Claims (13)
- Procédé d'alimentation de pièces de linge (12) vers une calandre ou similaire, respectivement une pièce de linge (12) étant accrochée par des coins voisins (18) dans deux pinces (14) d'un dispositif d'extension (10), la pièce de linge (12) étant étirée par les pinces (14) et la pièce de linge (12) étant transférée sur un transporteur d'alimentation (11) qui la transporte vers la calandre ou similaire, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de linge (12) est transférée à partir des pinces (14) vers un brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11) et en ce qu'avant de déposer la pièce de linge respective (12) sur le transporteur d'alimentation (11), les pinces (14) sont pivotées de façon à ce que la pièce de linge (12) soit déposée sensiblement sans transition par les pinces (12) sur le transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de linge (12) est déposée par appui d'au moins une partie des moitiés (inférieures)(21) de pinces (14) maintenant la pièce de linge (12) par le dessous sur le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour déposer en continu la pièce de linge (12) sur le transporteur d'alimentation (11), au moins une partie antérieure des moitiés inférieures (21) des pinces (14) est ramenée vers le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11), avec appui au moins partiel de la face inférieure (37) de la moitié inférieure de pince (21) sur le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11), les pinces (14) étant entraînées de façon synchrone, notamment à la même vitesse vers le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11), de préférence au moins jusqu'à ce que la pièce de linge (12) ait été déposée sur le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) sont pivotées de façon telle qu'au moins une arête transversale libre (36) de la moitié respective de pince (21), de préférence toute la moitié inférieure (37) de cette dernière soit abaissée contre le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins pendant que la pièce de linge (12) est déposée sur le transporteur d'alimentation (11), le contact au moins de l'arête transversale libre (36) de chaque moitié inférieure (21) des pinces (14) avec le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11) est maintenu par une adaptation automatique de l'inclinaison d'au moins la moitié inférieure (21) des pinces (14) au trajet du brin supérieur (32), de préférence par un pivotement automatique d'au moins les moitiés inférieures (21) des pinces (14) par rapport au brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) sont mises hors contact avec la pièce de linge (12) par écartement, pendant l'écartement des pinces (14), les moitiés inférieures des pinces (21) restant au moins partiellement en appui sur le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de pièces de linge (12) vers une calandre ou similaire, avec un transporteur d'alimentation (11) allant vers la calandre ou similaire et avec un dispositif d'extension (10) comportant au moins deux pinces (14) destinées à maintenir des coins opposés (18) de la pièce de linge (12), les pinces (14) étirant la pièce de linge (12) et la pièce de linge étirée (12) pouvant être transférée sur le transporteur d'alimentation (11), caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) peuvent être pivotées vers le transporteur d'alimentation (11) autour d'un axe horizontal (25) s'étendant à la transversale du sens d'alimentation (13) de façon à venir s'appuyer avec au moins une partie de leur moitié inférieure de pince (21) sur un brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11) pour déposer la pièce de linge (12) sur le transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moitiés inférieures (21) des pinces (14) sont conçues sous la forme de minces languettes (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7, 8, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) sont disposées de façon pivotante sur des chariots (15) destinés à déplacer les pinces (14) à la transversale à l'avant du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) peuvent être pivotées automatiquement par des moyens d'orientation (26), de préférence dans des directions opposées.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) peuvent être pivotées librement, les moyens d'orientation (26) réagissant par élasticité, notamment par retour élastique à la capacité de libre pivotement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que dans une zone (zone oblique 33) située à l'avant dans le sens d'alimentation (13) de la pièce de linge (12) sur laquelle les pinces (14) déposent la pièce de linge respective (12), le brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11) est conçu de façon à s'étendre en oblique ou de façon inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale, la zone oblique (33) étant de préférence montante dans le sens d'alimentation (13), les pinces (14) pouvant être notamment pivotées dans une position dans laquelle des faces inférieures (37) des moitiés inférieures de pinces (21) s'étendent au moins partiellement, de préférence complètement à la parallèle de la zone oblique (33) du brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les pinces (14) peuvent se déplacer sur au moins une piste de déplacement (piste 19), qui dans le sens d'alimentation (13) des pièces de linge dans la calandre ou similaire s'étend de façon convergente à la zone oblique (antérieure) (33) du brin supérieur (32) du transporteur d'alimentation (11).
