Description
The invention relates to a protective switching device in which a manual control acts via a switch lock on at least one movable contact arm, which forms a contact pair, in detail according to the preamble of
Shocks that can occur when the contact pieces meet when switched on travel as shock waves through the switch lock. In the sensitive latch, this can lead to unlatching and unwanted switching off. Such shock waves are difficult to avoid, in particular in the case of modernly designed switch locks with a surge switch-on or a pulse-like switch-on. Up to now, attempts have usually been made to achieve adequate damping in practice by the spatial distance between the shock source and the latching.
The invention has for its object a protective switching device to develop the the Latch maintained securely.
The described task is solved by a Protective switching device according to claim 1 distance element when latching in terms of Direction in which force is exerted as a result of the formation of the kinematics is possible due to a switching shock decoupling distance in this direction. This distance can especially between the pawl and its support, on the release lever, be set up when latching, followed by the distance element is withdrawn, so that there is a decoupling buffer zone in the joints can leak without the pawl from its release lever drops.
In particular, the protective switching device can be equipped with a be pivotable hand control provided over a Switch lock acts on a movable contact arm that forms a contact pair with a fixed contact piece. The switch lock can continue, as is the case with a circuit breaker It is common to be designed so that when unlatching a pawl resting on a release lever as a result the action of a trigger regardless of position of the manual control element there is a contact opening. at such protective switching devices is provided that a spacing element when latching the pawl with the Release lever with respect to the direction in which the Training of the kinematics is possible, a decoupling distance in this Direction.
The protective switching device can in particular be a switch lock have, the jack in a portable Bear the movable contact arms directly or indirectly leads, and its release lever arranged in a fixed bearing and supports the movable contact arm. The Jack can continue with a coupling rod to the hand control be connected in another portable warehouse. The spacing element can then advantageously be a contour disk be in the off position of the Manual control element operated switch lock the release lever puts them at a distance and in the switch-on position up to the latch contour is withdrawn. This makes it easier Way of engagement of the spacing element and retracting in the on position in easier Way guaranteed.
The contour disc can be in the pawl bearing for the coupling rod be rotatably supported and by the coupling rod by drivers arranged on the contour disk, be performed.
