Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufsatzdichtung für eine Pfosten-/Riegel-Konstruktion, insbesondere für eine Pfosten-/Riegel-Konstruktion mit einem Statikprofil, auf dem ein Aufsatz- bzw. Adapterprofil anbringbar ist, wobei die Aufsatzdichtung im wesentlichen im Querschnitt eine T-Form mit einem Grundsteg und zwei sich beidseits des Grundsteges im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Grundsteg erstreckenden Querstegen aufweist.
Zum Stand der Technik werden die DE-A-197 41 469, welche den gattungsgemäßen Stand der Technik bildet, und die DE-A-196 24 629 genannt, die eine Aufsatzdichtung beschreibt, welche einen Grundsteg aufweist, der sich in einen Falzraum zwischen Füllungen erstreckt und mit Dichtlippen versehen ist, welche den Falzraum seitlich des Grundstegs in mehrere Kammern unterteilen.
Aufsatzdichtungen werden im Falzraum einer Fassade oder eines Lichtdaches auf ein mit der Unterkonstruktion verbundenes sogenanntes Aufsatzprofil aufgesetzt. Eine derartige Aufsatzdichtung wird in der DE 199 01 418 beschrieben.
Aufsatzdichtungen der gattungsgemäßen Art weisen wie die Aufsatzdichtung der Erfindung eine Basis auf, die im wesentlichen aus den beiden Querstegen gebildet wird und Rastelemente zum Verrasten an der Unterkonstruktion aufweist. Sie weisen ferner den mittleren Grundsteg auf, der über einen Schraubkanal der Unterkonstruktion gestülpt wird. Entwässerungs- bzw. Dränagenuten dienen zur Ableitung von Sickerwasser. Sie weisen darüber hinaus eine doppelte Glasanlageebene auf, um einen Höhenunterschied im Kreuzungspunkt von Riegel und Pfosten auszugleichen.
Aufsatzdichtungen werden in der Regel einstückig aus EPDM gefertigt. Sie werden relativ großvolumig ausgebildet bzw. zu den großvolumigen Dichtungen gerechnet, die auch in großen Längen, z.B. über mehrere Fassadengeschosse, einstückig ausführbar sein müssen.
Aus diesem Grund ist es notwendig, die Aufsatzdichtungen zum Transport und zur Lagerung auf Trommeln aufzuwickeln, was aufgrund der relativ starren Auslegung der relativ großvolumigen Dichtungen dazu führen kann, daß die Formgebung der Dichtungen beim Aufwickeln und/oder Lagern teilweise verloren geht. Durch die starre Auslegung ist zudem das Einsetzen der Dichtungen auf die Unterkonstruktionen relativ mühsam und zeitaufwendig.
Die Erfindung setzt sich die Aufgabe, diese Probleme zumindest teilweise zu lösen. Insbesondere soll eine Aufsatzdichtung geschaffen werden, die leicht zu transportieren und zu montieren ist.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch den Gegenstand des Anspruches 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
Die Scharniere erhöhen in konstruktiv einfacher Weise die Flexibilität der Aufsatzdichtung und erleichtern damit sowohl deren Lagerung auf Dichtungstrommeln als auch deren Montage.
Vorzugsweise sind die Scharniere konstruktiv besonders einfach als Filmscharniere ausgebildet.
Besonders bevorzugt erstreckt sich der Grundsteg bis in einen Falzraum zwischen Füllungen und ist seitlich mit wenigstens einer oder mehr Dichtlippe(n) versehen, die den Falzraum seitlich des Grundsteges in mehrere Kammern unterteilen. Die in den Glasfalz hinein ragenden Dichtlippen verbessern auf einfache konstruktive Weise die Wärmedämmung im Glasfalz.
Vorzugsweise ist der Grundsteg mit geschlossenen oder einseitig offenen Hohlkammern versehen. Vorzugsweise wird ferner im Bereich der Querstege eine geschlossene Basis ausgebildet, die abschnittsweise den unteren Abschluß einer der Hohlkammern begrenzt. Die geschlossene - aber vorzugsweise austrennbare - Basis führt in diesem Bereich zu einer hier bei der Herstellung durchaus erwünschten Formstabilisierung und zur exakten Positionierbarkeit der Dichtung auf der Unterkonstruktion.
