Definitions

  • the invention relates to a standing aid with at least one on a support frame arranged seat, the at least one seat over the support frame between an unloaded rest position and at least one through a user-loaded seat position is adjustable and the support frame the seat automatically returns to the rest position via a reset mechanism adjusted as soon as the load on the seat is released.
  • Such standing aids are used for a relaxed standing wherever a work-related sitting e.g. on machines, in toolmaking or behind sales counters not possible.
  • the standing aids known from practice on a support frame on which at least a seat is arranged.
  • This with mechanical or gas spring assisted Height adjustment fixed or foldable standing aids all have the disadvantage that they stand in the way when not in use or must be cleared away separately if the storage space is kept freely accessible must become.
  • a generic standing aid is known for example from DE 26 42 112 A1.
  • This well-known standing aid is designed as a one-leg seat, the seat surface of which supporting swivel leg via a reset mechanism in the form of a Spring arrangement is fixed to a foot part.
  • the standing aid is deflected in that the user sits on the seat and by his weight the standing aid holds in this deflected sitting position.
  • the seating position will thereby defined by the fact that the user has his legs or feet on the ground supports and thus limits the angle of adjustment of the swivel leg. It results is thus only an unstable working position in the sitting position, since the fixation of the Sitting position is done in any direction by the user.
  • the constant support the standing aid in the sitting position means constant strain on the user, which is why such a standing aid is only suitable to a limited extent To allow standing.
  • the object of the invention is to design a standing aid of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it allows standing / sitting to be largely relieved.
  • the support frame is designed as a support frame provided with a swivel mechanism and anchored to a floor, the support frame having at least one support leg, via which the support frame in the sitting position for absorbing the vertical forces and for limiting of the adjustment bracket is supported on the floor.
  • This formation of the standing aid according to the invention enables stable for the first time Sitting position in which the user is not forced to move the entire vertical Intercept forces over his legs.
  • In addition to initiating the support forces in the base of the support leg serves to limit the adjustment angle of the standing aid, which results in a defined and therefore stable seating position.
  • This stable sitting position becomes the operational and operational security of an invention standing aid significantly increased, for example because of a buckling forward is no longer possible.
  • a standing aid is provided that automatically changes after the Lifting the load from the user to a rest position, in which no longer occupies the space occupied by the seating position. Such a standing aid is only then in the otherwise free space adjusted when the standing aid is actually used.
  • the floor anchoring of the support frame forms in this embodiment the abutment for the swiveling support frame.
  • the reset mechanism to move the standing aid over the Adjusting the support frame to the rest position is according to one embodiment the invention as a return spring connected to the support frame educated.
  • a return spring is advantageously as on a pivot axis fixed coil spring formed when pivoting the standing aid is stretched into the sitting position.
  • the reset mechanism is as Support frame pivotally articulated counterweight formed in the Sitting position of the standing aid was deflected from its end position to the support frame to bias towards the unloaded rest position.
  • This training the return mechanism as a counterweight can also be achieved be that the pivotable support frame is mounted so eccentrically that this in the absence of load on the seat in the pivoted into the sitting position Position automatically returns to the rest position.
  • the seat over the support frame between an unloaded rest position and two seating positions is adjustable.
  • the standing aid shown in Fig. 1 consists essentially of a support frame 1, which is anchored via a base plate 2 to a base 3 and one on seat 4 arranged at the upper end of the support frame 1.
  • the base plate 2 has three bearing brackets 5, About the struts 1a, 1b and 1c forming the support frame 1 about pivot axes 6 are pivotally mounted on the base plate 2.
  • the support frame 1 consists of two on the outer Brackets 5 mounted, connected to the seat 4 struts 1a, one the middle bracket 5 supported strut 1b and two struts 1c, each connect a strut 1a to the strut 1b and in a sitting position S the Standing aid serve as support legs 1c, which pivot the support frame 1 limit.
  • Fig. 3 finally shows a standing aid between the one shown in dashed lines Rest position R and two seating positions S is pivotable.
  • the standing aid for example, over the seat 4 in one of the arrows 7 marked pivoting directions.
  • the swivel axes 6 follow the struts 1a, 1b and 1c forming the support frame 1 Swiveling movement until the strut 1c serving as a support leg 1c on the floor 3 gets up and thus ends the pivoting movement.
  • FIG. 3 When swiveling the Standing aid from the rest position R to the sitting position S is not shown Spring tensioned, via which the standing aid automatically returns to the rest position R is pivoted as soon as no more pressure is exerted on the seat 4.
  • the embodiment shown in Fig. 3 is particularly space-saving, since a standing aid between two sitting and thus working positions on workbenches, for example 9 is adjustable.
  • this standing aid With a standing aid designed in this way, it is possible to use this standing aid to be firmly anchored to the ground 3 outside a walkway or driveway.
  • a Standing aid When a Standing aid is required, it is swiveled forward into the sitting position. As soon as the user gets up from the seat 4, the return mechanism provides for the standing aid to return to the space-saving rest position is pivoted.
