Claims (10)
- Zweikomponentenspender für eine Mischung aus zwei Fluiden, welche in einer ersten Betriebsstellung des Zweikomponentenspenders getrennt voneinander bevorratbar sind, mit einem eine erste Fluidkammer (2) aufweisenden ersten Spenderteil (1) zur Bevorratung eines der Fluide, einem eine zweite Fluidkammer (4) aufweisenden zweiten Spenderteil (3) zur Bevorratung des anderen Fluids, wobei zwischen den Fluidkammern eine Verbindungspassage (12,13) vorgesehen ist, die in der ersten Betriebsstellung durch ein Dichtungselement (16) abgedichtet ist, und einem in der Fluidkammer eines der Spenderteile aufgenommenen, mit dem Dichtungselement in Eingriff bringbaren Betätigungselement (19), das zwischen einer radial expandierten Position mit verkürzter axialer Abmessung und einer radial kontrahierten Position mit verlängerter axialer Abmessung bewegbar ist, wobei das Betätigungselement in seiner radialen Abmessung an diejenige einer nachgiebigen, unter der Einwirkung einer äusseren Kraft verformbaren Wand (5) des das Betätigungselement aufweisenden Spenderteils so angepasst ist, dass eine nach innen gerichtete Verformung der Wand auf das Betätigungselement übertragbar ist, um eine radiale Kontraktion unter gleichzeitiger axialer Verlängerung des Betätigungselementes zu bewirken und auf das Dichtungselement eine Kraft auszuüben, so dass dieses aus der dichtenden in eine Position bringbar ist, bei der die Verbindungspassage freigeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (19) zwischen einer Wirkposition und einer wirkungslosen Position bewegbar ist, wobei an einer eine Verbindung zwischen der Aussenumgebung und dem Inneren der das Betätigungselement enthaltenden Fluidkammer schaffenden Öffnung des betreffenden Spenderteils ein drehbares, mit dem Betätigungselement drehfest kuppelbares Kappenteil (29) vorgesehen ist, um das Betätigungselement zwischen der Wirkposition und der wirkungslosen Position zu bewegen.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Wand (5) eine Querschnittskonfiguration mit einer längeren und kürzeren Mittenquerachse hat, und dass das Betätigungselement (19) zwischen einer Position in im wesentlichen Ausrichtung zu einer der Mittenquerachsen in eine Position in im wesentlichen Ausrichtung zur anderen Mittenquerachse bewegbar ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (19) oder das Dichtungselement (16) eine Aufnahme (17,41) aufweist, in der ein Zapfenelement (18) am betreffenden anderen Teil aufnehmbar ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zapfenelement (18) in einer Position des Betätigungselementes (19), die dessen wirkungloser Position entspricht, relativ beweglich in der Aufnahme (41) aufgenommen und in einer anderen Position des Betätigungselementes, die dessen Wirkposition entspricht, mit der Aufnahme zur gemeinsamen Bewegung gekuppelt ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement eine Kniehebelanordnung (19) umfasst.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiteres Dichtungselement (26) zur Abdichtung der Verbindungspassage (12,13) vorgesehen ist, wobei das weitere Dichtungselement angeordnet ist, dass es zusammen mit dem einen Dichtungselement (16) aus einer dichtenden in eine freigebende Beziehung bringbar ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Spenderteil (1,3) separate, durch eine Kupplungsanordnung (10) miteinander verbindbare Formteile sind.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungsanordnung eine Schraubkupplungsanordnung (10) ist.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine unter einer äusseren Kraft überwindbare Originalitätssicherung (33) zwischen dem Kappenteil (29) und dem betreffenden Spenderteil (1) zur Verhinderung einer Drehung des Kappenteils und zur Sicherung der Position des Betätigungselementes (19) in der wirkungslosen Position.
- Zweikomponentenspender nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Originalitätssicherung einen gegenüber dem Spenderteil (1) drehfest gehaltenen, mit dem Kappenteil (29) über reissbare Stege (34) verbundenen Originalitätsring (33) umfasst.
