Claims (15)
- Falzklappenanordnung (11) an einem Falzklappenzylinder (10) in einem Falzapparat einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einem stationären Falzklappenteil (13) und einem beweglichen Falzklappenteil (14; 29, 40), zwischen denen ein Spalt (12) gebildet ist, in den ein Falzorgan (5) eines mit dem Falzklappenzylinder (10) zusammenwirkenden weiteren Zylinders (4) zum Falzen der Exemplare eintaucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am bewegbaren Falzklappenteil (14; 29, 40) federelastische Bereiche (20, 27) vorgesehen sind, die das Exemplar während des Falzvorgangs gegen den stationären Teil (13) drängen.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Falzklappenteil mehrere über die Breite der Falzklappenanordnung (11) nebeneinander angeordnete Falzklappenabschnitte (29) umfaßt.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Falzklappenteil als einstückiger Falzklappenteil (40) ausgebildet ist.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federelastischen Bereiche (27) als von schlitzförmigen Öffnungen (28) begrenzte Federzungen ausgebildet sind.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den federelastischen Bereichen (27) eine zusätzliche, den geöffneten Falzklappenspalt (12) verengende Beschichtung (20) aufgebracht ist.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Beschichtung (20) ein elastisches, nachgiebiges Material enthält, mit einem in bezug auf den Reibkoeffizienten des zu ergreifenden Materials der flächigen Exemplare erhöhten Reibkoeffizienten.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Beschichtung (20) ein Polyurethan enthält.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Beschichtung (20) im oberen, der Mantelfläche (9) des exemplarführenden Zylinders (10) zugewandten Bereich des beweglichen Falzklappenteils (14, 29, 40) angeordnet ist.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Beschichtung (20) auf den beweglichen Falzklappenteil (14, 29, 40) direkt aufgebracht ist.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Beschichtung (20) auf einer Zwischenschicht (17) am beweglichen Falzklappenteil (14, 29, 40) aufgenommen ist.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenschicht (17) ein elastisches nachgiebiges Material enthält.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegliche Falzklappenteil (14, 29, 40) eine Passage von Aushebeelementen (30, 33) ermöglichende Ausnehmungen (26) umfaßt.
- Falzklappenanordnung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federelastischen Bereiche (20, 27) am beweglichen Falzklappenteil (14; 29, 40) mit Ausnehmungen korrespondieren, die an dem in den Spalt (12) eintauchenden Falzorgan (5) gebildet sind, in der Weise, daß die federelastischen Bereiche (27) das Exemplar durch die Ausnehmungen (7) im Falzorgan (5) gegen den stationären Teil (13) der Falzklappenanordnung (11) drücken und beim Herausziehen des Falzorgans an diesem halten.
- Falzklappenzylinder (10) mit einer Falzklappenanordnung (11) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
