Definitions
- Tunnel underpasses on roads and railway stations or sub-road tunnels of Subways and S-Bahn trains are regularly built in open construction, where initially the later longitudinal walls of the respective Tunnels forming sheet pile walls driven into the ground be used during the tunnel construction as a hedge of the for the tunnel provided pit opposite the side Serve soil.
- Between the sheet piling is after appropriate Excavation of the excavation pit with reinforcement Concrete sole produced, which on the one hand the tunnel interior delimited and sealed down and on the other hand also serves as a spacer for the sheet pile walls.
- the sheet pile walls Cover To above the tunnel is carried by one of the sheet pile walls Cover completed, its carrying capacity regular must be designed for high static and dynamic loads.
- the cover may be a road or a railroad track as well as if necessary between road and Rail track provided earth.
- the object of the invention is now, in a civil engineering of the at the beginning specified kind a particularly high fire safety to ensure and to offer the possibility of coverage to arrange early and to burden.
- the invention advantageously uses the fact that the Sheet pile walls to increase their bending stiffness waveform with alternating successive, each in the vertical direction have extended sheet pile mountains and valleys and the concrete columns without restriction of the free space profile of the tunnel or civil engineering within the vertical valleys housed on the interior or air side of the sheet piling can be.
- the concrete columns can serve simultaneously, so-called Sheet pile locks, i. approximately in the middle of the flanks the sheet pile valleys arranged positive connections between folded-over edges of channel-shaped sheet piling segments, from which the sheet pile walls are composed to seal.
- the sheet piles 1 consist according to FIG. 2 of trough-shaped Steel segments 1 'with the formation of undercut profiles turned edges 1 ''.
- the edges grab 1 '' adjacent steel segments 1 'of the sheet piles. 1 positive fit to form so-called sheet pile locks into one another, such that in the longitudinal direction of a sheet pile wall.
- the sheet piling segments are first of all 1 'driven to form the sheet piles 1 in the soil. Then soil is dug up between the sheet pile walls, the sheet pile walls 1 created in this way Secure the excavation sideways against the adjacent soil. If necessary, the sheet piling 1 through in the adjacent soil inserted anchor 4 against the pressure of the Soil to be secured. After sufficient excavation the excavation between the sheet pile walls 1, which is regularly extend to a depth that is the depth of the Pit clearly exceeds the concrete base 2, in the Usually made with cast-in-place concrete. By means of dowels or the like., The enforce appropriate openings of the sheet piling and in The sole 2 embedded, can be a heavy duty connection ensured between the sole 2 and the sheet piles 1 become.
- cover 3 which is usually made of prefabricated Concrete parts exists on the upper edges of the Sheet piles 1 launched.
- the peculiarity of the invention lies in the fact that in the airspace side Valleys of the sheet pile walls 1 concrete columns 5 arranged are.
- the sheet piles 1 reinforcements 6 steel bars or the like.
- disposed the grid together by reinforcing wires can be connected and from the sole 2 outstanding reinforcing bars 7 overlap, again by reinforcing wires or the like.
- a connection between the sole side Reinforcement parts 7 and the column-side reinforcing bars. 6 can be generated.
