Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Ringhaken, mit denen ein Vorhang an einer Vorhangstange aufgehängt wird.
Ein Vorhang wird an einer Vorhangstange üblicherweise dadurch aufgehängt, dass am Vorhang ringförmige oder hakenförmige Aufhängungselemente vorgesehen sind. Diese können so gestaltet sein, dass sie einstückig ausgebildet sind, wobei sie mit ihrem unteren Teil in Ösen des Schlaufenbandes am Vorhang eingreifen und mit ihrem oberen Teil auf die Vorhangstange aufgeschoben werden können. Es ist auch möglich, am Vorhang zusätzliche Befestigungselemente, beispielsweise in Form von kleinen Ringen oder Stülphaken anzubringen, die dann erst in die eigentlichen Aufhängungselemente eingeführt werden.
Ein Problem beim Aufhängen eines Vorhangs an einer Vorhangstange besteht darin, dass bei einer Aufhängung mit so genannten Ringhaken mit zwei offenen Enden sich diese an beiden Enden leicht mit benachbarten Ringhaken verhaken. Dies kommt daher, da es sich kaum vermeiden lässt, dass beim Bewegen der Ringhaken auf der Vorhangstange ein Ende eines Ringhakens, das mit dem übrigen Ringhaken eine offene Schlaufe bildet, in eine ebenso ausgebildete Schlaufe des Nachbarhakens eingreift.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Ringhaken für das Aufhängen eines Vorhangs an einer Vorhangstange der genannten Art so auszubilden, dass dieses Verhaken der Ringhaken untereinander vermieden werden kann.
Die gestellte Aufgabe wird mit dem genannten Ringhaken erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Hauptanspruchs aufgeführten Merkmale gelöst. Die Unteransprüche geben bevorzugte Weiterbildungen an.
Beim erfindungsgemäßen Ringhaken ist der obere Stangenteil des Hakens, der die Vorhangstange teilweise umschließt, in einer elliptischen Form ausgebildet, sodass sein freies Ende sich an die Vorhangstange anlegt, wenn sich der Haken bei einer Bewegung entlang der Stange von der Stange abhebt oder schräg stellt. Weil sich das freie Ende bei der Bewegung an die Stange anlegt, bietet es kaum eine oder gar keine Angriffsfläche, an der sich der benachbarte Haken verhaken könnte. Da sich außerdem alle freien Enden der Haken bei einer Bewegung entlang der Vorhangstange an die Stange anlegen, wird ein Verhaken zusätzlich erschwert.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der erfindungsgemäße Ringhaken so ausgebildet, dass sein oberes Stangenteil, das an der Vorhangstange eingehängt wird, und sein unteres Vorhangteil, das am Vorhang befestigt wird, durch ein gekrümmtes Mittelstück verbunden sind. Das freie Ende des Stangenteils steht dabei dem Mittelstück in einem Abstand gegenüber. Der Abstand wird so gewählt, dass der Ringhaken leicht über die Vorhangstange gleitet und es aber dennoch verhindert wird, dass er sich von der Vorhangstange löst. Der Abstand richtet sich natürlich in erster Linie nach dem Durchmesser der Vorhangstange. Bei einer üblichen Abmessung einer Vorhangstange wird der Abstand vorteilhafterweise so gewählt, dass er 0,7 mm bis 0,2 mm kleiner als der Stangendurchmesser ist.
Das freie Ende des unteren Vorhangteils des Ringhakens steht ebenfalls mit seinem freien Ende dem Mittelstück in einem Abstand gegenüber. Dieser Abstand wird vorteilhafterweise so gewählt, dass der Vorhang mit seinem Schlaufenband leicht eingehängt werden kann, dass aber zugleich ein Herausfallen des Vorhangs verhindert werden kann. Bei einem Ringhakendurchmesser von 2,5 mm wird der Abstand vorteilhafterweise so gewählt, dass er im Bereich von 1,6 ± 0,4 mm liegt. Benachbarte Haken können sich dann nicht miteinander verhaken. Es sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass der Abstand 0,5 mm bis 1,3 mm kleiner als der Ringhakendurchmesser ist. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das untere Vorhangteil linsenförmig ausgebildet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Ringhaken können aus verschiedenen Materialien, wie beispielsweise Kunststoff oder Edelstahl oder Messing gefertigt sein.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Ringhakens wird nachfolgend anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung erläutert.
Die einzige Figur zeigt schematisch und in vergrößertem Maßstab eine Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Ringhakens. Der Ringhaken besteht aus einem oberen so genannten Stangenteil 10, das zur Befestigung an der hier nicht gezeigten Vorhangstange dient, und einem unteren so genannten Vorhangteil 20, das zur Befestigung am nicht gezeigten Vorhang dient. Beide Teile sind durch ein Mittelstück 30 miteinander verbunden. Dieses Mittelstück weist in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform eine etwa in der hier dargestellten Weise gekrümmte Form auf.
Das freie Ende 12 des Stangenteils 10 des Ringhaken bildet mit dem Mittelstück 30 einen Abstand 14 aus.
Das freie Ende 22 des Vorhangteils 20 des Ringhakens bildet mit dem Mittelstück 30 einen weiteren Abstand 24 aus.
Das obere Stangenteil 10 weist vorzugsweise eine elliptische Form auf, während das untere Vorhangteil 20 des Ringhakens vorzugsweise eine linsenförmige Form aufweist.

Claims (8)

  1. Ringhaken für das Aufhängen eines Vorhangs an einer Vorhangstange mit einem oberen gebogenen Stangenteil (10), das die Vorhangstange teilweise umschließt und das ein freies Ende (12) aufweist und einem unteren gebogenen Vorhangteil (20), in das jeweils eine Aufhängevorrichtung des Vorhangs eingeführt wird und das ebenfalls ein freies Ende (22) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Stangenteil (10) eine elliptische gekrümmte Form aufweist, sodass sein freies Ende (12) sich an die Vorhangstange anlegt, wenn der Ringhaken bei einer Bewegung entlang der Stange von der Stange abhebt oder sich schräg stellt.
  2. Ringhaken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Stangenteil (10) und das untere Vorhangteil (20) durch ein gekrümmtes Mittelstück (30) miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Ringhaken nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Eende (12) des Stangenteils (10) mit einem Abstand (14) dem gekrümmten Mittelstück (30) gegenüber steht, wobei der Abstand (14) in Abhängigkeit vom Durchmesser der Vorhangstange so gewählt ist, dass der Ringhaken nicht von der Vorhangstange fallen kann.
  4. Ringhaken nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (14) des freien Endes (12) des Stangenteils (10) vom gekrümmten Mittelstück (30) 0,7 mm bis 0,2 mm kleiner als der Stangendurchmesser ist.
  5. Ringhaken nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorhangteil (20) linsenförmig gekrümmt ist.
  6. Ringhaken nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (22) des Vorhangteils (20) mit einem Abstand (24) dem gekrümmten Mittelstück (30) gegenüber steht, der eine Größe aufweist, die ein leichtes Befestigen der Befestigungsvorrichtung des Vorhangs am Vorhangteil (20) ermöglicht und der zugleich so klein ist, dass ein Verhaken mit einem benachbarten Ringhaken vermieden wird.
  7. Ringhaken nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (24) des freien Endes (22) des Vorhangteils (20) vom gekrümmten Mittelstück (30) 0,5 mm bis 1,3 mm geringer als der Ringhakendurchmesser ist.
  8. Ringhaken nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringhaken aus Edelstahl oder Messing hergestellt ist.
