Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Banderolieren einer Packguteinheit (3) mit einer Folienbanderole, mit einem ein Tor (8) bildenden Gestell (9), mit einer sich durch das Tor (8) erstreckenden, aus zumindest einem Förderer (1, 1a, 1b) bestehenden Förderstrecke für die Packguteinheit (3), mit antreibbaren Folienrollen (11), deren Folienbahnen (12) an ihren Enden miteinander verbunden sind und im Tor (8) einen Folienvorhang bilden sowie mit beidseits des Tors (8) angeordneten, gegeneinander beweglichen Doppelschweißbalken (16), wobei die Packguteinheit (3) durch das Tor (8) hindurchgefördert wird und den Folienvorhang dabei mitnimmt, so dass sich dieser seitlich um die Packguteinheit (3) herum legt, und anschließend die Doppelschweißbalken (16) zusammenfahren und den Folienvorhang hinter der Packguteinheit (3) durch Verschweißen der Folienbahnen miteinander verschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur zumindest zeitweisen Anpassung der Folienspannung während des Zusammenfahrens der Doppelschweißbalken (16) eine Einrichtung zur Verlagerung der jenseits des Tors (8) befindlichen Packguteinheit (3) entgegen der normalen Förderrichtung zurück zum Tor (8) hin vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zur Verlagerung der Packguteinheit (3) ein zumindest teilweise jenseits des Tores (8) befindlicher, auch entgegen der normalen Förderrichtung betreibbarer Förderer (1, 1a, 1b) der Förderstrecke ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke horizontal und das Tor (8) mit dem Folienvorhang vertikal angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die(der) Förderer (1, 1a, 1b) als Band- oder Kettenförderer ausgebildet sind(ist).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke vertikal und das Tor (8) mit dem Folienvorhang horizontal angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die(der) Förderer (1, 1a, 1b) als mit Tragarmen oder dergleichen in Freiräume der Packguteinheit (3) eingreifende(r) Tragförderer ausgebildet sind(ist).
- Vorrichtung zum Banderolieren einer Packguteinheit (3) mit einer Folienbanderole, mit einer Packguteinheit (3) und einem ein Tor (8) bildenden Gestell (9), mit antreibbaren Folienrollen (11), deren Folienbahnen (12) an ihren Enden miteinander verbunden sind und im Tor (8) einen Folienvorhang bilden sowie mit beidseits des Tors (8) angeordneten, gegeneinander beweglichen Doppelschweißbalken (16), wobei das Tor (8) mit dem Folienvorhang mittels einer Verfahreinrichtung über die Packguteinheit (3) hinüber gefahren wird und der Folienvorhang dabei an der Packguteinheit (3) hängenbleibt und sich seitlich um diese herum legt, und anschließend die Doppelschweißbalken (16) zusammenfahren und den Folienvorhang hinter der Packguteinheit (3) durch Verschweißen der Folienbahnen miteinander verschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur zumindest zeitweisen Anpassung der Folienspannung während des Zusammenfahrens der Doppelschweißbalken (16) eine Einrichtung zur Verlagerung des jenseits der Packguteinheit (3) befindlichen Tors (8) mit den Doppelschweißbalken (16) entgegen der normalen Verfahrrichtung zurück zu der Packguteinheit (3) hin vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verfahreinrichtung horizontal und das Tor (8) mit dem Folienvorhang vertikal angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verfahreinrichtung vertikal und das Tor (8) mit dem Folienvorhang horizontal angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stopper als Begrenzungsanschlag des Zurückverfahrweges vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Steuerung des Zurückverfahrweges eine Steuereinrichtung sowie wenigstens ein Sensor zur Erfassung des Zurückverfahrweges vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Sensor als Lichtschranke ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Sensor als Kontaktschalter ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuervorrichtung zur Steuerung der Verfahrwege der Förderer (1, 1a, 1b) und/oder der Verfahreinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung zur Erfassung der Bewegung der Doppelschweißbalken (16), insbesondere ein Drehimpulsgeber, ein Winkelcodierer oder dergleichen zur Steuerung der Folienrollenantriebe vorgesehen ist.
