Description
Stöße, die sich beim Aufeinandertreffen der Kontaktstücke beim Einschalten ergeben können, wandern als Stoßwellen durch das Schaltschloß. In der empfindlichen Verklinkung kann das zum Entklinken und unerwünschten Ausschalten führen. Derartige Stoßwellen sind insbesondere bei modern konzipierten Schaltschlössern mit einer Stoßeinschaltung oder einer stoßartigen Einschaltung schwer zu vermeiden. Üblicherweise hat man bisher versucht, durch räumliche Entfernung zwischen Stoßquelle und Verklinkung einer in der Praxis ausreichende Dämpfung zu bewirken.
Claims (5)
- Schutzschalteinrichtung, bei der ein Handbedienorgan (1) über ein Schaltschloß auf zumindest einen beweglichen Kontaktarm (4) einwirkt, der ein Kontaktpaar (5,6) bildet, wobei das Schaltschloß eine Verklinkungsstelle zwischen einer Klinke (2) und einem Auslösehebel (3) in einer Kinematik bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein distanzgebendes Element (7) beim Verklinken hinsichtlich der Richtung (9), in der infolge der Ausbildung der Kinematik Krafteinwirkung aufgrund eines Schaltstoßes möglich ist, einen entkoppelnden Abstand (8) in dieser Richtung bewirkt.
- Schutzschalteinrichtung, insbesondere Leitungsschutzschalter, nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein schwenkbares Handbedienorgan (1) über ein Schaltschloß auf einen beweglichen Kontaktarm (4) einwirkt, der mit einem feststehenden Kontaktstück (6) ein Kontaktpaar (5,6) bildet, wobei das Schaltschloß beim Entklinken einer auf einem Auslösehebel (3) aufliegenden Klinke (2) infolge der Einwirkung eines Auslösers unabhängig von der Stellung des Handbedienorgans (1) eine Kontaktöffnung bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein distanzgebendes Element (7) beim Verklinken der Klinke (2) mit dem Auslösehebel (3) hinsichtlich der Richtung (9), in der infolge der Ausbildung der Kinematik Krafteinwirkung vom beweglichen Kontakt (5) her möglich ist, einen entkoppelnden Abstand (8) in dieser Richtung bewirkt.
- Schutzschalteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Schaltschloß, dessen Klinke (2) in einem ortsveränderlichen Lager (13) den beweglichen Kontaktarm (4) mittelbar oder unmittelbar führt und dessen Auslösehebel (3) in einem ortsfesten Lager (12) angeordnet ist und den beweglichen Kontaktarm (4) in der Offen-Stellung des Handbedienorgans (1) abstützt, wobei mit der Klinke (2) eine Koppelstange (11) zum Handbedienorgan (1) in einem weiteren ortsveränderlichen Lager (13) verbunden ist, das distanzgebende Element (7) eine Konturenscheibe ist, die in der Ausschaltstellung des über das Handbedienorgan (1) betätigten Schaltschlosses den Auslösehebel (3) auf Abstand (8) bringt und in der Einschaltstellung bis zur Klinkenkontur zurückgezogen ausgebildet ist.
- Schutzschalteinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konturenscheibe im Lager (14) der Klinke für die Koppelstange (11) drehbeweglich gelagert ist und daß sie Mitnehmer (15) aufweist, durch welche die Konturenscheibe von der Koppelstange (11) geführt ist.
- Schutzschalteinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konturenscheibe im Lager (14) der Klinke für die Koppelstange (11) drehbeweglich gelagert ist und daß sie Mitnehmer aufweist, durch welche die Konturenscheibe von einem Bauteil des Gehäuses bzw. Deckels geführt ist.
