Claims (10)
- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel, conçu particulièrement pour la construction de routes, avec un cylindre de fraisage équipé des burins de fraisage et avec au moins une baguette de concassage agissant conjointement avec le cylindre de fraisage, dont l'écart avec le cylindre de fraisage peut être réglé, caractérisé en ce que pour chacune des profondeurs de fraisage déterminées, l'écart H entre la baguette de concassage (23) et la surface (47) de la couche de matériau (46, 46') saisie par le cylindre de fraisage (5), ainsi que l'écart entre la baguette de concassage (23) et le cylindre de fraisage (5) peuvent être réglés de façon indépendante.
- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la baguette de concassage (23) est placée sur un chariot (28) et son écart avec la surface (47) de la couche de matériau peut être réglé à l'aide d'un moyen de réglage (30) qui agit sur le chariot (28) et est supporté sur les parois latérales (3) ou la structure (2) du dispositif des fraisage-concassage.

- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (24) pivote sur le chariot (28) autour d'un axe (26) parallèle à l'axe du cylindre de fraisage (5a), tout en étant rattaché à des moyens de réglage (44) fixés au chariot (28) pour le réglage de sa position de pivot.
- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réglage (44) comprend un élément d'amortissement (45).
- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les écarts de la baguette de concassage (23) par rapport au cylindre de fraisage (5) et par rapport au surface (47) de la couche de matériau (46, 46') peuvent être réglés de manière indépendante les uns des autres à l'aide du moyen de réglage (30) par coulissement.
- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (30, 29, 44) sont des moteurs de commande hydrauliques.
- Dispositif de fraisage-concassage multifonctionnel selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la baguette de concassage (23) comporte deux baguettes d'usure (23a) placées de manière à former un angle entre elles, agissant conjointement avec le cylindre de fraisage (5) dans l'une ou l'autre direction de rotation.
