Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von Gegenständen in Portionen gemäß einer oder mehrerer messbarer Eigenschaft/en dieser Gegenstände, insbesondere zum Anordnen länglicher unsymmetrischer Gegenstände, etwa Fisch, in Portionen, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Systemrechner in Verbindung mit einem zugehörigen Erfassungsmittel, wobei das Erfassungsmittel so angeordnet ist, dass es eine Eigenschaft oder mehrere messbare Eigenschaften, etwa die Anordnung jedes Gegenstandes und sein jeweiliges Gewicht, erfasst, einen Aufgabeförderer (51) zum Befördern der zu sortierenden Gegenstände,
    einen Ausgabeförderer (58) zum Befördern der Gegenstände, wenn sie in Portionen sortiert wurden,
    und mehrere Anordnungsstationen (27), die mit dem Rechner verbunden sind, die an dem Aufgabeförderer (51) entlang angeordnet sind, um die Gegenstände über die Zwischenbehälter (43) von dem Aufgabeförderer (51) wegzubewegen, um die Portionen für den Ausgabeförderer (58) zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Anordnungsstationen (27) an jeder Seite des Aufgabeförderers (51) einander gegenüberliegend paarweise angeordnete Greifarme (42) und Rutschen (41) umfassen, die damit verbunden sind, um die Gegenstände zu den entsprechenden Zwischenbehältern (43) zu befördern, wobei die Rutschen (41) halbrund und nach unten gerichtet sind, so dass die Längenausrichtungen mindestens eines Teils der Gegenstände, die in die entsprechenden Zwischenbehälter (43) geleitet werden, neu angeordnet werden können, um den für die sortierten Gegenstände erforderlichen Zwischenbehälterraum zu minimieren/optimieren, wobei die Zwischenbehälter mindestens einen Teil der Gegenstände mit entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter Längenausrichtung enthalten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Erfassungsmittel weiter ein Ausrichtungserkennungsmittel umfasst, um die Längenausrichtung der Gegenstände zu erkennen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Rutschen (41) zu ihrem Ausgabeende konisch ausgeführt sind.
  4. Verfahren zum Sortieren von Gegenständen in Portionen nach einer oder mehreren messbaren Eigenschaft/en der Gegenstände nach vorher festgelegten Sortierkriterien, insbesondere zum Sortieren länglicher unsymmetrischer Gegenstände, etwa Fisch, in Sammelbehälter (43), einschließlich das Neuausrichten der Längenausrichtung mindestens eines Teils der Gegenstände, die in die Behälter (43) geleitet werden, um den erforderlichen Behälterpackraum zu minimieren/optimieren, wobei mindestens ein Teil der Gegenstände in entgegengesetzter Längenausrichtung in den Behältern angeordnet ist, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:
    (a) Fördern der zu sortierenden Gegenstände über einen Aufgabeförderer (51);
    (b) Erfassen mindestens des Gewichtes der Gegenstände, während sie befördert werden;
    (c) nach einer vorher festgelegten Anforderung, Einstellen der Sortierkriterien zum Zusammenstellen von Portionen,
    (d) Prüfen der Verfügbarkeit der Behälter (43) und ob erfasste Gegenstände die ausgewählten Kriterien einer oder mehrerer Portion/en erfüllen, Zuweisen der Gegenstände in den Behälter (43) mit der größten Entsprechung, anderenfalls Zurückführen oder Zurückweisen der Gegenstände;
    (e) gemäß der vorhergehenden Zuweisung in jeden einzelnen Behälter (43), Anweisung an eine Längenausrichtungseinrichtung, um die Gegenstände dementsprechend in die entsprechenden Portionen zu lenken, um längsweise entgegengesetzt ausgerichtete Gegenstände in dem einzelnen Behälter (43) zu erhalten, wobei die Längenausrichtungseinrichtung an jeder Seite des Aufgabeförderers entgegengesetzt angeordnete Greifarmpaare (42), und damit verbunden, halbrunde und nach unten gerichtete Rutschen (41) umfasst;
    (f) und beim Erfüllen der Sortieranforderung einschließlich der Längenausrichtung, Anordnen eines verfügbaren Schlitzes auf einem Ausgabeförderer (58) und Freigabe der Portion dort zur Weiterbehandlung.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei jeder Gegenstand um etwa 90° gedreht wird, wenn er von dem Aufgabeförderer (51) geleitet wird, und danach etwa um 180° nach unten in die halbrunden und nach unten gerichteten Rutschen, bevor sie in die Behälter (43) gegeben werden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei jeder Gegenstand entweder um -90° oder +90° aus seiner Förderrichtung und in der Ebene der Förderrichtung gedreht wird, und danach etwa 180° nach unten in die halbrunden nach unten gerichteten Rutschen, bevor er in die Behälter (43) gegeben wird.
