Claims (12)
- Reinigungsgerät für Behältnisse, wie beispielsweise Becher, Gläser oder dergleichen, mit einer Transporteinrichtung (6) zum Fördern der Behältnisse (2) zu einer Reinigungsstation (4) zum Aufbringen von Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf das Behältnis (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (6) ein umlaufendes Fördermittel (8) mit einer Vielzahl von Halterungen (16) für die Behältnisse (2) hat, so daß diese kontinuierlich von einer Aufgabestation (A) zu einer Entnahmestation (E) transportierbar sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei das Fördermittel (8) über einen drehzahlgeregelten Antriebsmotor (14) angetrieben ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Patenanspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Fördermittel einen umlaufenden Riemen (8), eine Kette oder dergleichen hat, an dem quer zur Transportrichtung angeordnete gabelförmige Haltegabeln (16) befestigt sind, über die die Behältnisse (2) abgestützt sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei zumindest an dem entlang der Reinigungsstation (4) verlaufenden Abschnitt der Förderbahn ein Andruckelement (60) angeordnet ist, über das das Behältnis (2) gegen die jeweilige Halterung (16) gedrückt ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Patentanspruch 4, wobei das Andruckelement (60) eine Bürste ist, deren Borsten vorzugsweise in Förderrichtung angestellt sind.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei die Reinigungsstation eine Hauptreinigungsstation (20) und eine Endreinigungsstation (22) hat.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Patentanspruch (6), wobei die Endreinigungsstation (22) mit frischer Reinigungsflüssigkeit versorgt ist und ein Ablauf der Endreinigungsstation (22) mit einem Zulauf (58) eines der Hauptreinigungsstation (20) zugeordneten Vorratsbehälters (36) verbunden ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach Patentanspruch 6 oder 7, wobei der Hauptreinigungsstation (20) eine Desinfektionsstation (18) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei unter der Aufgabestation (A) eine Auffangwanne (76) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Behältnis ein Trinkglas (2) mit Stiel und Boden ist, das hängend in der Halterung (16) aufgenommen ist.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Auftragen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit oder des Desinfektionsmittels über Sprühdüsen (30, 42, 52) erfolgt.
- Reinigungsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, mit einer Stelleinrichtung zur Veränderung des Abstandes zwischen Reinigungsstation (4) und Transporteinrichtung.
