- la figure 1 est un schéma, en vue de côté, d'un contacteur-disjoncteur et d'un module auxiliaire qui lui est apparié pour constituer l'ensemble selon l'invention;
- la figure 2 est un schéma, en vue de face, des appareils illustrés à la figure 1;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective des appareils illustrés aux figures 1 et 2 ;
- la figure 4 est un schéma des liaisons de puissance et de contrôle reliant le contacteur-disjoncteur et le module auxiliaire;
- la figure 5 est un schéma, en coupe, du bloc de raccordement « contrôle » se montant entre le contacteur-disjoncteur et le module auxiliaire.
Claims (8)
- Ensemble d'appareils électriques pour la commande d'appareils de puissance, constitué d'une part par un contacteur-disjoncteur (CD) ayant une pluralité de pôles de coupure actionnés par un électro-aimant (E) et par un mécanisme de commande et déclenchement (D, S) et d'autre part par un module auxiliaire (MS) branché aux sorties puissance du contacteur-disjoncteur et connecté par des liaisons de contrôle à ce dernier, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un bloc de raccordement contrôle (R) pourvu de connecteurs de contrôle (G) se connectant à des sorties de contrôle (A1, A2, 21, 22, 14, 13) du contacteur-disjoncteur sur lesquelles on peut connecter de manière alternative un bornier de contrôle (Ba) et des connecteurs de contrôle (J) se connectant à des sorties de contrôle (S1, S2, S3, 82, 84, 81) du module auxiliaire (MS) sur lesquelles on peut connecter de manière alternative un bornier de contrôle (Bs), des liaisons électriques reliant les dits connecteurs de contrôle (G, J).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le bloc de raccordement (R) présente des connecteurs (G, J) et des liaisons électriques entre les dits connecteurs permettant de relier des sorties d'alimentation de la bobine (A1, A2) de l'électroaimant du contacteur-disjoncteur à des sorties (S1, S2) pilotant, via un circuit de logique (Cl), un électroaimant (Em) de commande de pôles de commutation puissance du module auxiliaire (MS).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le bloc de raccordement (R) présente des connecteurs (G, J) et des liaisons électriques entre les dits connecteurs permettant de relier les sorties (21, 22) d'un premier contact de contrôle (Q2) du contacteur-disjoncteur à des sorties de contrôle (S2, S3) du module auxiliaire (MS) qui sont couplées au circuit logique (Cl) associé à l'électroaimant de commande (Em) de celui-ci.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le bloc de raccordement (R) présente des connecteurs (G, J) et des liaisons électriques entre les dits connecteurs permettant de relier les sorties (13, 14) d'un second contact de contrôle (Q2) du contacteur-disjoncteur à des sorties de contrôle (82, 84, 81) du module auxiliaire (MS).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les contacts de contrôle (Q1, Q2) sont actionnés mécaniquement par le mécanisme de déclenchement (S) et par l'électro-aimant (E).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les connecteurs (G, J) s'enfichant sur les sorties (A1, A2, 21, 22, 14, 15, S1, S2, S3, 82, 84, 81) du contacteur-disjoncteur et du module auxiliaire (MS) sont de type femelle, à pinces élastiques.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le bloc de raccordement (R) présente des trous (T) permettant l'accès par un outil aux bornes puissance situées derrière.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque bornier de contrôle amovible (Bc, Bs) ou le bloc de raccordement (R) présente en face avant un verrou (V) servant à l'immobiliser sur le contacteur-disjoncteur ou sur le module auxiliaire.
