Claims (8)
- Einrichtung zum Trennen von insbesondere gewalztem und in mindestens zwei Bandstreifen (1, 1') längsgespaltenem Metallband, die mindestens einer Bandwickelvorrichtung, bspw. einem Aufwickelhaspel (10) zugeführt werden,
gekennzeichnet durch,
mindestens einen jedem Bandstreifen (1, 1') (Spaltband) zugeordneten, separat steuerbaren Treiber (4, 4'). - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Treiber (4, 4') mit einer Einrichtung zur Bandsteuerung versehen ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenbreiten der Treiber (4, 4') so bemessen sind, daß jedes Spaltband (1, 1') separat und mit einem definierten Bandabstand (2) zueinander von dem Treiber (4, 4') steuerbar ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Treiber (4, 4') auf einem in Bandrichtung verschiebbaren Rahmen (7) angeordnet sind. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den Treibern (4, 4') auf dem Verschieberahmen (7) die Fädelvorrichtung (8), im wesentlichen bestehend aus Umlenktreiber und Einfädeltisch angeordnet ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschieberahmen (7) beim Fädelvorgang entsprechend dem wachsenden Coil auf dem Aufwickelhaspel (10) entgegen der Bandlaufrichtung (3) mit konstantem Abstand zum Coilaußendurchmesser zurückfahrbar ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschieberahmen (7) in bezug auf den Aufwickelhaspel (10) in definierte Arbeitspositionen (P1, P2, P3, P4) bspw. in eine Inspektions-Position (P1), Einfädel-Position (P2), Fertigaufwickel-Position (P3) und Aufwickelstart-Position (P4) einstellbar und festlegbar ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Treiber (4, 4') in Bandlaufrichtung (3) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
