Claims (11)
- Verbindung einer ersten Profilleiste (30) aus Metall mit einer zweiten Profilleiste (32) aus Metall mittels einer Verbindungsvorrichtung,
wobei die erste Profilleiste (30) mit einer Öffnung (56) in einer Wand (36) ausgebildet ist, die nach einem Verbinden der Profilleisten (30, 32) an der zweiten Profilleiste (32) anliegt,
wobei weiter die zweite Profilleiste (32) mit einer längsgerichteten hinterschnittenen Nut (54) ausgebildet ist,
wobei weiter die Verbindungsvorrichtung ein Halteelement (10) und ein Zugelement (62) aufweist,
wobei weiter das Halteelement (10) an der zweiten Profilleiste (32) in der Nähe von deren Stirnseite (58) derart ortsfest anbringbar ist, dass eine Stirnfläche (20) des Halteelements (10) hinter der Stirnseite (58) zurücksteht,
wobei weiter in der Stirnfläche (20) eine Bohrung (22) vorgesehen ist
und wobei das Zugelement (62) sich an der ersten Profilleiste (30) an deren vom Halteelement (10) abgewandten Seite der Wand (36) abstützen kann, die die Öffnung (56) aufweist, durch die sich das Zugelement (62) erstrecken kann, und wobei das Zugelement (62) mit der Bohrung (22) des Halteelements (10) derart verbindbar ist, dass die zweite Profilleiste (32) gegen die erste Profilleiste (30) vorgespannt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (10) einen länglichen Grundkörper (12) aufweist, mit welchem es in eine längsgerichtete, hinterschnittene Nut (54) der zweiten Profilleiste formschlüssig einschiebbar und darin, insbesondere durch Verstemmen, festlegbar ist, und dass das Halteelement (10) mit einem Ansatz (24) versehen ist, der die Stirnfläche (20) zur Positionierung der Bohrung (22) vergrößert. - Verbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Halteelement (10) ein Stützelement (24) ausgebildet ist, das derart an einer Stützfläche (40, 42) der ersten Profilleiste (30) angreifen kann, dass ein Drehen der zweiten Profilleiste (32) um deren Längsachse relativ zur ersten Profilleiste (30) verhindert ist. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen miteiner ersten Profilleiste (30) aus Metall, die eine Wand (36) aufweist, undeiner zweiten Profilleiste (32) aus Metall, die mit einer Stirnseite (58) an der ersten Profilleiste (30) anliegt,an der zweiten Profilleiste (32) in der Nähe der Stirnseite (58) das Halteelement (10) derart ortsfest angebracht ist, dass die Stirnfläche (20) des Halteelements (10) hinter der Stirnseite (58) der zweiten Profilleiste (32) zurücksteht,in der Wand (36) der ersten Profilleiste (30) die Öffnung (56) ausgebildet ist, unddas Zugelement (62) sich an der vom Halteelement (10) abgewandten Seite der Wand (36) abstützt, durch die Öffnung (56) ragt und derart mit dem Halteelement (10) verbunden ist, dass die zweite Profilleiste (32) gegen die erste Profilleiste (30) vorgespannt ist.
- Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand eine Seitenwand (36) der ersten Profilleiste (30) ist und die zweite Profilleiste (32) mit ihrer Stirnseite (58) an der Seitenwand (36) anliegt. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Profilleiste (30) eine Stützfläche (40, 42) aufweist und an dem Halteelement (10) ein Stützelement (24) vorgesehen ist, das so an die Stützfläche (40, 42) greift, dass ein Drehen der zweiten Profilleiste (32) um ihre Längsachse relativ zur ersten Profilleiste (30) verhindert ist. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfläche ein Längsrand (40, 42) an der Wand (36) der ersten Profilleiste (30) und das Stützelement ein am Halteelement (10) einstückig ausgebildeter Stützarm (24) ist. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Profilleiste (32) eine längsgerichtete, hinterschnittene Nut (54) ausweist, in die das Halteelement (10) von der Stirnseite (58) der zweiten Profilleiste (32) aus eingeschoben und insbesondere mit der zweiten Profilleiste (32) verstemmt ist. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Halteelement (10) eine Bohrung (22) ausgebildet ist, und das Zugelement eine Schraube (62) ist, die insbesondere selbstschneidend in die Bohrung (22) eingeschraubt ist. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (10) aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. - Fenster- oder Türrahmen nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Halteelement (10) ein Bauteil zum Befestigen des Zugelements (62) mit Kunststoff umspritzt ist. - Verfahren zum Verbinden zweier Profilleisten (30, 32) aus Metall eines Fenster- oder Türrahmens mit den Schritten:Vorsehen einer ersten Profilleiste (30) mit einer Wand (36),Vorsehen einer zweiten Profilleiste (32) mit einer Stirnseite (58) und ausgelildet mit einer längsgerichteten hinterschnittenen Nut (54),Vorsehen einer Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,Vorsehen einer Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 durchortsfestes Anbringen des Halteelements (10) an der zweiten Profilleiste (32) durch formschlüssiges Einschieben und festlegen des Halteelementes in die längsgerichtete, hinterschnittene Nut (54), derart, dass die Stirnfläche (20) des Haltelements (10) hinter der Stirnseite (58) zurücksteht,Ausbilden einer Öffnung (56) in der Wand (36) der ersten Profilleiste (30),Anlegen der ersten Profilleiste (30) an der Stirnseite (58) der zweiten Profilleiste (32) mit der Öffnung (56) gegenüber vom Halteelement (10),Einführen des Zugmittels (62) durch die Öffnung (56),Befestigen des Zugmittels (62) am Halteelement (10), undSpannen des Zugmittels (62).