Sollbruchstellen oder -linien, beispielsweise Kerben, ermöglichen eine leichte Entfernbarkeit eines Teiles der Basis vor der Montage. Der Abschluß im Bereich zwischen den Sollbruchstellen wird immer extrudiert, auch wenn er für die Einbaufunktion nicht erforderlich ist. Die Aufsatzdichtung kann so sicher extrudiert werden und erfährt auch keine zu großen Verformungen beim Wickeln der Dichtung auf Transport- und Lagerrollen.
Vorzugsweise weisen die Querstege der Aufsatzdichtungen eine Glasanlage und ein Rastunterteil auf, die über ein Nut- und Federsystem ineinander greifen. Da die Berührungsflächen der übereinander liegenden Glasanlage und Rastunterteil ein Nut- und Federsystem aufweisen, wird auf einfache Weise ein Verrutschen der beiden Bauteile relativ zueinander verhindert. Dabei ist das Nut- und Federsystem konstruktiv so ausgelegt, dass im Kreuzungsbereich, in dem sich Riegel- und Pfostendichtungen überlappen, die mit der Nut versehenen Flächen zur Anlage kommen. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Riegel-Aufsatzdichtung die Nut in der oberen Glasanlage aufweist und die Pfosten-Aufsatzdichtung die Nut in dem unteren Teil der Glasanlage, dem Rastunterteil. Hierdurch liegen die Berührungsflächen in vorteilhafter Weise glatt aufeinander.
Vorzugsweise ist im Rastunterteil eine Rastnut ausgebildet, wobei ein äußerer die Rastnut begrenzender Schenkel um einen Anlagewinkelleicht nach innen geneigt ist. Die Basis der Aufsatzdichtung verfügt damit über zwei Rastnuten, die zwei äußere Stege aufweisen, die im nicht montierten Zustand nach innen orientiert sind. Hierdurch ergibt sich bei montierten Dichtungen ein Anpreßdruck gegen die Unterkonstruktion und somit ein besonders guter Sitz und eine gute Abdichtung.
Nachfolgend werden der technische Hintergrund und Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Fig.en näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Die in Fig. 1 bis 7 gezeigten Aufsatzdichtungen entsprechen nicht der vorliegenden Erfindung; in diesen Fig.en wird lediglich der technische Hintergrund der Erfindung erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen horizontalen Schnitt durch eine Pfosten-/Riegel-Konstruktion. Die tragende Konstruktion weist ein hier beispielhaft ein aus Stahl bestehendes Statikprofil 1 auf, auf welchem ein Aufsatz- bzw. Adapterprofil 2 angebracht ist. Die Aufsatzprofile 2 können aus Werkstoffen wie Stahl, Aluminium oder Kunststoff bestehen und mit den Statikprofilen verschweißt, verschraubt oder verklebt sein. Ebenso können die Statikprofile aus unterschiedlichen Materialien wie Stahl, Aluminium und Holz bestehen.
Auf das Aufsatzprofil 2 wird eine Aufsatzdichtung 3 aufgestülpt und eingeklipst. Die Aufsatzdichtung 3 weist in dem Schnitt der Fig. 1 im wesentlichen eine Art T-Form auf. An den Grundsteg 3a des T schließen sich beidseits des Grundsteges 3a im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Grundsteg verlaufende Querstege 3b, 3c an. Von der Aufsatzdichtung 3 bzw. von deren Querstegen 3b, 3c und einer äußeren Glasanlagedichtung 4 werden Füllungen 5, wie z.B. Isolierglasscheiben eingefaßt.
Die äußeren Glasanlagedichtungen 4 sind in Nuten eines Klemmprofiles 6 gehalten. Das Klemmprofil 6 ist mit einer Schraube 8 mit dem Aufsatzprofil 2, welches fest an dem Statikprofil 1 befestigt ist, verschraubt. Aus optischen Gründen kann noch eine Deckschale 7 auf das Klemmprofil 6 geklipst werden.
