Claims (18)
- Oberflächenschicht zur Bildung einer Lauffläche auf einer Zylinderwandung, wobei die Oberflächenschicht separate Phasen von Bestandteilen aufweist, welche von der Phase bzw. den Phasen der übrigen Oberflächenwerkstoffe getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenschicht durch Plasmaspritzen eines eisenhaltigen Spritzpulvers erzeugt ist, welches alle Bestandteile der zu erzeugenden Oberflächenschicht enthält.
- Oberflächenschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie direkt auf die Zylinderwandung aufgebracht ist.
- Oberflächenschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf eine in die Zylinderbohrung einzusetzende bzw. eingesetzte Einsatzbüchse aufgebracht ist.
- Oberflächenschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausser Fe auch Cr, Mn, S und C enthält.
- Oberflächenschicht nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Fe = Differenz auf 100 GewichtsprozentCr = 0,1 bis 18,0 GewichtsprozentMn = 0,1 bis 6,0 GewichtsprozentS = 0,01 bis 0,5 GewichtsprozentC = 0,1 bis 1,2 Gewichtsprozent.
- Oberflächenschicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, sie folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Fe = Differenz auf 100 GewichtsprozentCr = 0,1 bis 3,0 GewichtsprozentMn = 0,3 bis 1,5 GewichtsprozentS = 0,05 bis 0,3 GewichtsprozentC = 0,8 bis 1,2 Gewichtsprozent.
- Oberflächenschicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächenschicht korrosionsbeständig gegenüber Schwefel- und Ameisensäure ist und folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Fe = Differenz auf 100 GewichtsprozentCr = 12,0 bis 15,0 GewichtsprozentMn = 0,3 bis 1,5 GewichtsprozentS = 0,05 bis 0,3 GewichtsprozentC = 0,35 bis 0,6 Gewichtsprozent.
- Spritzpulver zur Erzeugung von Oberflächenschichten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spritzpulver alle Bestandteile der zu erzeugenden Schicht enthält.
- Spritzpulver nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Fe, Cr, Mn, S und C aufweist.
- Spritzpulver nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Fe = Differenz auf 100 GewichtsprozentCr = 0,1 bis 18,0 GewichtsprozentMn = 0,1 bis 6,0 GewichtsprozentS = 0,01 bis 0,5 GewichtsprozentC = 0,1 bis 1,2 Gewichtsprozent.
- Spritzpulver nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Fe = Differenz auf 100 GewichtsprozentCr = 0,1 bis 3,0 GewichtsprozentMn = 0,3 bis 1,5 GewichtsprozentS = 0,05 bis 0,3 GewichtsprozentC = 0,8 bis 1,2 Gewichtsprozent.
- Spritzpulver nach Anspruch 8 zur Erzeugung von Oberflächenschichten, welche korrosionsbeständig gegenüber Schwefel- und Ameisensäure sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Fe = Differenz auf 100 GewichtsprozentCr = 12,0 bis 15,0 GewichtsprozentMn = 0,3 bis 1,5 GewichtsprozentS = 0,05 bis 0,3 GewichtsprozentC = 0,35 bis 0,6 Gewichtsprozent.
- Spritzpulver nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Teilchengrösse von 5 bis 60 µm aufweist.
- Spritzpulver nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Teilchengrösse von 10 bis 45 µm aufweist.
- Spritzpulver nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ausserdem einen oder mehrere der folgenden Bestandteile aufweist:As = 0,001 bis 0,1 GewichtsprozentTe = 0,001 bis 0,1 GewichtsprozentSe = 0,001 bis 0,1 GewichtsprozentSb = 0,001 bis 0,1 GewichtsprozentBi = 0,001 bis 0,1 Gewichtsprozent.
- Spritzpulver nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ausserdem 0,01 bis 0,5 Gewichtsprozent Pb enthält.
- Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Oberflächenschichten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spritzpulver mittels eines rotierenden Plasmatrons aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spritzpulver gasverdüst wird.
