Claims (39)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren und/oder Auftragen eines kosmetischen und/oder Pflegeprodukts, das auf die Haut oder Hautanhangsorgane aufzutragen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Fasern umfasst, die magnetisierte oder magnetisierbare Teilchen (12) aufweisen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern einen im wesentlichen konstanten Querschnitt aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern durch Extrusion oder Koextrusion eines oder mehrerer Thermoplaste und/oder Elastomere hergestellt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern durch Umhüllung hergestellt sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teilchen (12) mindestens zum Teil aus einem Werkstoff hergestellt sind, der in der folgenden Liste ausgewählt ist: weichmagnetische Werkstoffe, hartmagnetische Werkstoffe, Ferrite, insbesondere auf Basis von Zink, Nickel oder Mangan, seltene Erden, Bariumsulfat, Legierungen Eisen-Silicium, Eisen-Cobalt, ggf. mit Molybdän geladen, oder eine Mischung dieser Werkstoffe.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umhüllte magnetische Teilchen aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie magnetische Teilchen aufweist, die durch Aufbringen einer magnetischen Substanz auf einen unmagnetischen Träger hergestellt sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern zwischen 0,2 und 30 Gew.-% magnetisierte oder magnetisierbare Teilchen aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern aus einem Kunststoff (11) hergestellt ist, der aus den folgenden ausgewählt ist: Polyamide, PET, Acetate, PE, PP, PVC, Polyester-Block-Amid, plastifiziertes Rilsan®, Elastomere, insbesondere Polyester-Elastomere, PE-Elastomere, Silicon-Elastomere, Nitril-Elastomere, oder Mischungen dieser Werkstoffe.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Teilchen (12) bei mindestens einer dieser Fasern mindestens an der Oberfläche dieser Faser vorliegen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Teilchen (12) bei mindestens einer der Fasern nur auf der Oberfläche der Faser vorliegen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Teilchen bei mindestens einer der Fasern nur im Inneren der Faser vorliegen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die magnetischen Teilchen (12) bei mindestens einer der Fasern im Inneren des Kunststoffs (11) verstreut sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt mindestens einer der Fasern eine Form aufweist, die aus den folgenden ausgewählt ist: Rotationsform oder nicht, Kreisform, volles oder hohles Quadrat, Scheibenform, ggf. mit Nut, in Form eines vollen oder hohlen Dreiecks, in Form eines vollen oder hohlen Sterns, U-Form, V-Form, I-Form, Z-Form, "-"-Form, "+"-Form, nierenförmig, mit drei Schenkeln, hohl, oder eine Kombination dieser Formen, wobei die Faser ggf. verdrillt sein kann.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern magnetisiert ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Abstreiforgan (106; 125) aufweist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreiforgan (145) magnetische Eigenschaften besitzt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern zu einem Auftragorgan (102; 112; 122; 140; 160; 170; 180; 190; 200; 210; 220; 234; 242) gehört, das geeignet ist, mit Produkt geladen zu werden.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Behälter (101; 111; 121) besitzt.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine Zusammensetzung enthält, die Teilchen enthält, die geeignet sind, von den Fasern des Auftragorgans angezogen zu werden.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern des Auftragorgans magnetisierbar sind und dass der Behälter eine Zusammensetzung enthält, die magnetisierte Teilchen enthält, wobei die Fasern der magnetischen Wirkung dieser magnetisierten Teilchen ausgesetzt werden können.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan eine Wimperntusche-Bürste ist und dass mindestens eine der Borsten der Bürste aus einer dieser Fasern besteht.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten der Bürste mit einem verdrillten Kern fest verbunden sind und dass der Kern magnetisiert ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragorgan aus einem Pinsel besteht und dass mindestens eine der Borsten des Pinsels aus einer dieser Fasern besteht.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Beflockungsüberzug aufweist, von dem mindestens eine der Borsten aus einer dieser Fasern besteht.
  27. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beflockungsüberzug eines der folgenden Elemente mindestens teilweise bedeckt: die Zähne (231) eines Kamms, die Borsten einer Bürste, einen Abstreifer, einen Schaumstoff, einen Schwamm, einen perforierten oder nicht perforierten Film, einen Ansatz, ein Gewebe, ein Vlies.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gewebe, ein Vlies oder einen Filz aufweist, der bzw. das mit mindestens einer dieser Fasern hergestellt ist.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern dem Magnetfeld (222; 237) eines auf einem Träger befestigten Magnets ausgesetzt sind.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Zusammensetzung enthält, die eine Ladung umfasst, die mindestens zum Teil aus diesen Fasern besteht.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern einen Durchmesser zwischen 0,5 und 500 µm aufweist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern eine Länge zwischen 0,5 und 50 mm aufweist.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern, abgesehen von einem Kunststoff und den magnetischen Teilchen, Teilchen aufweist, die fähig sind, eine Flüssigkeit oder eine in dieser Flüssigkeit in Lösung befindliche Zusammensetzung zu absorbieren, oder Teilchen, die fähig sind, sich in einer Flüssigkeit aufzulösen.
  34. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anfangskorngröße dieser Teilchen vor dem Quellen oder Auflösen zwischen 0,1 und 300 µm beträgt und dass mindestens eine Faser davon zwischen 0 und 20 Massen-%, bezogen auf ihre Gesamtmasse, trocken, enthält.
  35. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 33 oder 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Flüssigkeit Wasser, ein Öl, ein Alkohol ist.
  36. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Fasern Teilchen aus einem oder mehreren Werkstoffen enthält, die in der folgenden Liste ausgewählt sind: in Wasser oder Fett quellende Polymere, super absorbierende vernetzte Polyacrylate mit hohem Quellgrad in Wasser, Polyvinylalkohol, Carboxyvinylpolymere, halbsynthetische Cellulosederivate, Stärken, Bio-Gummen, Bio-Saccharide, Scleroglucane, Casein, Phytocolloide wie Alginate, Gelatine, Baumwollfasern, Gelane, Xantan, Laponit, Siliciumoxide, insbesondere colloidales Siliciumoxid, oder Mischungen von diesen.
  37. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, bei der das Produkt eine Wimpertusche, ein Nagellack, ein Lippenrot, ein Puder oder ein Eye-liner ist.
  38. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, bei der das Produkt eine Wimperntusche ist.
  39. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Aufbewahrungs- und/oder Auftragvorrichtung, wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt des Aussetzens von Fasern an ein Magnetfeld umfasst, um ihnen insbesondere eine Magnetisierung von gewünschter Richtung zu verleihen.
