Claims (34)
- Pumpe (1), insbesondere für Waschmaschinen, Geschirrspülmaschinen oder dergleichen, mit einem Gehäuse (2) und einer Heizeinrichtung (4) zum kontinuierlichen Erwärmen einer Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser, wobei die Heizeinrichtung als Mantelwand des Gehäuses (2) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer Stirnseite der Heizeinrichtung ein Boden (3a) und auf einer anderen Stirnseite der Heizeinrichtung (4) ein Deckel (3b) des Gehäuses (2) dichtend angeordnet sind.
- Pumpe nach Anspruche 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (4) einen zumindest einen Teil der Mantelwand des Gehäuses (2) bildenden Ring (5) aus Metall aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (5) aus Edelstahl, insbesondere aus Edelstahlblech, besteht.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (5) aus Aluminium besteht.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aluminiumring ein Gussteil ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aluminiumring ein Strangpressteil ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (4) einen zumindest einen Teil der Mantelwand des Gehäuses (2) bildenden Ring (5) aus wärmeleitfähigem Kunststoff aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (5) aus einem elektrisch leitfähigen Kunststoff besteht.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (4) einen außenseitig mit dem Ring (5) in Kontakt stehenden Dickschichtwiderstand aufweist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (4) einen außenseitig mit dem Ring (5) in Kontakt stehenden Rohrheizkörper (12) aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rohrheizkörper (12) bzw. der Dickschichtwiderstand um wenigstens einen Teilumfang des Rings (5) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (5) eine den Rohrheizkörper(12) wenigstens teilweise aufnehmende Sicke (13) aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Ring (5) und dem Rohrheizkörper (12) eine Wärmeverteilerplatte angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmeverteilerplatte aus Aluminium besteht.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Boden und Deckel (3a, 3b) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff besteht und der Ring (5) als Teil des Gehäuses (2, 3a, 3b) eingespritzt ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Boden und Deckel (3a, 3b) aus einem duroplastischen Kunststoff besteht und der Ring (5) in das Gehäuse (2) eingegossen ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (5) mit Boden und Deckel (3a, 3b) verklebt ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (5) mit dem Boden und Deckel (3a, 3b) verpresst ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mit der Heizeinrichtung (4) in Kontakt stehende Temperaturregeleinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (1) eine Kreiselpumpe ist.
- Pumpe (1), insbesondere für Waschmaschinen, Geschirrspülmaschinen oder dergleichen, mit einem Gehäuse (2) und einer Heizeinrichtung (4) zum kontinuierlichen Erwärmen einer Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser, wobei die Heizeinrichtung als Mantelwand des Gehäuses (2) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Halteeinrichtung (20, 31, 40) Ansätze (21) von Boden (3a) und Deckel (3b) des Gehäuses (2) umgreift.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung Spannbügel (20), vorzugsweise aus Federstahl aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbügel (20) in Nuten (22) an der Außenseite der Ansätze (21) der angrenzenden Gehäuseteile (3a, 3b) eingreifen.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Ansatzinnenseiten der angrenzenden Gehäuseteile (3a, 3b) eine Ringnut (11) zur Aufnahme der Heizeinrichtung (4) unter Zwischenlage einer Dichtung (24) angeformt ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Spannbügel (20) eine Lasche (30) herausgebogen ist, mit deren Hilfe eine Übertemperatur-Sicherung (19) zwischen Heizeinrichtung (4) und Spannbügel (20) eingeklemmt ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung aus einem oder mehreren Kunststoffformteilen (40) gebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 21 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Enden der Kunststoffformteile (40) hakenförmige Nasen (43) ausgeformt sind, die in gegengleiche Haken (46) an der Ansatzaußenseite der angrenzenden Gehäuseteile (3a, 3b) eingreifen.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 26 oder 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (4) beidseitig zwischen einer eine Dichtung (45) aufnehmenden Ringnut (42) der Ansatzinnenseite der angrenzenden Gehäuseteile (3a, 3b) und ringförmigen Spannnasen (44) des Kunststoffformteils (40) festgelegt ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 26 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einem Kunststoffformteil (40) eine Halterung (50) für die Übertemperatur-Sicherung (19) so angeformt ist, dass die Sicherung an der Heizeinrichtung (4) elastisch anliegt.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung an der Heizeinrichtung (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizeinrichtung (4) beidseitig U-förmige Ansätze (31) angeformt sind, in die die Ansätze (21) der angrenzenden Gehäuseteile (3a, 3b) eingreifen.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 30 oder 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den U-förmigen Ansätzen (31) und dem Ansatz (21) eine Dichtung (34) zur Anlage kommt.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 30 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-förmigen Ansätze (31) und der Ansatz (21) umlaufend durch Einquetschen oder Einbördeln verbunden sind.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 21, 30 bis 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Klemmbügel (36) an einem angrenzenden Gehäuseteil (3b) so befestigt ist, dass zwischen dem Klemmbügel (36) und der Heizeinrichtung (4) eine Übertemperatur-Sicherung (19) elastisch festgelegt ist.
