Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stone crusher with a grating that can be used, for example, in connection with a shield tunneling machine with a hydraulic shield during tunnel construction, and to a shield tunneling device equipped with a stone crusher.
  • a stone crusher designed as a hydraulically moved jaw crusher is connected to a suction pipe e.g. a suction dredger known from DE-A-24 32 286.
  • a stone crusher designed in the same way as a jaw crusher is described in a shield driving device in DE-C-38 29 658.
  • this crusher showed defects that were caused by laying stones between the stone crusher and the floor of the tunnel boring machine.
  • stones laid the grating, which was arranged next to the stone crusher in a vertical wall of the tunnel boring machine.
  • This stone crusher is also reported, for example, in the Rheinische Post on August 17, 1988.
  • lateral baffles can be used on the bottom of the tunneling machine, which laterally surround the circumference of the crushing jaws when they move at a short distance, so that the jaws push the coarse material down on the inner circumference of the shield jacket, which causes stones to jam between the shield jacket and the periphery the jaw does not exclude.
  • the pivot axis can be inclined in the vertical central plane of the machine.
  • a Classifying rakes can be arranged parallel to the circumference of the crushing tools, and the tools can have teeth on the circumference that are intended to clear the rake. Such a rake can easily be damaged by crushing the stones.
  • the invention has for its object to improve a stone crusher and a shield driving device so that, with sufficient function, malfunctions caused by jamming of coarse material in a grate or by laying suction openings through stones behind the crushing tools do not occur.
  • the stone crusher should also be pivotable from a rest or standby position into a suitable working position in order to use it only when coarse material requires the use of the stone crusher in tunnel construction or to use it with the cutting wheel running.
  • the stone crusher is then manufactured and supplied as a self-contained unit, which, depending on the soil conditions to be expected during tunnel construction, can preferably be attached to a tunnel boring machine on the pressure wall of a hydraulic shield.
  • This assembly comprises a vertical rear wall, in which there is a grating, a partially existing front wall and a floor guide plate.
  • the crushing tools and their hydraulic actuation means are mounted between the rear wall and the front wall.
  • the floor guide plate is firmly connected to the rear wall. It is shaped up to the middle between the breaking tools according to the circumferential movement of these tools. This avoids laying stones between the circumference of the crushing tools and the floor guide plate or the shield jacket.
  • the breaking tool holder On its side wall facing the grating, the breaking tool holder has peg-shaped or tooth-shaped grating clearers, and the grating passages formed by slots run in accordance with the movement curves of the grating clearers when the tool holders move.
  • the pins preferably protrude through the slots so that they are cleared with every movement of the tools.
  • the arrangement of the grating passages in a vertical wall prevents material from being deposited on the slots and being pressed into the slots.
  • the shape of the bottom guide plate not only excludes that stones clamped on the circumference of the crushing tools hinder their movement, but this plate also serves as an abutment for the stones to be broken between the crushing plates.
  • a further development of the invention provides that the stone crusher laterally from the center in the circumferential direction can be pivoted up to 15 ° in one direction and up to about 45 ° in the other direction.
  • the pivoting can be effected by at least one hydraulic piston-cylinder unit arranged on the shield wall. With this pivoting, a further grating plate is brought in front of the suction opening provided, for example, in the pressure wall. The slots of this grating plate can be wider than the grating in the back wall of the stone crusher.
  • Pressure rollers in connection with one or more swivel cylinders allow the assembly to be swiveled.
  • Guide rails next to the pressure rollers and on the jacket of the tunneling machine guide the stone crusher.
  • the stone crusher consists of a rear wall 1, a front wall 9, which are connected via a plate and the tool holders 2 with crushing plates 12 arranged between the two walls and actuating cylinders 15 for the tool holders 2.
  • the tool holders 2 are about the pivot points or pivot axes 3 through the actuating cylinders 15 pivotable.
  • the bottom guide plate 7 is firmly connected to the rear wall 1.
  • In the rear wall 1 there are a number of grating passages or slots 6 as grating.
  • the side cheeks of the tool holder 2 facing the grating have grating clearers 5 in the form of pins or teeth or pressure rollers which clear the grating passages with each pivoting movement of the tool holder.
  • Baffles 4 are attached to the back of the tool holder 2, and bevels 8 are located on the base plate 7, so that during an opening movement of the tool holder 2 with the crushing plates 12, coarse material that jammed on the back of the tool holder during a breaking process into the Crushing space between the then again closing crushing plates 12 is passed.
  • a stone crusher consisting of the elements specified above can be mounted in a suitable manner, for example on a vertical shield wall 11 of a tunneling shield.
  • such a unit is pivotably arranged on a vertical shield wall 11.
  • a swivel cylinder 17 it can be swiveled to the side into a rest position.
  • One on stone crusher which can be pivoted in this way is guided on a guide ring 13 which is located on the vertical shield wall 11.
  • the grating passages 6 are also moved to the side.
  • a further grating plate 16 which is connected to the stone crusher, comes into a position in front of the suction pipe 18.
  • agitators 19 can be arranged which allow a flow of the liquid in the fine-grained material by suitable means Additives are suspended, in particular through the gratings to produce the suction opening.
  • the space containing the agitators can be closed off at the side by walls.
  • the stone crusher can be anchored to a shield wall 11 with suitable means between the guide rails 20 in any required inclination.
  • the material broken off by the cutting wheel is more or less suspended in the liquid in the case of a hydroshield by means of suitable additives and flows predominantly with the liquid to the suction pipe via a grating. Coarse chunks and larger stones collect in front of the grating and need to be crushed.
  • the rock breaker which can preferably be pivoted about the longitudinal center axis of the shield boring machine, is pivoted from the rest position into a suitable working position. Part of the material flows because of the guide plate 4 and the bevel 8 between the open crushing plates 12. Another working position can be selected for the following crushing process.
  • a suitable angular position is set, also during the operation of an adaptation to the speed and direction of rotation of the cutting wheel is possible, which approximately determine the area of the circumference in which the coarser material essentially collects due to the flow.
