Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- Werkzeug, ausgebildet zur Bearbeitung von Gestein (8), Mauerwerk und dgl. durch ein zugeordnetes, einen Flugkolben (5) und optional einen Döpper (6) aufweisendes, Schlagwerkzeuggerät (1), mit einem akustisch langen Werkzeugschaft (3) und einem drehfest damit verbundenen und axial begrenzt beweglichen Werkzeugkopf (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugkopf (4) bezüglich seiner Impedanz akustisch an den Flugkolben (5) und/oder den Döpper (6) des Schlagwerkzeuggerätes (1) angepasst ist und dass die jeweils aneinander stossenden Stirnflächen (10) zumindest teilweise flächig in Kontakt zueinander stehen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die akustischen Länge des Werkzeugkopfes (4) der halben Länge des vom Flugkolben (5) und/oder Döpper (6) erregten Stossimpulses (7) beträgt.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugkopf (4) mit dem Werkzeugschaft (3) über einen prismatisch ausgebildeten drehformschlüssigen Kupplungsbereich (12) drehfest miteinander verbunden ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Kupplungsbereiches (12) ein sowohl durch den Werkzeugkopf (4) als auch durch den Werkzeugschaft (3) sich quer zur Werkzeugachse erstreckendes Fixierungsmittel (13) innerhalb einer axial länglichen Fixierungsaufnahme (14) des Werkzeugkopfes (4) und/oder des Werkzeugschaftes (3) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fixierungsmittel (13) als Stift oder als Ring ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugschaft (3) hohl ausgeführt ist und Ein- bzw. Auslassöffnungen an einem Einsteckende und im Werkzeugkopf (4) aufweist und dass zwischen dem Werkzeugschaft (3) und dem begrenzt axial beweglichen Werkzeugkopf (4) ein begrenzt axial bewegliches Dichtelement (18) angeordnet ist.
- Schlagwerkzeuggerät zur zumindest teilweise schlagenden Beanspruchung eines Werkzeugs (2) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flugkolben (5) aus einem bezüglich Stahl leichteren und/oder weniger steifen Material besteht.
- Werkzeug und/oder Schlagwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die akustische Anpassung des Flugkolbens (5) und/oder des Döppers (6) und/oder des Werkzeugkopfes (4) bezüglich der akustischen Impedanz jeweils durch eine geeignete Dimensionierung der wesentlichen Länge und der wesentlichen Querschnittsfläche erfolgt.
- Werkzeug und/oder Schlagwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweils zumindest teilweise aneinander stossenden Stirnflächen (10) senkrecht zur Schlagachse ausgeführt sowie mit einer effektiven Balligkeit mit einem effektiven Kontaktradius von mindestens 1 m versehen sind.
- Werkzeug und/oder Schlagwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zwei einander zugeordneten Stirnflächen (10) je eine ballig konkav und die andere ballig konvex ausgebildet ist.
