Claims (8)
- Sortiervorrichtung, insbesondere für Papier- und Kartonageabfälle, wobei der Sortiervorrichtung Recyclinggut zugeführt und Restgut über einen Auslaß (A) abgeführt wird, wobei
die Sortiervorrichtung (1) aus mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Förderleisten (4) besteht, die an zwei Kurbelwellen (2) gelagert sind und an ihrer Oberseite Mitnehmer (5) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (5) zur Einstellung der Größe der Durchlaßöffnungen (X) zwischen den Förderleisten (4) entlang der Haupterstreckung der Förderleisten (4) verstellbar sind. - Sortiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der beiden Kurbelwellen (2) von einem Motor (6) angetrieben ist.
- Sortiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (6) drehzahlverstellbar ist.
- Sortiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurbelwellen (2) mittels Lagern (9) an erhöhten Seitenwänden einer Wanne (3) gelagert sind.
- Sortiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnehmer (5) an T-Nut-Profilen (8) befestigt sind.
- Sortiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Förderleisten (4) oberhalb der jeweiligen Kurbelwelle (2) mittels eines Bügels (4a) verbunden sind.
- sortiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderleisten (4) und/oder Mitnehmer (5) an der Oberseite gezahnt sind.
- Sortiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Mitnehmern (5) Druckfedern (11) eingesetzt sind.
