Claims (11)
- Scharnier, insbesondere für eine Fahrzeugklappe, mit zwei Scharnierteilen und einem Achsbolzen, der axial in fluchtende Öffnungen in den Scharnierteilen eingebracht eine Schwenkachse für die Scharnierteile bildet, wobei ein Scharnierteil bereichsweise axial entweder zwischen zwei Schenkeln des anderen Scharnierteils oder jeweils zwischen einer axialen Stützschulter des Achsbolzens und des anderen Scharnierteiles angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei axial benachbarte Flächen (18, 22 bzw. 19, 23) der beiden Scharnierteile (2, 3) oder eines Scharnierteils und des Achsbolzens, die beim Verschwenken eines Scharnierteiles (2 bzw. 3) gegeneinander verstellt werden, zur Schwenkachse (8) des Achsbolzens (4) gleichsinnig geneigt sind, wodurch die beiden Scharnierteile (2, 3) in einer Winkellage einen axialen Abstand und in einer anderen Winkellage keinen oder einen geringeren axialen Abstand voneinander aufweisen. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial benachbarten Flächen (18, 22 bzw. 19, 23) der Scharnierteile (2, 3) bzw. eines Scharnierteiles und des Achsbolzens eben ausgebildet sind und um einen Winkel von etwa 1 bis 3° gegenüber einer zur Schwenkachse (8) senkrechten ideellen Ebene (20, 21) geneigt sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial benachbarten Flächen (18, 22 bzw. 19, 23) der beiden Scharnierteile (2, 3) oder eines Scharnierteiles und des Achsbolzens jeweils an einem radial bis zu einem zylindrischen Umfangsbereich des Achsbolzens (4) verlaufenden Stirnbereich des betreffenden Scharnierteiles (2, 3) bzw. des Achsbolzens ausgebildet sind. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (1) an wenigstens zwei Stellen zwischen den beiden Scharnierteilen (2, 3) und/oder einem Scharnierteil und dem Achsbolzen jeweils zwei axiale benachbarte Flächen (18, 22 bzw. 19, 23) aufweist, die gegenüber der Schwenkachse (8) des Achsbolzens (4) gleichsinnig geneigt sind. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer vorgegebenen Winkellage der Scharnierteile (2, 3) alle zur Schwenkachse (8) des Achsbolzens (4) geneigten Flächen etwa parallel verlaufen. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den axial benachbarten Flächen (18, 22 bzw. 19, 23) ein Federelement angeordnet ist, das beim Verschwenken wenigstens eines Scharnierteiles in die eine oder andere Richtung gespannt bzw. entspannt wird und dadurch eine von der Winkellage der Scharnierteile abhängige Reibkraft an den benachbarten geneigten Flächen bewirkt. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement in einer beliebigen Winkellage in einem Winkelverstellbereich der Scharnierteile maximal oder minimal gespannt ist und dadurch in dieser Winkellage eine maximale oder minimale Reibkraft an den benachbarten geneigten Flächen bewirkt. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Achsbolzen (4) zumindest nach einer ersten Montage des Scharniers (1) lösbar in die fluchtenden Öffnungen (6, 7) der Scharnierteile (2, 3) eingebracht ist. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Öffnung (7) des bereichsweise zwischen zwei Schenkeln (13, 14) eines Scharnierteiles (2) angeordneten anderen Scharnierteiles (3) eine Buchse (15) angeordnet ist, die an ihrem Innenumfang den Achsbolzen (4) stützt. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (15) mit dem zugeordneten Scharnierteil (3) drehfest verpreßt ist und stirnseitig vorstehende Kragen (16, 17) aufweist, die jeweils eine stirnseitige Fläche (18, 19) bilden, die zu einer zur Schwenkachse (8) des Achsbolzens (4) senkrechten ideellen Ebene (20, 21) geneigt sind. - Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Scharnierteil (2, 3) in einem Abstand zur Schwenkachse (8) mit einem Befestigungsflansch (9, 10) versehen ist, der über Befestigungsmittel mit einem zugeordneten Wandbereich zu verbinden ist.
