et les organes à accès permanent 25 sont par exemple un bouton de réarmement et d'arrêt ou deux boutons remplissant séparément ces fonctions.
L'additif de précâblage 30 représenté sur la figure 4 est logé dans le canal 27 et comprend deux conducteurs d'interconnexion 31,32 sensiblement rigides ; à leur partie inférieure, les conducteurs 31,32 sont liés par un plot isolant 33 et sont susceptibles de s'engager dans les bornes 23 situées à l'opposé du contacteur ; à leur partie supérieure, ils sont coudés de façon à pouvoir pénétrer dans les hornes 16 du contacteur. Le volet 26 en position fermée cache les organes 25 et le canal 27 et contribue à cacher et maintenir les conducteurs 31,32.
Claims (6)
- Relais de protection susceptible d'être connecté à un contacteur, comprenant un boítier muni de bornes de connexion de puissance amont et de bornes de contrôle, destinées à être connectées à des bornes respectives de puissance et de contrôle d'un contacteur voisin, le boítier du relais étant muni en face avant d'organes d'actionnement ou de réglage manoeuvrables manuellement,
caractérisé par le fait que le boítier (20) du relais comporte, en retrait par rapport à sa face avant (24), au moins un évidement (27,27') servant au passage d'un conducteur d'interconnexion (C;31,32;41,42) entre une borne de contrôle (23) du relais et une borne de contrôle (16) du contacteur, cet évidement étant masqué en service normal par un cache (26,26') et logeant une partie d'un additif de précâblage frontal (30,40) comportant le(s) conducteur(s) d'interconnexion. - Relais de protection selon la revendication 1, dont le boítier (20) est muni en face avant d'au moins un premier organe (24) à accès limité, notamment à fonction d'actionnement ou de réglage, et d'au moins un deuxième organe (25) à accès permanent, notamment à fonction d'arrêt et/ou de réarmement, et que le boítier présente un volet autorisant et respectivement interdisant dans une position ouverte et respectivement fermée l'accès au premier organe, caractérisé par le fait que le cache (26) est constitué par le volet, l'évidement (27) étant un canal recouvert par le volet quand celui-ci est en position fermée.
- Relais de protection selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'évidement (27) est perpendiculaire à une face supérieure (28) du boítier (20) adjacente au contacteur et est évasé vers cette face supérieure.
- Relais de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le cache (26') est une partie fixe du boítier proche de sa face avant et que l'évidement (27') est constitué par au moins un canal ménagé dans le boítier (20) derrière cette partie fixe de manière à permettre un accès direct de broches (41b,42b) de l'additif de précâblage (40) dans les logements de bornes de contrôle (23) du relais.
- Relais de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les bornes de contrôle (23) auxquelles est associé l'additif de précâblage (40) sont accessibles par le haut via des canaux internes respectifs (27') du boítier (20) et par le bas de l'extérieur du boítier.
- Relais de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le ou les conducteurs d'interconnexion (41,42) sont rigides.
