Definitions
- the invention relates to a basin or tub drain according to the preamble of Claim 1 or 5.
- Basins with a molded tube siphon are known, e.g. at Urinals.
- the object of the present invention is to find alternative solutions to propose for the design of a siphon.
- the Capsule has a radial passage which opens into the drain pipe and which is above of the lower end of the capsule and that in the capsule a closure housing can be introduced, on which an immersion tube is attached, the closure housing or Dip tube is sealed above the radial passage with respect to the capsule and where the lower end of the immersion tube when the closure housing is inserted located below the culvert.
- the drain hole can be round, for example, as usual, the Extension can extend cylindrically downward on its circumference.
- the Extension can be molded or glued to the basin or tub.
- the seal can be brought about by a sealing ring, a lip seal or the like become. Due to the seal, a locking between the Closure housing or the dip tube and the capsule are effected. The drain body can then only be pulled out by force. If a simple one Rubber plug is used as a drain plug and this is pulled out, pulls the drain housing does not come out due to the sealing ring. Conveniently, a drain plug is used that opens or closes when pressure is applied.
- the side passage can be about 7 cm above the capsule bottom (lower End of the capsule).
- the side passage can be in a molded tube discharge, which in turn leads into the drainage channel.
- the dip tube can be in inserted state about 1 cm above the capsule bottom.
- the dip tube is molded onto the closure housing, which in turn is at the end Flange or a rosette can be molded. If the drain hole is conical the lock housing can be stored in the conical part.
- the described invention can be used not only for wash basins, bidet or Sinks etc. are also used for showers and or bathtubs, which can also be molded or glued onto a siphon housing.
- the drain plug can be pulled out of the ring for cleaning purposes. With The drain housing with the immersion tube can then be removed using the ring and the webs to be pulled. After cleaning, the drain housing with the immersion tube is again plugged in. Between the flange or rosette of the drain body and the conical At the beginning of the pool outlet hole, no sealing with putty is required, like this is currently the case.
- any overflow water can be drained off through this passage. Due to the Odor-tight partitioning can also not be achieved by guiding the overflow water Leakage canal.
- the immersion tube is opposite the closure housing is tapered, with the taper making the seal against the capsule becomes.
- the seal on the closure housing can advantageously be sealed in a simple manner be fixed so that the sealing of the closure housing in the inserted state a defined height.
- a pool or tub drain is like this designed that starting from a drain hole extending downward Extension is firmly attached to the basin or tub, which is at its lower end has an opening, the extension being form-fitting by a plug connection can be connected to a drain piece, the extension and the drain piece being through the plug connection can be sealingly connected.
- Sealing can take place by means of a sealing ring or by means of a sealing lip.
- a closure housing can be used, which means a sealing ring or a lip seal against the extension or the drain piece is sealable.
- Drainage piece has a U-shaped siphon, can through the closure housing Attachment of a drain plug can be simplified, as was already the case in Connection with claim 2 was explained.
- the drain piece is designed as a U-shaped tube siphon.
- the odor-tight seal is advantageous even through the end piece reached.
- the drain piece is designed as a bottle siphon, wherein the Breech housing has a downward-facing pipe section, which is below the side Drainage of the drain piece ends.
- basin or tub in the sense of the present invention for example, wash basin, bidet, sink and also showers or bathtubs his.
- Figure 1 shows partially and in section a sink or a bidet 1, which on a Wall is attached, with a molded in the extension to the drain hole 2, cylindrical, at the end closed capsule 3 with a radial passage 4, which in a Drain pipe 5 opens.
- the cover 6 molded on, as is partially indicated.
- Over the passage 4 of the drain pipe opens the overflow channel 7 into the cylindrical capsule 3.
- the inlet of the drain hole 2 runs in known conical.
- the closure housing is designated, the is shown in section.
- a flange 9 or a rosette is on the closure housing 8 formed.
- the two Web 11 is attached to the closure housing 8, in which the closure plug 12th is inserted.
- a sealing ring 15 or a lip seal is arranged. Furthermore, in the Closure housing 8 arranged at least one passage 14 through which the water from the Overflow channel 7 can be discharged through the dip tube. Along the scope of the Breech housing 8 can be arranged a plurality of passages 14, so that the Closure housing not necessarily in a certain angular position in the drain hole 2 must be used.
- FIG. 2 shows, like the illustration in FIG. 1, the basin 1 with the molded capsule 3, however, with the dip tube 13 and the closure housing 8 inserted, and with the one in the ring 10 inserted plug 12.
- the sealing ring 15 is between the sewage pipe 5 and the overflow channel 7 stored so that no channel smell can escape.
- the capsule 3 is with Water filled up to the sewage pipe 5, so that there is no sewer smell Dip tube 13 can emerge.
- the sealing plug 12 can be removed from the Retaining ring 10 are pulled out. This can be done by means of the ring 10 or the webs 11 Closure housing 8 can be removed with the immersion tube.
- Figure 3 shows the lower part of a basin or a tub 301. It is again a drain hole 302 to see, followed by an extension 303 that runs downwards.
- the Extension 303 has an opening 305 at its lower end 304.
- a seal 307 can be seen in the illustration in FIG can be designed as a sealing ring or as a lip seal.
- Closure housing 308 can be inserted into the drain hole 302. Again, this can be done Reconnect the housing 308 to a dip tube 313.
- the opening 305 of the extension 303 is dimensioned so that the dip tube 313 through this opening 305 can be guided.
- FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of a drain piece 306.
- This drain piece 306 is designed as a U-shaped siphon.
- the dip tube 313 on the closure housing 308 then omitted. Otherwise, the structure is the same as in the illustration in FIG. 3.
- FIG. 5 shows the illustration in FIG. 3 again with the individual parts shown in the illustration 5 are not joined together.
