Weiterhin können die dargestellten Ausführungen mit einem manuell betätigbaren Hilfsantrieb versehen sein, der bei einer Störung des elektrischen Antriebsaggregats ein langsames Absenken des Fahrzeugs auf den Fundamentboden ermöglicht.
Claims (16)
- Hebebühne für Fahrzeuge mitmindestens einem Ständer,mindestens einem durch Vertikalführungen am Ständer verfahrbaren Tragarm mit Auflagern,einem Antriebsaggregat mit Schalt- und Steuerelementen undeiner Transmission zwischen dem Antriebsaggregat und dem zugeordneten Tragarm,die Transmission mindestens einen flexiblen Zugstrang (15a, 15b) enthält, der mit einem am oberen Ende des jeweiligen Ständers (1a, 1b) positionierten Drehglied (14a, 14b; 23) und mit dem zugehörigen Tragarm (4a, 4b) gekoppelt ist.
- Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flexible Zugstrang (15a, 15b) ein Seilzug, ein Gurt oder eine Gliederkette ist.
- Hebebühne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsaggregat einen am Ständer (1a, 1b) montierten E-Motor (11) enthält, der über einen Kettentrieb (12, 13) das Antriebsglied (10) für den Zugstrang (15a, 15b) antriebt.
- Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit zwei Ständern (1a, 1b) und je einem vertikal verfahrbaren Tragarm (4a, 4b) an jedem Ständer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Ständen (4a, 4b) durch eine Welle (9) miteinander verbunden sind, die ein Kettenrad (10) des Kettentriebs und je ein Antriebsglied (14a, 14b; 23) für jeden Zugstrang (15a, 15b) trägt.
- Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsaggregat (11) am oberen Ende eines Ständers (1b) angeordnet ist und die Welle (9) die beiden oberen Enden beider Ständer (1a, 1b) miteinander verbindet.
- Hebebühne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsaggregat (11) am unteren Ende eines einen Ständers (1b) und die Welle (9) auf oder im Bodenfundament (3) angeordnet sind, wobei der Zugstrang über eine Umlenkung (23) am oberen Ende des jeweiligen Ständers läuft.
- Hebebühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Bremseinrichtung für jeden der beiden Ständer (4a, 4b), die bei Überschreiten einer vorgegebenen Absinkgeschwindigkeit mindestens eines Tragarms automatisch anspricht.
- Hebebühne nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung auch manuell betätigbar ist.
- Unterflur-Hebebühne für Fahrzeuge mitmindestens einem in einer Grube heb- und senkbaren Vertikalträger,mindestens einem am Vertikalträger befestigten Tragarm mit Auflagern,einem Antriebsaggregat mit Schalt- und Steuerelementen undeiner Transmission zwischen dem Antriebsaggregat und dem verfahrbaren Vertikalträger,die Transmission mindestens einen flexiblen Zugstrang (30a, 30b) enthält, der einerseits mit einem vom Antriebsaggregat (34, 35) drehangetriebenen Drehglied (32) gekoppelt und andererseits am unteren Ende des zugehörigen Vertikalträgers (25a, 25b) angreift.
- Unterflur-Hebebühne nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Enden zweier Vertikalträger (25a, 25b) durch einen formsteifen Querholm (29) fest miteinander verbunden sind, an dem zwei Zugstränge (30a, 30b) angreifen.
- Unterflur-Hebebühne nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Drehglied eine in zwei stationären Lagern (33a, 33b) laufende Welle (32) mit je einer Trommel (31a, 31b) zum Auf- und Abwickeln des zugehörigen Zugstranges (30a, 30b) im oberen Bereich der Grube (26) zwischen den Führungen (28a, 28b) vorgesehen ist.
- Hebebühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Überwachungseinrichtung, die bei anormalem Betriebszuständen das Antriebsaggregat stillsetzt und die Bremseinrichtung aktiviert.
- Hebebühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen manuell betätigbaren Absenktrieb zum Absenken der Tragarme bei inaktivem Antriebsaggregat.
- Hebebühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremseinrichtung mindestens einen Bremsklotz aufweist, der mit der jeweiligen Vertikalführung des Ständers bzw. Vertikalträgers zusammenwirkt.
- Hebebühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sicherheitseinrichtung formschlüssige Arretierelemente, wie Steckbolzen, enthält.
- Hebebühne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überwachungseinrichtung an den Ständern angeordnete Positionsdetektoren, z.B. Induktionsmeßlatten, aufweist.
