper (7) mit den Hebelarmen (2, 2a) des Parallelhebels zur Betätigung der Spülklappe (3) kraft- und bewegungsschlüssig zusammen wirkt, dass bei einer Drehbewegung der Hebelarme (2, 2a) der Hubweg (a) des Auftriebskörpers (7) geringer ist als der Hubweg in (b) der Spülklappe (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülklappe (3) von dem Auftriebskörper (7) hydraulisch getragen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülklappe (3) an einem Ende des aus zwei Hebelarmen (2, 2a) bestehenden Parallelhebels schwenkbar gehalten und über dessen anderes Ende in dem Kanal (1) geführt und in einer Ruhestellung gegen die Kanalwand (4) dichtend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülklappe (3) in der unteren Spülklappenposition mittels eines Verschlusses (5) festgehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der Spülklappe (3) der Auftriebskörper (7) angeordnet ist, der aus zwei parallel zueinander liegenden Rohrteilen konzipiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen den Rohrteilen der schwimmerbetriebene Steuermechanismus (6) bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülklappe (3) über ein Drehlager (9, 9a) gelenkig mit den Hebelarmen (2, 2a) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Hebelarmen (2, 2a) Drehlager (9b, 9c) für eine mit dem Auftriebskörper (7) verbundene Betätigungsstange (10) angeordnet sind oder der Auftriebskörper (7) unmittelbar über die Drehlager (9b, 9c) mit den Hebelarmen (2, 2a) kraft- und bewegungsschlüssig zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehlager (9b, 9c) von Betätigungsstange (10) beziehungsweise Auftriebskörper (7) und die Drehlager (9, 9a) der Spülklappe (3) und/oder die Drehlager (9b, 9c) von Betätigungsstange (10) beziehungsweise Auftriebskörper (7) und die ortsfesten Drehlager (8, 8a) der Hebelarme (2, 2a) ein rautenförmiges, in sich verschiebbares Kräfteparallelogramm bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auftriebskörper (7) bezüglich des Parallelhebels in Lage und/oder Höhe verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelarme (2, 2a) des Parallelhebels geringfügig divergieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülklappe (3) und/oder der Auftriebskörper (7) in deren unteren Position eine andere Neigung einnehmen als in deren oberen Position.
