Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade and / or a roof according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- facade structures of the generic type which are generally perpendicular extending post profiles with the horizontally extending bolt profiles preferably connected in such a way that the latch profiles are unlatched in the lower end region be and with a smaller area, the length of the space between posts profiles exceeds, placed on the post profile and bolted there.
- a facade with the features of the preamble is known from DE-C-41 24 820.
- the Residual sealing strip is designed so that it slightly above the edge of the anchoring groove survives. This removal is relatively expensive and not very precise feasible, so that the risk of leaks remains.
- the invention has over this prior art task, the generic Facade and / or the roof further develop such that the effort in the Assembly reduced.
- the at least one sealing lip-like projection or the lip on the sealing foot assumes sealing functions, since it stands out from the profile level.
- the launched Latch profile presses on the sealing lip, so that a tight transition between posts and bar arises.
- the protruding lip forms a centering for the block and the glass support of the seal, because there is no latch.
- lip is attached to a groove in the lower block area of the glass contact area the sealing strip received positively.
- the lower area, the so-called sealing foot, is largely of the anchoring groove of the post profile.
- the upper part, the glass overlay area consists in contrast, from a height compensating block area of the actual glass support.
- sealing foot and glass contact area are in general in their transition area integrally connected to each other over the entire surface.
- this is due to the hinge-like hinged connection a simple way to do so created the sealing foot and the glass support area by a folding movement to turn apart.
- the Dichtungsfuß and the glass support area by means of a cutting device - e.g. a knife - to separate in the hinge area. It's just still on both sides of the bar profile a complementary cut at an angle to the hinge through the glass support area necessary.
- the sealing strips of the post thus have in Area of support of the bolt on the post only in the anchoring grooves engaging sealing foot on.
- Sealing foot and glass support area of each other is the hinge formed as a film hinge, whereby the sealing foot and the glass support area are integrally connected to each other.
- the block and glass pad area becomes at the point where the bar profile is placed on the post profile, separated out.
- the sealing foot remains in the profile groove of the post and closes as far as possible flush at the top of the groove.
- the hinge is made so thin that a separation the areas is particularly easy and yet a stable connection between the two elements is ensured.
- the remote from the hinge Edge region of the sealing foot and the glass contact area glued together so that the fixation of the two elements relative to each other without interference the separability of the elements from each other is improved.
- the seal is in the latch area opened by loosening the adhesive joint, cut and hand and / or a tool such as a knife in the hinge area separated. This Operation is accomplished in the installed state, without the seal off the groove must be pulled out.
- gasket foot and glass support area can also materially with each other be connected, e.g. by a manually severable material connection or another film hinge at the opposite of the first film hinge Page.
- sealing strip or seal of the post is also the sealing strip or seal of the post. What is created is a glass mounting seal, preferably for one Facade and / or a roof according to one of the preceding claims, with a in the anchoring grooves engaging sealing foot and a glass support area, which are hinged together via a hinge-like device.
- Fig. 1 shows a part of a facade in metal-glass design with a metal framework from post profiles 1 and this angularly aligned locking profiles Second
- the post profile 1 has on its front side a central web 3, which is for attachment used by cover shells, not shown here. Hold these cover shells Fillings such as discs, e.g. Insulating glass panes, which on sealing strips 4a, b- also called glass mounting seals - the post profiles 1 and the bar profiles 2 are pressed.
- cover shells not shown here. Hold these cover shells Fillings such as discs, e.g. Insulating glass panes, which on sealing strips 4a, b- also called glass mounting seals - the post profiles 1 and the bar profiles 2 are pressed.
- the weather strips 4a, b e.g. can be made with EPDM Sealing 5 in side facing the front side anchoring grooves 6a, b the Post and bar profiles 1, 2 held.
- the bolt 2 are notched at the post-side ends 7 so that they have a bearing surface Form 8, which are placed on the anchoring grooves 6a of the post section 1 becomes.
- a bearing surface Form 8 which are placed on the anchoring grooves 6a of the post section 1 becomes.
- sealing strip 40a according to the invention for the post 1 of FIG. 2 at its to the outside indicative surface 27 in contrast to the generic state has a hinge 19, this can after cutting 9 in mounted state to the side folded and easily separated out.
- the sealing strip 40a does not have to be pulled out of the profile, so what simplifies assembly.
- FIG. 2 shows the sealing strip 40a according to the invention in an enlarged Cut.
- the sealing strip 40a consists of a sealing foot 5 and the glass support area 11 with a lower block-like region 13 and the disc pointing, here upper glass support 14.
- Both the sealing foot 5 and the glass support area 11 have hollow chambers 12, which increase the flexibility of the seal and material savings contribute.
- the block portion 13 of the seal is used inter alia. for height compensation between the resting bolt 2 and the post 1.
- the upper glass support area 11 becomes laterally, that is to say in the representation of FIG. 2 to the right and left, positively held, as the block portion 13 of the seal 40a has a groove 18, in which a substantially form-fitting a sealing lip-like Projection or a sealing and centering lip 17 of the sealing foot 5 engages.
- the sealing foot 5 is connected to the glass support region 11 via the film hinge 19th connected, on which the glass support area is slightly folded away from the sealing foot 5 can be. It is also conceivable to form the film hinge perforated.
- the film hinge closes in the contact area between the glass contact area 11 and the seal base 5 a hollow chamber 20 at.
- the hollow chamber goes in a hollow portion 21 over, which over the sealing and centering lip 17 away to the support region 22 between the sealing foot 5 and the glass support region 11 runs. This is an easy unfolding and folding the Sealing elements 5 and 11 allows.
- the sealing foot 5 forms on the opposite side of the hinge in the Supporting portion 22 a support surface 23, which preferably with the support surface 28th the block portion 13 in the support portion 22 is releasably adhered., That is, the connection On the one hand, it is so firm that the sealing foot 5 does not come off the block and glass support area 13, e.g. during assembly of the sealing strip 40a, separates and on the other hand but is easy enough to release by hand around the cut-out sealing area to be able to fold his hinge 19.
- the remote from the hinge 19 In Fig. 2 upper edge region of the sealing foot 5 is also advantageous in the region of the support surface 23 in a recess 30 of the glass support area 11 fixed.
- the sealing foot 5 is provided with undercuts 24, the form-fitting in the Engage anchoring grooves 6 of the post profile 1.
- the block area 13 lies with the surfaces 25 and 26 on the anchoring grooves 6 of the post 1 for safe Load transfer on.
- the actual, also tolerance-compensating glass overlay 14 further includes substantially sine wave-like elevations 15, the form an elastic and dense bearing surface and a relatively long sealing lip 16, which seals the system to the insulating glass pane.
