Claims (16)
- Reinigungsgerät (1) mit einer Sprüheinrichtung für Flüssigkeit und/oder Dampf, dem ein beheizbarer Durchlauferhitzer (8) zum Aufheizen und/oder Verdampfen der zu versprühenden Flüssigkeit zugeordnet ist mit einem topfförmigen Gehäuse (12), in dessen Außenwand (14) Heizelemente (16) eingebettet sind, dessen Innenraum (15) durch eine Trennwand (17) in zwei an einem Ende des Gehäuses (12) miteinander in Verbindung stehende Kammern (18, 19) unterteilt ist, wobei an dem dieser Verbindung gegenüberliegenden Ende des Gehäuses (12) in eine der Kammern (18) ein Flüssigkeitszufluß (7) eintritt und aus der anderen Kammer (19) ein Medienabfluß (9) austritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum (15) des Gehäuses (12) Kreiszylinderform aufweist und die Trennwand (17) eben ausgebildet ist und daß die Kammer (18), in die der Flüssigkeitszufluß (7) eintritt, einen kleineren Querschnitt aufweist als die Kammer (19), aus der der Medienabfluß (9) austritt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Kammer (18) mit dem Flüssigkeitszufluß (7) etwa halb so groß ist wie der Querschnitt der Kammer (19) mit dem Medienabfluß (9).
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwände des Gehäuses (12) und/oder die Trennwand (17) zur Oberflächenvergrößerung in die Kammern (18, 19) weisende Vorsprünge (21) tragen.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (21) sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Höhe der Kammern (18, 19) erstrecken.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das topfförmige Gehäuse (12) mittels eines Deckels (22) verschlossen ist, der zwischen sich und dem oberen Rand (20) des Gehäuses (12) eine Ringdichtung (24) einschließt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (22) als ebene Platte ausgebildet ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (22) und das topfförmige Gehäuse (12) ineinandergreifende Vor- und Rücksprünge (25; 26) tragen, die derart bemessen sind, daß beim Aufsetzen des Deckels (22) auf das topfförmige Gehäuse (12) eine Kaltverschweißung der Vor- und Rücksprünge (25; 26) eintritt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand (27) des topfförmigen Gehäuses (12) zumindest bereichsweise umgebördelt ist und dadurch den Rand (28) des Deckels (22) umschließt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (22) durch ein Spannelement gegen den oberen Rand der Trennwand (17) gespannt ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannelement eine den Deckel (22) durchsetzende, in die Trennwand (17) eingeschraubte Spannschraube ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einen der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das topfförmige Gehäuse (12) ein Druckgußteil ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das topfförmige Gehäuse (12) aus Aluminium besteht.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitszufluß (7) und der Medienabfluß (9) an der Unterseite des topfförmigen Gehäuses (12) angeordnet sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenvolumen des topfförmigen Gehäuses (12) zwischen 10 cm3 und 100 cm3 liegt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das topfförmige Gehäuse in Seitenlage eingebaut ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitszufluß (7) unterhalb des Medienabflusses (9) angeordnet ist.