Der Grundsteg 3a ist über Scharniere (hier Filmscharniere) 19 mit den Querstegen 3b, 3c verbunden. Der Grundsteg 3a erstreckt sich bis in den Falzraum zwischen den Füllungen 5. In diesem Bereich ist der Grundsteg 3a seitlich mit Dichtlippen 9 versehen, die den Falzraum seitlich des Grundsteges 3a in mehrere Kammern 10, 11 aufteilen und somit die Wärmedämmung verbessern. Die innere Kammer 11 bildet gleichzeitig eine Entwässerungsnut, die zum Abführen von in den Falz eingedrungenes Wasser dient.
Die Aufsatzdichtung 3 weist ferner in ihrem mittleren Teil bzw. im Bereich ihres Grundsteges 3a weitere Hohlkammern 12, 13 und 14 auf. Die innere Kammer 12 im Randbereich zur Basis aus den beiden Querstegen 3b, 3c ist zum Aufsetzen der Dichtung auf das Aufsatzprofil ausgelegt, die mittlere Hohlkammer 13 dient zur Wärmeisolierung und die nach außen hin offene Hohlkammer 14 ist als Führungs- oder Rastnut zur Zentrierung oder zum Einrasten weiterer Bauteile ausgelegt.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen senkrechten Riegelschnitt durch die Pfosten-/Riegel-Konstruktion der Fig. 1. Ein wesentlicher Unterschied der Aufsatzdichtungen 3, 3' für Riegel und Pfosten liegt darin, dass der Dichtungssteg 15 der Querstege 3b, 3c der Aufsatzdichtung 3' für den Riegel mit der Glasanlage 16, hingegen die Querstege 3b, 3c der Aufsatzdichtung 3 für den Pfosten mit dem Rastunterteil 21 verbunden ist. Hierdurch bleibt im Kreuzungsbereich, wo sich die Dichtungen überlappen (siehe auch Fig. 3), die Entwässerungsnut 11 erhalten. Bei der Dichtung für den Riegel wird in diesem Bereich des Überlappens das Rastunterteil 21 und passend dazu bei der Dichtung für den Pfosten die Glasanlage 16 entfernt.
Die Riegel-Aufsatzdichtung 3' unterscheidet sich von der Aufsatzdichtung 3 für den Pfosten ferner durch die nach außen gerichtete Nut 18, die nicht als Rastnut, sondern als Führungs- bzw. Zentriernut ausgebildet ist. Dabei wird der Nutgrund dieser Nut 18 im wesentlichen durch einen senkrecht zur Haupterstreckungsrichtung des Grundsteges 3a ausgerichteten Nutsteg 18a gebildet, während der Nutgrund der Nut 14 in Fig. 1 aus zwei sich zu einer Art "V" ergänzenden Nutstegen 14a, 14b besteht.
Den Aufsatzdichtungen 3, 3' gemeinsam ist das erfindungsgemäße scharnierartige Gelenk 19 am Ende der Dichtungsstege 15 im Übergang zu den nach außen gerichteten Dichtungswänden 20 bzw. im Bereich der Übergänge zwischen dem Grundsteg 3a und den Querstegen 3b, 3c. Hierdurch wird die gute Montierbarkeit erreicht.
In Fig. 3 wird die Problematik deutlich, welche die Aufteilung der Glasanlage 16 und des Rastunterteiles 21 im Kreuzstoßbereich beim Überlappen der Dichtungen mit sich bringt. Hier müssen die Glasanlagen der Aufsatzdichtungen auf einer Ebene verlaufen. Um eine möglichst hohe Dichtigkeit und eine gute Wasserführung in den Entwässerungsnuten zu erreichen, werden die Aufsatzdichtungen dergestalt ausgeklinkt, dass die Glasanlage der Aufsatzdichtung 3 für den Pfosten teilweise heraus getrennt wird, wohingegen das Rastunterteil 21 der Aufsatzdichtung 3' für den Riegel entfernt wird. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass die Anlage der Füllung auf einer Ebene liegt.
