Abstract

Ein Frontauszug für Küchenmöbel besitzt eine vertikale Frontplatte (1), einen Boden (2) sowie an den Seiten des Bodens (2) angeordnete, oberhalb des Bodens (2) verlaufende Relingstangen (3 und 4). Die Relingstangen (3 und 4) sind zum Anbringen von Trennelementen (6 und 10) ausgebildet. Die Trennelemente (6) besitzen einen zum Boden (2) parallelen, horizontalen Schenkel (6a) und einen dazu quer verlaufenden, auf der Oberseite des Bodens (2) sich abstützenden Schenkel (6b). <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Frontauszug nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Frontauszüge der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art mit parallel zueinander zu beiden Seiten des Frontauszugs in Auszugrichtung verlaufenden Relingstangen können durch Querteiler bildende Trennelemente unterteilt werden, die auf die Relingstangen aufgesetzt werden. Die Querteiler verlaufen über die gesamte Breite der Frontauszüge. Damit ist eine Einteilung der Frontauszüge nur in Fächer unterschiedlicher Tiefe und konstanter Breite möglich.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, Frontauszüge der als bekannt vorausgesetzten Art in Tiefe und Breite flexibel unterteilbar auszubilden.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Durch die Fixierungsmöglichkeit der Trennelemente sowohl an den Relingstangen als auch an den horizontalen Schenkeln anderer Trennelemente läßt sich eine beliebige Fächergröße bilden. Die Trennelemente lassen sich in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform durch entfernbare Stopfen an unterschiedliche Höhen der Relingstangen anpassen.
Nachstehend werden bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Ein Frontauszug weist eine Frontplatte 1 und einen Boden 2 auf. An Frontpiatte 1 und Boden 2 sind parallel zueinander in Auszugsrichtung verlaufende, seitliche Relingstangen 3 und 4 befestigt. Die von der Frontplatte 1 abgewandten Enden der Relingstangen 3 und 4 sind durch eine weitere rückwärtige Relingstange 5 miteinander verbunden. Auf die seitlichen Relingstangen 3 und 4 sind an sich bekannte, den Frontauszug quer unterteilende, als Trennelemente 10 ausgebildete Querteiler aufsteckbar.
Das Trennelement 10 besitzt an beiden Enden Klemmhülsen 7, die im eingesetzten Zustand die Relingstangen 3 und 4 teilweise umgreifen, und die im Querschnitt etwa C-förmig ausgebildet sind. Gemäß Fig. 2 ist auf der Innenseite der Klemmhülsen 7 ein Vorsprung 7a vorgesehen, der in eine an der Unterseite der Relingstangen 3 und 4 in deren Längsrichtung verlaufende Nut eingreift. Der Vorsprung 7a ist in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als Feder ausgebildet. Nut und Feder fixieren das Trennelement 10 in seiner Position.
An der rückwärtigen Relingstange 5 sowie an den seitlichen Relingstangen 3 und 4 sind ebenso wie an dem Trennelement 10 Trennelemente 6 mittels Klemmhülsen 7 befestigt. Die Trennelemente 6 verlaufen teilweise in Auszugsrichtung und teilweise quer dazu. An einem an der rückwärtigen Relingstange 5 befestigten Trennelement 6 ist dazu quer verlaufend ein weiteres Trennelement 6 befestigt.
Das Trennelement 6 weist zwei miteinander rechtwinklig verbundene Schenkel 6a und 6b auf. Der horizontale Schenkel 6a trägt an seinem freien Ende eine Klemmhülse 7 mit einem Vorsprung 7a, die identisch mit den Klemmhülsen der Trennelemente 10 ausgebildet ist. Das freie Ende des vertikalen Schenkels 6b ist durch einen Stopfen 8 verschlossen. Zum Höhenausgleich wird der Stopfen 8 durch zwei Scheiben 8a und 8b gebildet, die lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
Der horizontale Schenkel 6a besteht aus einem Rohr, dessen Außendurchmesser dem Durchmesser der Relingstangen 3, 4 und 5 entspricht. An seiner Unterseite besitzt der horizontale Schenkel 6a eine Längsnut, so daß die Klemmhülse 7 eines weiteren Trennelements 6 mit beliebigem Abstand zur seiner Eckverbindung an dem Rohr fixiert werden kann. Der Vorsprung 7a greift derart in die Längsnut ein, daß das Trennelement 6 nicht um die Achse der Klemmhülse 7 verschwenken kann. Der vertikal verlaufende Schenkel 6b trägt auf seiner Innenseite ebenfalls eine Längsnut 6c.
Wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich kann in die Längsnut 6c und die nicht sichtbare Längsnut an der Unterseite des horizontalen Schenkels 6a eine Trennwand 9 klemmend eingesetzt werden. Die Trennwand 9 verdeckt teilweise die von dem Trennelement 6 freigelassene Öffnung. Die Trennwand 9 kann mit einem Ausschnitt 9a versehen sein. Durch die nahezu beliebige gegenseitige Zuordnung von Trennelementen 6 und 10 können auf einfache Weis und mit geringem Aufwand unterschiedlich große Fächer gebildet werden.

Claims (15)

  1. Frontauszug für Küchenmöbel mit einer vertikalen Frontplatte (1), einem Boden (2) und an den Seiten des Bodens (2) angeordneten, oberhalb des Bodens (2) verlaufenden Relingstangen (3; 4), die zum Anbringen von Trennelementen (6; 10) ausgebildet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennelemente (6) einen zum Boden parallelen, horizontalen Schenkel (6a) und einen dazu quer verlaufenden, auf der Oberseite des Bodens (2) sich abstützenden Schenkel (6b) aufweisen.
  2. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennelemente (6) Trennbügel mit zwei rohrförmigen Schenkeln (6a; 6b) aufweisen.
  3. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Relingstange (5) auch an der Rückseite des Frontauszugs vorgesehen ist.
  4. Frontauszug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (6) mit einem freien Ende des horizontalen Schenkels (6a) zum klemmenden Umgreifen der Relingstangen (3; 4; 5) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende des horizontalen Schenkels (6a) eine im Querschnitt etwa C-förmige Klemmhülse (7) aufweist.
  6. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite der Klemmhülse (7) einen einwärts gerichteten Vorsprung (7a) aufweist, der zum Eingreifen in eine Längsnut der Relingstange (3; 4; 5) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (7a) als eine längs sich erstreckende Feder ausgebildet ist.
  8. Frontauszug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende des auf dem Boden sich abstützenden Schenkels (6b) einen eingesetzten Stopfen (8) aufweist.
  9. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen (8) aus mehreren voneinander trennbaren, horizontal angeordneten Scheiben (8a; 8b) besteht.
  10. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen (8) aus rutschhemmendem Material besteht.
  11. Frontauszug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine senkrecht zum Boden verlaufende Trennwand (9) an beiden Schenkeln (6a; 6b) befestigt ist.
  12. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand (9) aus Acrylglas besteht.
  13. Frontauszug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale Schenkel (6a) jedes Trennelements (6) von der Klemmhülse (7) eines weiteren Trennelements (6) umgreifbar ausgebildet ist.
  14. Frontauszug nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale Schenkel (6a) eine Längsnut aufweist.
  15. Frontauszug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnuten an Relingstangen (3; 4; 5) und Trennelementen (6; 10) jeweils an deren Unterseite angeordnet sind.
