Description
- bevor das geschmolzene Metall in die Giesskammer 6 gelangt, der Formhohlraum 5 und der Angiesskanal 9 bereits via Absperrventil 16 evakuiert werden können,
- nach erfolgter Dosierung des Metalls der Einpressvorgang gestartet wird, in dem der Giesskolben 7 langsam über die Dosieröffnung 8 nach vorn (links) fährt,
- die Entlüftung der Giesskammer 6 während des Vorfahrens des Giesskolbens 7 via Drosselkanal 10 im Ventil 11 oder separate Entlüftungskanäle oder durch anschliessen eines separaten Vakuumkreises erfolgt,
- bei erreichen des Zustandes einer 100 %igen Füllung der Giesskammer mit Metallschmelze sich das Ventil 11 mittels der Hydraulik 13 schlagartig aufschaltet und den Weg für das Metall in den Angiesskanal 9 und in den Formhohlraum 5 freigibt.

Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Vakuum-Druckgiessen zur Herstellung hochqualitativer Gussstücke aus Metallen bzw. deren Legierungen, wobei mittels einer Einrichtung zur Unterdruckerzeugung und einem Absperrventil (16) ein Formhohlraum (5) und eine Giesskammer (6, 6') sowie ein Angiesskanal einer Druckgiessform (1) gesteuert evakuiert werden, wobei der zu füllende Formhohlraum (5) erst freigegeben wird, wenn er entlüftet ist und die Giesskammer (6, 6') bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt geschlossen ist und zu 100% mit Metallschmelze vorgefüllt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Giesskammer (6') durch eine stirnseitige Öffnung zum Formhohlraum (5) entlüftet wird, während die Metallschmelze durch den Giesskolben (7) bereits in Richtung dieser Öffnung bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formhohlraum (5) während des Füllens der Giesskammer (6, 6') evakuiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Öffnung der Giesskammer (6, 6') durch ein Ventil (11) verschlossen wird und mittels eines Drosselkanals (10) im Ventil (11) eine getrennte Entlüftung von Giesskammer (6') und Formhohlraum (5) vorgenommen wird.
- Druckgiessform, insbesondere Vakuum-Druckgiessform (1) zur Herstellung von Gussstücken aus Metallen bzw. deren Legierungen mit einer Einrichtung (16) zur Evakuation des Formhohlraumes (5) und der Giesskammer (6, 6'), wobei eine stirnseitige Öffnung der Giesskammer (6'), die dem Giesskolben (7) gegenüberliegt, durch ein Ventil (11) verschliessbar ist, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (11) einen Drosselkanal (10) aufweist.
- Druckgiessform nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (11) hydraulisch gesteuert und mit einer Dichtung (14) versehen ist.
- Druckgiessform nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (11) über eine Kolbenstange (12) temperaturgetrennt mit einer Hydraulik (13) verbunden ist.
