Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Druckanstellung nach einem Maschinenstop oder bei Beginn eines Druckauftrags, wobeidie auftragsspezifische Bedruckstoffstärke voreingestellt,der Gummizylinder (2) an den Plattenzylinder (3) herangeführt undmit dem Eintreffen des ersten Druckbogens die Druckpressung zum Gegendruckzylinder (1) aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren zur Druckanstellung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckpressung aktiviert wird, wenn sich die Kanäle (11;21) von Gummizylinder (2) und Gegendruckzylinder (1) gegenüber stehen.
- Einrichtung zur Druckanstellung, bestehend aus einem Plattenzylinder (3), einem Gegendruckzylinder (1) und einem Gummizylinder (2), wobei dem Gummizylinder (2) Mittel (6) zum Einstellen der Bedruckstoffstärke und Mittel (5, 44, 42, 41) zum Anstellen des Gummizylinders (2) an den Gegendruckzylinder (1) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein Stellmittel (7) zum Aktivieren der Druckpressung angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung zur Druckanstellung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stellmittel zum Einstellen der Bedruckstoffstärke ein Stellmotor (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung zur Druckanstellung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stellmittel zum Aktivieren der Druckpressung ein Arbeitszylinder (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung zur Druckanstellung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stellmittel zum Aktivieren der Druckpressung ein mechanisches Kurvengetriebe (8) vorgesehen ist.
