Claims (10)
- Elektrischer Schalter, insbesondere für Elektrohandwerkzeuge mit einem mittels Gleichstrom betriebenen Elektromotor, mit einem Kontaktsystem (3), das aus einem Festkontakt (4) und einem Schaltkontakt (5) besteht, mit einem auf den Schaltkontakt (5) zur Auslösung eines Schaltvorgangs zwischen einer Aus- und einer Einstellung des Kontaktsystems (3) einwirkenden Betätigungsorgan (6), und mit einem dem Kontaktsystem (3) zugeordneten, in der Art einer Abschirmung (7) ausgebildeten Mittel zur Löschung eines zwischen dem Festkontakt (4) und dem Schaltkontakt (5) beim Schaltvorgang entstehenden Lichtbogens, wobei die Abschirmung (7) mit dem Schaltkontakt (5) derart gekoppelt bewegbar ist, daß beim Schaltvorgang des Schaltkontakts (5) von der Ein- in die Aus-Stellung die Abschirmung (7) in den zwischen dem Festkontakt (4) und dem Schaltkontakt (5) befindlichen Bereich bewegt wird, und beim Schaltvorgang des Schaltkontakts (5) von der Aus- in die Ein-Stellung die Abschirmung (7) aus den zwischen dem Festkontakt (4) und Schaltkontakt (5) befindlichen Bereich bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (6) mit einem bewegbaren Schieber (8) in Wirkverbindung steht, daß der Schaltkontakt (5) am Schieber (8) angeordnet ist, und daß die Abschirmung (7) mit der einen Seite (9) am Schieber (8) angelenkt ist und mit der anderen Seite (10) als Abschirmelement dem Schaltkontakt (5) zugeordnet ist, derart dass das Abschirmelement zwangsgeführt mit dem Schieber (8) in den und aus dem Bereich zwischen dem Schaltkontakt (5) und dem Festkontakt (4) bewegbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im Gehäuse (2) des Schalters (1) befindliche Schieber (8) im wesentlichen linear beweglich ist, und daß ein elastisches Element (11) im Schieber (8) angeordnet ist, das in der Ein-Stellung eine Anpreßkraft des Schaltkontakts (5) an den Festkontakt (4) ausübt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (7) als zweiarmiges Hebelelement (28) ausgebildet ist, wobei der eine erste Hebelarm (12) am Schieber (8) angelenkt ist und der andere zweite Hebelarm (13) als eigentliches Abschirmelement dem Schaltkontakt (5) zugeordnet ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweiarmige Hebelelement (28) eine in etwa C-förmige bzw. sichelförmige Gestalt aufweist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) des Schalters (1) aus einem Gehäuseunterteil (14) in der Art eines Sockels zur Aufnahme des Schiebers (8), des Kontaktsystems (3) u. dgl. und einem Gehäuseoberteil (15) in der Art eines Deckels besteht, und daß vorzugsweise der Drehpunkt (16) des zweiarmigen Hebelelements (28) im Inneren des Gehäuses (2), insbesondere am Gehäuseunterteil (14), gelagert ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Anlenkung der Abschirmung (7) am Schieber (8) eine Führungskulisse (17) im Schieber (8) und/oder in einem am Schieber (8) angeordneten Ansatz (18) befindlich ist, wobei insbesondere ein am ersten Hebelarm (12) der Abschirmung (7) angebrachter Bolzen (19) in die Führungskulisse (17) eingreift, derart daß die Abschirmung (7) zwangsgeführt mit dem Schieber (8) bewegbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungskulisse (17) aus einer dem Schaltkontakt (5) zugewandten, in der Art einer schiefen Ebene ausgebildeten ersten Führungsfläche (20), die im wesentlichen schräg zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schiebers (8) verläuft, und einer daran anschließenden, dem Schaltkontakt (5) abgewandten zweiten Führungsfläche (21), die in etwa in Richtung der Bewegung des Schiebers (8) verläuft, besteht, derart daß die Führungskulisse (17) in etwa die Gestalt eines Bumerangs aufweist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich im Gehäuseunterteil (14) eine Ausnehmung (22) für die Aufnahme wenigstens eines Teils des als Abschirmelements dienenden zweiten Hebelarms (13) der Abschirmung (7) in der Ein-Stellung des Kontaktsystems (3) sowie für die Aufnahme eines Teils des ersten Hebelarms (12) der Abschirmung (7) in der Aus-Stellung des Kontaktsystems (3) befindet.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem als Abschirmelement dienenden zweiten Hebelarm (13) wenigstens eine Seitenfläche (23) angeordnet ist, derart daß das Abschirmelement eine Art von Kappe bildet, die die dem Festkontakt (4) zugewandte Kontaktfläche (24) des Schaltkontakts (5) in der Aus-Stellung weitgehend bedeckt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktsystem (3) zwei Festkontakte (4, 4') und einen als Öberbrückungskontakt ausgebildeten, mit zwei Kontaktflächen (24, 24') versehenen Schaltkontakt (5) umfaßt, daß die Abschirmung (7) aus zwei nebeneinander angeordneten, der jeweiligen Kontaktfläche (24, 24') zugeordneten Hebelelementen (28, 28') besteht, daß die beiden Hebelelemente (28, 28') an deren Drehpunkt (16) über eine gemeinsame Welle (25) miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Welle (25) am Drehpunkt (16) der Hebelelemente (28, 28') überstehende Enden (26) aufweist, daß die beiden Enden (26) der Welle (25) jeweils in einer Aufnahme (27) im Gehäuseunterteil (14) drehbar gelagert sind, und daß zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ansätze (18, 18') am Schieber (8) mit je einer Führungskulisse (17) derart angeordnet sind, daß der Bolzen (19) am ersten Hebelarm (12) jedes Hebelelements (28, 28') in die Führungskulisse (17) eingreift.
