Claims (13)
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten, wobei die Druckmaschine mit einem Gegendruckzylinder (2), mit einem Gummizylinder (5) und einem mit einem Farbwerk (6) und ggf. mit einem Feuchtwerk (7) zusammenwirkenden Druckformzylinder (4) ausgestattet ist unddas Farb- bzw. Feuchtwerk vom Druckformzylinder (4) undder Gummizylinder (5) vom Gegendruckzylinder (2) abgestellt werden,ein die Bildinformationen tragendes Medium auf den Gummizylinder (5) aufgetragen undüber den Gummizylinder (5) auf den Druckformzylinder (4) übertragen wird.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragen des die Bildinformationen tragenden Mediums auf den Gummizylinder (5) nach dem Ink-Jet-Verfahren erfolgt.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragen des die Bildinformationen tragenden Mediums auf den Gummizylinder (5) über eine mit einem Laser zusammenwirkende Transfer-Folie erfolgt, wobei durch den thermischen Einfluss des Lasers das auf der Transferfolie befindliche Medium von der Transferfolie auf den Gummizylinder (5) übertragen wird.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Bildinformationen tragende Medium auf die Oberfläche des Gummizylinders (5) oder auf die Oberfläche eines auf dem Gummizylinder (5) angeordneten Sleeves aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Gummizylinder (5) die Bildinformationen in Form von farbabweisenden und farbaufnehmenden Bereiche temporär durch eine geeignete Einrichtung erzeugt werden und der Gummizylinder (5) anschließend beschichtet wird.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildinformationen auf die Oberfläche des Gummizylinder (5) oder auf die Oberfläche eines auf dem Gummizylinder (5) angeordneten Sleeves aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Zwecke der Übertragung der die Bildinformationen tragenden Schicht vom Gummizylinder (5) zum Druckformzylinder (4) die beiden miteinander in Kontakt stehenden Zylinder (4; 5) mit einer den rheologischen Eigenschaften des zu übertragenden Mediums angepassten Drehzahl betrieben werden.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Bildinformationen tragende Medium auf die Oberfläche einer auf den Druckformzylinder (4) aufgespannten Druckform oder direkt auf die Oberfläche des Druckformzylinders (4) übertragen wird.
- Verfahren in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Übertragung des Mediums die Wirkverbindung zwischen dem Gummizylinder (5) und dem Druckformzylinder (4) aufgehoben und der Gummizylinder (5) gewaschen wird.
- Einrichtung in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten, wobei die Druckmaschine aus einem Gegendruckzylinder (2), einem Gummizylinder (5), einem mit einem vom Druckformzylinder (4) wegschwenkbaren Farbwerk (6) und ggf. mit einem ebenfalls wegschwenkbaren Feuchtwerk (7) zusammenwirkenden Druckformzylinder (4) und einer Bebilderungseinrichtung (8) zum Aufbringen eines die Bildinformationen tragendes Medium besteht, wobei dieses Medium auf die Oberfläche des Druckformzylinders (4) selbst oder auf die Oberfläche einer auf den Druckformzylinder (4) aufspannbaren Druckform aufbringbar und eine Einrichtung zum Abstellen des Gummizylinders (5) vom Gegendruckzylinder (2) und/oder vom Druckformzylinder (4) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bebilderungseinrichtung (8) dem Gummizylinder zugeordnet ist. - Einrichtung in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Auftragen des die Bildinformation tragenden Mediums auf den Gummizylinder (5) ein nach dem Ink-Jet-Prinzip arbeitender traversierender Bebilderungskopf vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Auftragen des die Bildinformation tragenden Mediums auf den Gummizylinder (5) eine traversierende Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, die ein mit einem Laser beaufschlagbares Transferband aufweist.
- Einrichtung in Druckmaschinen zum Aufbringen von Bildinformationen tragenden Schichten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Übertragen der Bildinformationen auf den Gummizylinder (5) ein Laser vorgesehen ist, dem als Beschichtungseinrichtung ein Kammerrakel nachgeordnet ist.
