Claims (21)
- Mechanische Einparkhilfe zur Anzeige der Begrenzung eines Parkraumes für Kraftfahrzeuge in den Fahrtrichtungen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine im Funktionszustand im wesentlichen senkrecht auf einem Träger ( 1; 101 ) stehend angeordnete Anzeigestange ( 2; 102 ), die eine zumindest bis in das Blickfeld des Fahrzeugführers ragende Länge aufweist, wobei der Träger eine sich in der Ebene des Bodens ausbreitende Basisplatte ( 3; 103 ) ist, die einen zumindest von einem Bereich ( 4; 104 ) ihrer Außenkante ( 5; 105 ) entfernt angeordneten Steckaufnehmer ( 6; 106 ) für die Anzeigestange aufweist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte ( 3; 103 ) eine im wesentlichen dreieckige Form besitzt und im Bereich ihrer Ecken ( 7; 8; 9; 107 ) jeweils einen Standfuß ( 10; 110 ) aufweist, wobei der Steckaufnehmer ( 6; 106 ) im wesentlichen dezentral im Bereich einer Ecke ( 7; 107 ) vorgesehen ist und aus einem aus der Ebene der Basisplatte herausragenden Zapfen besteht. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzeigestange ( 2; 102 ) durch eine mehrteilig ausgebildete, vermittels Steckverbindungen ( 11; 111 ) für verschiedene Gesamtängen zusammensteckbare und seitlich federnd nachgiebige Stange gebildet wird, wobei an den einzelnen Stangenteilen ( 12; 13; 113; 14; 114; ) visuell wahrnehmbare Farb- und Formmarkierungen ( 15; 115 bzw. 16; 116 ) vorgesehen sind. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile der Anzeigestange ( 2 ) jeweils aus einem handelsüblichen und mit einem Schutzschlauch ( 17 ) überzogenen Stab (18) aus Fibermaterial bestehen, wobei der Schutzschlauch einen geringen Reibkoeffizienten gegenüber im Fahrzeugbau verwendeten Außenoberflächen hat. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile der Anzeigestange ( 102 ) aus einem seitlich fedrig elastischen Rohrmaterial bestehen. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das fedrig elastische Rohrmaterial der Anzeigestange ( 102 ) ein handelsübliches Stromleiter - Führungsrohr aus PVC ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farb- und Formmarkierungen (15; 115 bzw. 16; 116 ) an der Anzeigestange ( 2; 102 ) floureszierend sind. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte ( 3 ) aus einem zu einer Hohlschale ausgeformten Kunststoff besteht, deren Rand (19) die Standfüße (10) durch Freiarbeitungen ( 21 ) bildet. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Fläche ( 20 ) der Basisplatte ( 3 ) von dem Steckaufnehmer ( 6 ) aus betrachtet nach hinten hin abnehmend in einem Bogen ansteigt, wobei deren seitliche Ausrichtung ungekrümmt ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte ( 3 ) im Übergang zwischen ihrer Außenkante ( 5 ) und der oberen Fläche ( 20) fasenartige Seitenflächen ( 22 ) besitzt, die in wenigstens einer Dimension ungekrümmt sind. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an der Basisplatte ( 103 ) homogen angeformte Steckaufnehmer ( 106 ) ein Zapfen für eine Anzeigestange ( 102) aus Rohrmaterial ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an der Basisplatte ( 3 ) homogen angeformte Steckaufnehmer ( 6 ) ein Sackloch ( 23 ) für eine Anzeigestange ( 2) aus Vollmaterial aufweist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisplatte ( 3) eine trochoidale Grundform aufweist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Anzeigestange ( 102 ) ein von einer Fremdvorrichtung (z.B. KFZ-Stoßstange) erzeugten Bewegung der Einparkhilfe mittelbar gesteuerter Signalgeber (116) vorgesehen ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Signalgeber (116) ein an dem oberen Ende (130) der Anzeigestange ( 102 ) verstellbar gelagertes Anzeigeelement (131) ist, das unter dem mittelbaren Einfluß einer in Abhängigkeit von einer Kippbewegung der Anzeigestange und somit auch der Basisplatte ( 103 ) wirksamen Verstellvorrichtung ( 132 ) steht. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigeelement ( 131 ) ein mit einer Signalfarbe gekennzeichnetes Formstück ist, das zwischen einer freistehenden und einer verdeckten Position verstellbar gelagert ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anzeigeelement ( 131 ) eine tonnenartig ausgebildete Kapsel ist, die in einer an dem oberen Ende ( 130 ) der Anzeigestange ( 102 ) vorgesehenen Hülse ( 133 ) gegen die Wirkung einer Feder ( 134 ) eintauchbar gelagert ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung ( 132 ) eine unter der Basisplatte ( 103 ) angeordnete Masse ist, die zumindest für einen Teilbereich einer Verkippbewegung derselben von dieser unabhängig- und über ein flexibles Kraftübertragungsglied ( 135 ) mit dem Anzeigeelement ( 131 ) verbunden ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftübertragungsglied ( 135 ) ein Zugband ist, das innerhalb der als ein Rohr ausgebildeten Anzeigestange ( 102 ) geführt ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellvorrichtung ( 132) ein an der Basisplatte (103 ) in Schwenklagern ( 136 ) verschwenkbar gelagerter Bügel ist. - Einparkhilfe nach Anspruch 1 und einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Unteransprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder ( 134 ) aus einer auf dem Kraftübertragungsglied ( 135 ) koaxial angeordneten Schraubenfeder besteht, die im Betriebszustand zwischen dem als eine Kapsel ausgebildeten Anzeigeelement ( 131 ) und dem Boden der Hülse ( 133 ) eingespannt ist.
