Claims (7)
- Großvolumiger Behälter zur Aufnahme von flüssigen Medien, bestehend aus zwei schalenartigen Endteilen (4) mit jeweils einer ringförmigen, ebenen Anschlußfläche (12) und aus mindestens einem hülsenartigen, aus mindestens zwei Ringsegmenten (2a, 2b, 2c) zusammengesetzten, zwei ebenfalls ringförmige und ebene Anschlußflächen (12) sowie eine Füll- und Entleerungsöffnung aufweisenden Mittelteil (2), wobei sowohl die beiden Endteile als auch die Ringsegmente des Mittelteiles mit einer Innenschicht und einer Außenschicht im Blasverfahren hergestellt, mit äußeren, als Kammern (7) ausgebildeten Versteifungsrippen (5) versehen und im Bereich ihrer Anschlußflächen durch eine innere und eine äußere Schweißung miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die beiden Endteile (4) als auch die Ringsegmente (2a, 2b, 2c) im Bereich ihrer Anschlußflächen (12) eine umlaufende Kammer (7) besitzen und die Anschlußflächen (12) an ihren umlaufenden Begrenzungskanten in zurücklaufende Schrägen (13) zur Bildung von Schweißnuten (14) zwischen den Endteilen (4) und/oder Ringsegmenten (2a, 2b, 2c) übergehen. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägen (13) unter einem Winkel von etwa 15 bis 45 Grad verlaufen. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasöffnungen (15) sowohl für die Endteile (4) als auch für die Ringsegmente (2a, 2b, 2c) in deren Außenschichten (11) ausgebildet sind. - Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (10) der Endteile (4) und der Ringsegmente (2a, 2b, 2c) dicker als die Außenschicht (11) ausgebildet ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (10) aus einem schaumfähigen Kunststoff gebildet ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (10) aus offenporigem Kunststoffschaum gebildet ist. - Behälter nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Kammern (7) der Endteile (4) und der Ringsegmente (2a, 2b, 2c) mit einem fließfähigen Werkstoff, beispielsweise Beton, ausgefüllt ist.
