Abstract
Description
상기와 같은 알루미늄 블록 라이너는 금속 혹은 주철재 원형 라이너외벽에 요철 또는 탭을 형성하고, 경량의 알루미늄 합금계열의 주조물로 블록을 주조하였으나, 주조물의 금속 또는 주철재와 이형성분으로 주조 후 라이너외벽에 코팅 밀착력이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.

- 엔진블록 라이너외벽의 기름 및 이물질을 제거한 후, 엔진블록 라이너외벽을 샌드블라스팅기를 이용하여 조도를 형성한 후, 분말의 크기가 45㎛~90㎛이고, 상기 분말 성분은 Al-12Si로 Al합금계열 성분을 사용하여, 코팅 두께가 160~240㎛으로 형성되도록 용사하되, 상기 용사방법은 프라즈마 코팅법 또는 프레임 코팅법 또는 고속 화염 코팅법 또는 콜드 스프레이법 중 어느 하나의 방법을 선택적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사기술을 이용한 엔진블록 라이너외벽 코팅 방법에 있어서,상기 프라즈마 코팅법은 Al-12Si분말을 사용하되, 아르곤 가스가 89 SCFH로 분사되고, 수소 가스는 15 SCFH로 분사되며, 전류는 500A, 전압은 64~70V, 용사거리는 150mm인 용사조건에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사기술을 이용한 엔진블록 라이너외벽 코팅 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프레임 코팅법은 Al-12Si분말을 사용하되, 산소 가스가 34 NLPM으로 분사되고, 아세틸렌 가스는 34 NLPM으로 분사되며, 전류는 500A, 용사거리는 650mm인 용사조건에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사기술을 이용한 엔진블록 라이너외벽 코팅 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 고속 화염 코팅법은 Al-12Si분말을 사용하되, 산소 가스가 404 SCFH로 분사되고, 에틸렌 가스는 216 SCFH로 분사되고, 질소 가스는 28 SCFH로 분사되며, 용사거리는 240mm인 용사조건에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사기술을 이용한 엔진블록 라이너외벽 코팅 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 콜드 스프레이법은 Al-12Si분말을 사용하되, 질소 가스가 150~500℃이고, 입자속도는 4028 m/sec로 분사되며, 용사거리는 240mm인 용사조건에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사기술을 이용한 엔진블록 라이너외벽 코팅 방법.
