Claims (15)
- Ski- oder Snowboardstiefel (10) bestehend aus Sohle (11), Schale (14) und Schaft (15), wobei der Schaft (15) eine rückseitig am Unterschenkel anliegende, im Knöchelbereich um eine sich etwa parallel zur Sohle (11) und etwa senkrecht zu deren Längsachse erstreckende Querachse (16) verschwenkbar gelagerte Stützschale (17) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stützschale (17) mit der Vordersohle (12) des Stiefels (10) derart gekoppelt ist, daß eine auf die Stützschale (17) einwirkende Kraft bzw. ein auf die Stützschale (17) einwirkendes Drehmoment (D) im wesentlichen unmittelbar in die Vordersohle (12) bzw. umgekehrt eingeleitet wird. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stützschale (17) über ein Kraft- und Drehmomentübertragungselement (19) mit der Vordersohle (12), insbesondere dem Ballenbereich derselben in Wirkverbindung steht. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kraft- und Drehmomentübertragungselement einen sich im wesentlichen frei um die Ferse herumerstreckenden und mit seinen freien Enden an der Vordersohle oder unmittelbar oberhalb derselben angeschlossenen Bügel (19) umfaßt, an dessen sich um die Ferse herumerstreckenden Bogensteg (20) die verschwenkbar gelagerte Stützschale (17) angeschlossen ist. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kraft- und Drehmomentübertragungselement (19) im Bereich der Querachse (16), um die die Stützschale (17) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, um eine sich parallel dazu erstreckende Achse (24) kraft- und drehmomentübertragend abgestützt ist. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die beiden Schenkel (22) des kraft- und drehmomentübertragenden Bügels (19) im Bereich der Querachse (16), um die die Stützschale (17) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, jeweils innerhalb einer zur Außenseite hin offenen Nut (25) gehalten sind. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die die Bügelschenkel (22) aufnehmenden Nuten (25) sich nach vorne bis zum Anschluß der freien Enden der Bügelschenkel (22) an der Vordersohle (12) oder oberhalb derselben erstrecken. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die beiden Schenkel (22) des kraft- und drehmomentübertragenden Bügels (19) im Bereich der Querachse (16), um die die Stützschale (17) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, sich jeweils durch eine Öffnung innerhalb eines Stützelements hindurcherstrecken, wobei entweder die Stützelemente um eine sich parallel zur Querachse (16) erstreckende Achse verschwenkbar gelagert oder die Öffnungen selbst so ausgebildet sind, daß die Bügelschenkel (22) innerhalb derselben um eine Achse (24) parallel zur Querachse (16) verschwenkbar abgestützt sind. - Stiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schale (14) zur Aufnahme eines Fußes und der Schaft (15) mit Ausnahme der diesem zugeordneten Stützschale (17) aus Weichmaterial hergestellt sind. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an der der Laufseite der Sohle (11) gegenüberliegenden Oberseite ein Stützrand (26) für die Aufnahme der aus Weichmaterial bestehenden Fuß-Schale (14) und die Verankerung des kraft- und drehmomentübertragenden Elements (19) einstückig an die Sohle (11) angeformt ist, wobei im Knöchelbereich sich dieser Stützrand (26) bis zu diesem zur Aufnahme des Schwenklagers (Querachse 16) für die dem Schaft (15) zugeordnete Stützschale (17) hoch erstreckt. - Stiefel nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Stützrand (26) sich um den Umfang der Sohle (11) herumerstreckt. - Stiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Anschluß der Stützschale (17) am Bogensteg (20) des kraft- und drehmomentübertragenden Bügels (19) über einen Verbindungsstab oder eine Verbindungslasche (18) erfolgt, der bzw. die an der Stützschale (17) entweder dauerhaft fest oder alternativ dazu je nach Bedarf entweder fest (Skilaufposition) oder relativ verschieblich dazu (Gehposition) angeschlossen ist. - Stiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Kraft- und Drehmomentübertragungselement (19) im Bereich hinter der Querachse (16), um die die Stützschale (17) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, in Vertikalebene federelastisch ausgebildet ist, wobei die Federhärte so eingestellt ist, daß zum einen eine im wesentlichen verlustfreie Kraft- und Drehmomentübertragung von der Stützschale (17) auf die Vordersohle (12) des Stiefels (10) bzw. umgekehrt gewährleistet ist, zum anderen jedoch eine vorbestimmte Dämpfung für die Schwenkbewegung der Stützschale (17) erhalten wird. - Stiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fußschale (14) und der Schaft (15) entweder mit einem festen Inlay (32) versehen oder so dimensioniert sind, daß sie für die Aufnahme eines gesonderten Innenschuhs geeignet sind. - Stiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der kraft- und drehmomentübertragende Bügel (19) aus Metall, insbesondere Chrom-Nickel-Legierung besteht. - Stiefel nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Stützschale (17) eine massive Schließschnalle (27) mit vorgeformtem, relativ starrem Schließband (28) zugeordnet ist, während im übrigen flexible Schließbänder, insbesondere Klettverschlußbänder (29, 30) vorgesehen sind.