Die Querstege 3b, 3c der Aufsatzdichtungen 3, 3' der Figuren 1, 4 und 5 weisen eine Glasanlage 16 und ein Rastunterteil 21 auf. Während für die Pfosten-Aufsatzdichtung 3 das Rastunterteil 21 über einen relativ kurzen Dichtungssteg 15 mit der übrigen Dichtung verbunden ist, ist in Fig. 5 für die Aufsatzdichtung 3' des Riegels die Glasanlage 16 über den Dichtungssteg 15 mit der übrigen Dichtung verbunden. Beide Dichtungsbestandteile, also sowohl Glasanlage 16 als auch Rastunterteil 21 sind nur im äußeren Randbereich über einen kleinen Verbindungssteg 22 miteinander gekoppelt, liegen aber im wesentlichen direkt aneinander, wobei sie über ein Nut-Federsystem 23, 23' ineinander greifen, um seitliche Kräfte aufnehmen zu können. Ein Verrutschen wird damit wirksam verhindert. Besonders vorteilhaft dabei ist, dass die Nut 23' sich immer auf der Seite des Bauteiles befindet, das über den Dichtsteg 15 mit der Dichtung verbunden ist. Auf diese Weise weist im Kreuzungsbereich das abzutrennende Bauteil stets die Feder 23 auf, so daß die Nut 23 zu einer ebenen Anlage für die Füllungselemente führt.
Nach Fig. 4 greift bei der Aufsatzdichtung 3 für den Pfosten die Glasanlage 16 über eine Feder 23 in eine Nut 23' des Rastunterteiles 21 ein. Fig. 5 zeigt dagegen die Aufsatzdichtung 3' für den Riegel, wobei hier das Rastunterteil 21 die Feder 23 aufweist, die in eine Nut 23' der Glasanlage 16 eingreift.
Beide Aufsatzdichtungen 3, 3' weisen ferner Rastnuten 24 auf, die sich im Rastunterteil 21 befinden. Hiermit kann die Dichtung sicher in der Unterkonstruktion befestigt werden. Vorteilhaft dabei ist, dass der äußere Schenkel 25 um den Anlagewinkel Δ leicht nach innen geneigt ist. Hierdurch wird erreicht, dass die Dichtung sicher an der Unterkonstruktion anliegt und dichtend abschließt.
Die Dichtungen 3, 3' verfügen ferner über einen mittleren Quersteg 26 und 27. Dieser Quersteg dient zur lagegenauen Positionierung der Dichtung auf dem Aufsatzprofil und zur Wärmedämmung. Der Quersteg 27 in Fig. 5 weist darüber hinaus den Vorteil einer leichten Entfernbarkeit an Sollbruchstellen auf. Dies ist vorteilhaft, wenn am Riegel zusätzliche Verglasungsauflagen an dem Aufsatzprofil befestigt werden, so dass der ganze Hohlraum 28 ausgefüllt wird.
Die unteren Querstege 29 und 30 sichern eine genügende Formstabilität beim Extrudieren und beim Wickeln der relativ starren Dichtungen. Diese Querstege 29, 30 werden vor der Montage entfernt. Sie sind nur leicht mit der Dichtung verbunden und können daher einfach aus der Dichtung herausgenommen werden.
Fig. 7 zeigt eine weitere Variante einer Aufsatzdichtung, die eine spezielle Glasanlagedichtung 31 aufweist. Diese Glasanlagedichtung umfaßt einen balligen mittleren Bereich 34, zwei relativ lange Dichtlippen 32 und einen Hohlraum 33.
Diese Ausführungsform ist besonders vorteilhaft bei schräg zueinander angeordneten Füllungsplatten, also in Eckbereichen, wobei sich die ballige Ausformung der Glasanlagedichtung der Winkelstellung besonders vorteilhaft anpassen kann.
In Fig. 8 und 9 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Aufsatzdichtung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung gezeigt. Beidseits des Nutsteges 18a ist ein Scharnier 35, vorzugsweise ein Filmscharnier, vorgesehen, das Dichtungswände 20 schwenkbar mit dem Nutsteg 18a verbindet. Ferner sind Querstege 3b über Scharniere 19 an den Dichtungswänden 20 angelenkt.
Wie in Fig. 8 gezeigt ist, kann die Aufsatzdichtung durch die zusätzlichen Scharniere 35 im wesentlichen flach hergestellt und für den Transport aufgerollt werden. Dabei sind die hervorstehenden Dichtlippen 9 geschützt angeordnet, da die benachbarten Lagen durch den Abstand der Aufsatzdichtung durch die Glasanlage 16 den Dichtlippen 9 den nötigen Raum geben. Die Lagerung im aufgewickelten Zustand führt daher zu keinerlei Verwerfungen und unerwünschten Deformationen.
