Claims (14)
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine für Wellpappe-Bahnen,mit einem Maschinen-Gestell (1),mit einem ersten Werkzeugbett (8, 8', 8a), dasaus einer Ruhestellung in eine Arbeitsstellung und zurück bewegbar ist,mit mindestens einer in dem ersten Werkzeugbett (8, 8', 8a) angeordneten Gewinde-Spindel (18, 18', 18a, 18b), diedrehantreibbar ist,mit mehreren Werkzeugträgern (12, 12', 12a, 12b),die auf dem ersten Werkzeugbett (8, 8', 8a) auf einer ersten Seite einer Wellpappebahn (4) angeordnet und quer zur Transportrichtung (3) der Wellpappe-Bahn (4) verschiebbar gelagert sind,die jeweils ein Werkzeug (14) aufweisen,deren Zahl größer ist als die Zahl der Gewinde-Spindeln (18, 18', 18a, 18b), unddie jeweils eine Spindelmutter (22) aufweisen, dieauf der Gewinde-Spindel (18, 18', 18a, 18b) angeordnet undim Werkzeugträger (12, 12', 12a, 12b) drehbar gelagert istmit einer auf einer zweiten Seite der Wellpappe-Bahn (4) angeordneten Abstütz-Einrichtung für die Wellpappe-Bahn (4) undmit einer Kupplung (26), mittels derer die Spindelmutter (22) drehfest mit dem Werkzeugträger (12, 12', 12a, 12b) kuppelbar ist.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der zweiten Seite der Wellpappe-Bahn (4) ein zweites Werkzeugbett (8') angeordnet ist, das mit dem ersten Werkzeugbett (8, 8a, 8b) ein Paar bildet.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem zweiten Werkzeugbett (8') Werkzeugträger (12') angeordnet sind, die jeweils paarweise den Werkzeugträgern (12, 12a, 12b) des ersten Werkzeubettes (8, 8a, 8b) zugeordnet sind und die ein Gegen-Werkzeug (15) aufweisen.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Werkzeugbett (8, 8', 8a) höchstens vier Gewinde-Spindeln (18, 18') angeordnet sind.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Werkzeugbett (8a) höchstens zwei Gewinde-Spindeln (18a, 18b) angeordnet sind.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Werkzeugbett (8, 8', 8a, 8b) mindestens die doppelte Zahl an Werkzeugträgern (12, 12', 12a, 12b) als Gewinde-Spindeln (18, 18', 18a, 18b) angeordnet sind.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Gewinde-Spindel (18, 18', 18a, 18b) ein eigener Stellmotor (20, 20', 20a, 20b) zugeordnet ist.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplung (26) als zwischen der Spindelmutter (22) und dem Werkzeugträger (12,12', 12a, 12b) wirkende Klemm- bzw. Reib-Kupplung ausgebildet ist.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindelmutter (22) mit einem Klemm- bzw. Reib-Ring (27) versehen ist, dem ein im Werkzeugträger (12, 12', 12a, 12b) schwenkbar gelagerter Kupplungs-Hebel (30) mit einer Klemm- bzw. Reib-Backe (32) zugeordnet ist.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemm- bzw. Reib-Backe (32) am Klemm- bzw. Reib-Ring (27) ausgebildeten Klemm- bzw. Reib-Flächen (28, 29) angepaßt ist.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungs-Hebel (30) mittels eines den Kupplungs-Hebel (30) in eine Kupplungs-Position drückenden Kraftspeichers (33) belastet ist.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Werkzeugbett (8, 8', 8a) Entkuppel-Antriebe (34, 35, 34a, 34b) zum Öffnen der Kupplungen (26) angebracht sind.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entkuppel-Antriebe (34, 35, 34a, 34b) in mindestens einem seitlich der Wellpappe-Bahn (4) angeordneten Parkraum (36, 37, 36a, 37a) der Werkzeugbetten (8, 8', 8a) angeordnet sind.
- Längs-Bearbeitungs-Maschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entkuppel-Antriebe (34, 35, 34a, 34b) mit Einrichtungen zur exakten Positionierung der Werkzeugträger (12, 12', 12a, 12b) versehen sind.
