Abstract

Die Skibindung weist vorne und hinten je einen mindestens in seitliche Richtung schwenkbaren Backen auf. Die Auslösung bei einer gleichzeitigen seitlichen Verschiebung des Vorder- (2) und Hinterbackens (3) nach aussen wird durch ein Übertragungsglied (4) verhindert, womit die Bindung bei einer Seitenkraft des Skischuhes nach aussen nicht auslöst. Bei Torsionskräften des Skischuhs auf die Bindung löst diese hingegen normal (entsprechend der Einstellung) aus.
