Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de plafonds suspendus accessibles constitués de plaques élémentaires (P) dotées de gorges et d'éléments de fixation se présentant sous la forme de systèmes profilés, les systèmes profilés étant constitués d'un premier profilé (1) pouvant être suspendu au plafond, d'un sillon (2) ouvert vers le haut et d'un deuxième profilé (3) pouvant être accroché dans le sillon du premier profilé, les deux profilés comportant du côté supérieur une plaque (4) et du côté inférieur des extensions (5) en L agissant comme des ressorts, caractérisé en ce qu'une ou plusieurs plaques élémentaires (P) sont tout d'abord fixées au plafond, de façon rigide et réglable en hauteur mais démontable au moyen d'un dispositif de suspension (7), en utilisant deux premiers profilés (1), au-dessus des surfaces de contact ultérieures avec les deux deuxièmes profilés (3), puis d'autres plaques élémentaires sont fixés au plafond, de façon rigide et réglable en hauteur mais démontable au moyen d'un dispositif de suspension (7), à une distance correspondant à la largeur des plaques élémentaires, en utilisant deux premiers profilés (1), au-dessus des surfaces de contact ultérieures avec les deux deuxièmes profilés (3), et ensuite des plaques élémentaires sont accrochés dans les places vides au moyen des deuxièmes profilés (3), le dispositif de suspension (7) du premier profilé saillant par rapport au deuxième profilé de telle sorte que la fixation au plafond peut être effectuée juste au-dessus de la surface de contact des deux profilés.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des profilés sont reliées entre elles solidement mais de façon réversible.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le sillon du premier profilé et le dispositif d'accrochage du deuxième profilé sont montés entre le bord supérieur de la plaque et la gorge de la plaque élémentaire.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé comporte aussi bien au niveau de la plaque qu'au niveau de la partie de l'extension en L agissant comme un ressort des ergots de butée (6) qui se trouvent à la même distance de la surface de contact des deux profilés que la butée de la gorge.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la liaison des extrémités des profilés est effectuée au moyen d'une barre métallique pouvant être déplacée et fixée.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la fixation des premiers profilés au plafond est effectuée au moyen de tiges filetées ou de crochets filetés.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la fixation des premiers profilés au plafond est conformée de façon déplaçable.
  8. Système profilé pour plafonds suspendus constitués de plaques élémentaires (P) dotées de gorges, ledit système profilé étant constitué d'un premier profilé (1) conformé de façon à pouvoir être suspendu au plafond au moyen d'un dispositif de suspension (7) et comportant un sillon (2) ouvert vers le haut et d'un deuxième profilé (3) pouvant être accroché dans le sillon du premier profilé, les deux profilés comportant du côté supérieur une plaque (4) et du côté inférieur des extensions en L (5) agissant comme des ressorts et s'insérant dans les gorges des plaques élémentaires, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de suspension (7) du premier profilé fait saillie par rapport au deuxième profilé de telle sorte que la fixation au plafond peut être effectuée à chaque fois juste au-dessus de la surface de contact des deux profilés.
  9. Système profilé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le sillon ouvert du premier profilé (1) pouvant être suspendu et le dispositif d'accrochage du deuxième profilé (3) sont montés entre le bord supérieur de la plaque et la gorge de la plaque élémentaire.
  10. Système profilé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé (3) comporte aussi bien au niveau de la plaque qu'au niveau de la partie de l'extension en L agissant comme un ressort des ergots de butée (6) qui se trouvent à la même distance de la surface de contact des deux profilés que la butée de la gorge.
  11. Système profilé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les profilés comportent au moins à leurs extrémités un espace rond ou anguleux.
  12. Système profilé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de suspension du premier profilé est conformé de façon à pouvoir être démontable.