Für die Montage kann die Aufsatzdichtung 3 für den Pfosten und die Aufsatzdichtung 3' für den Riegel dann in die in den Fig. 9 bis 11 gezeigt eingebaute Position gebracht werden. Zwischen den Dichtungswänden 20 ist ein offene Hohlkammer 36 ausgebildet, in die Befestigungselemente, z.B. ein Glasträger eingefügt werden können.

Claims (15)

  1. Aufsatzdichtung für eine Pfosten-/Riegel-Konstruktion, insbesondere für eine Pfosten-/Riegel-Konstruktion mit einem Statikprofil (1), auf dem ein Aufsatz- bzw. Adapterprofil (2) anbringbar ist, wobei die Aufsatzdichtung im wesentlichen im Querschnitt eine T-Form mit einem Grundsteg (3a) und zwei sich beidseits des Grundsteges (3a) im wesentlichen senkrecht zum Grundsteg erstreckenden Querstegen (3b, 3c) aufweist, wobei der Grundsteg (3a) Dichtungswände (20) aufweist und jeweils über wenigstens ein Scharnier (19) mit den Querstegen (3b, 3c) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungswände (20) des Grundstegs (3a) ferner über mindestens ein Scharnier (35) miteinander verbunden sind, durch welches Scharnier (35) die Aufsatzdichtung im wesentlichen flach hergestellt und für den Transport aufgerollt werden kann.
  2. Aufsatzdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharniere (19) als Filmscharniere ausgebildet sind.
  3. Aufsatzdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Grundsteg (3a) in einen Falzraum zwischen Füllungen (5) erstreckt und seitlich mit wenigstens einer Dichtlippe (9) versehen ist, die den Falzraum seitlich des Grundsteges 3a in mehrere Kammern (10, 11) unterteilt.
  4. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundsteg (3a) mit geschlossenen oder einseitig offenen Hohlkammern (12, 13, 14, 18) versehen ist.
  5. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Querstege (3b, 3c) eine geschlossene Basis vorgesehen ist, die abschnittsweise eine der Hohlkammern (12) begrenzt.
  6. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Hohlkammern (13) als geschlossene Wärmeisolierungskammer ausgelegt ist.
  7. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Hohlkammern (14, 18) als Führungs- oder Rastnut zur Zentrierung oder zum Einrasten weiterer Bauteile ausgelegt ist.
  8. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querstege (3b, 3c) der Aufsatzdichtungen (3, 3') eine Glasanlage (16) und ein Rastunterteil (21) aufweisen, die über ein Nut-Federsystem (23, 23') ineinander greifen.
  9. Aufsatzdichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glasanlage (16) oder das Rastunterteil (21) über einen Verbindungs-Dichtsteg (15) mit dem Grundsteg (3a) verbunden sind und daß die Nut (23') auf der Seite des Bauteiles (Glasanlage oder Rastunterteil) angeordnet ist, das über den Verbindungs-Dichtsteg (15) mit dem Grundsteg (3a) verbunden ist.
  10. Aufsatzdichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glasanlage (16) und das Rastunterteil (21) vorzugsweise im äußeren Randbereich über einen scharnierartigen Verbindungssteg (22) direkt miteinander gekoppelt sind.
  11. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Rastunterteil (21) eine Rastnut (24) ausgebildet ist, wobei ein äußere die Rastnut (24) begrenzender Schenkel (25) um einen Anlagewinkel (α) leicht nach innen geneigt ist.
  12. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundsteg mit einem Quersteg (26 und 27) zur Positionierung der Aufsatzdichtung (3, 3') auf dem Aufsatzprofil versehen ist.
  13. Aufsatzdichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Querstege (26 und 27) lösbar, vorzugsweise über Sollbruchlinien, mit dem Grundsteg (3a) verbunden ist.
  14. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufsatzdichtung (3, 3') mit einer Glasanlagedichtung (31) ausgebildet ist, dieser einen balligen mittleren Bereich (34), zwei relativ lange Dichtlippen (32) und einen Hohlraum (33) aufweist.
  15. Aufsatzdichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Grundstegen (3a) eine offene Hohlkammer (36) ausgebildet ist.
